สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการ

กลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์ของบ้านวังดินใหม่ ตำบลแม่สา อำเภอเวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน 2. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักอิทธิบาทธรรมกับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์ของบ้านวังดินใหม่ ตำบลแม่สา อำเภอเวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน 3. เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์ตามหลักอิทธิบาทธรรมของบ้านวังดินใหม่ ตำบลแม่สา อำเภอเวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัย

เชิงสำรวจ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 187 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย

ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารจัดการ และ

การประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมกับการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์บ้านวังดินใหม่ ตำบลแม่สา อำเภอเวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน โดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิจัย

เชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน ใช้เทคนิค

การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท นำเสนอเป็นความเรียงประกอบตารางแจกแจงความถี่ของผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญเพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์บ้านวังดินใหม่ ตำบลแม่สา อำเภอเวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านโครงสร้าง

และกระบวนการทำงาน ด้านบริหารเงินทุนและทรัพยากร ด้านการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถขององค์กร และด้านโครงสร้างและกระบวนการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักอิทธิบาท 4 กับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะ

ออมทรัพย์บ้านวังดินใหม่ ตำบลแม่สา อำเภอเวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (R = 0.722) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 

3. แนวทางการพัฒนาระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์

บ้านวังดินใหม่ ตำบลแม่สา อำเภอเวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน พบว่าหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องควรมีการส่งเสริมในการสร้างรายได้ให้แก่สมาชิกที่กู้ยืมเงิน และสมาชิกที่มีความสนใจมีวิธีสร้างอาชีพ หรือรายได้

ในหลายรูปแบบ ควรสร้างกลุ่มเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์

และควรมีเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยเข้ามาเสริมสร้างและช่วยในการจัดทำเกี่ยวกับการเก็บข้อมูลของบัญชีการเงินให้มั่นคงและปลอดภัย ควรมีการวางมาตรการในการควบคุม ดูแล ในขั้นตอนกระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้สินของกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์บ้านวังดินใหม่อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this research paper were 1. To study the level of management efficiency of  Sacca Saving group (Sacca Ormsub) of Ban Wangdinmai, Mae Sa Sub-district, Wiang Sa District, Nan Province, 2. To study the relationship between the Iddhipada IV and the management efficiency of the Sacca Savings group of Ban Wangdinmai, Mae Sa Sub-district, Wiang Sa District, Nan Province. 3. To present guidelines for improving the management efficiency of Sacca Savings group according to the Iddhipada IV of Ban Wangdinmai, Mae Sa Sub-district, Wiang Sa District, Nan Province.

               Methodology was the mixed methods. The quantitative method, data were collected from 187 samples and analyzed by frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation, SD.The relationship between management efficiency and  Iddhipada IV application for the management efficiency of the Sacca Savings group of Ban Wangdinmai, Mae Sa Sub-District at Wiang Sa District, Nan Province was analyzed by the Pearson correlation coefficient method. The qualitative method, data were collected from 10 key informants by in-depth-interviewing and analyzed by descriptive interpretation, presented in descriptive frequency table to support the quantitative data.

               Findings were as follows:

               1. The level of management efficiency of Sacca Savings group of Ban Wangdinmai, Mae-Sa Sub-District, Wiang Sa District, Nan Province, by overall, was at
high level. Each aspect, namely, Structure and work process, fundin and resources management, organization capacity development, and structure and work process were at all high levels.

               2. The relationship between the Iddhipada IV and the management efficiency of the Sacca Savings group of Ban Wangdinmai, Mae Sa Sub-District, Wiang Sa District, Nan Province was found with relatively high level of positive correlation.
(R =0.722) statistically significant at the 0.01 level.

               3. Recommendations on the management efficiency of the Sacca Savings group of Ban Wangdinmai, Mae Sa Sub-district, Wiang Sa District, Nan Province, were found that relevant government agencies should promote income generation for members who borrow money. and the members who are interested in having a way to build a career. or income in many forms. There should be creating the new generation of youth to participate in the management of the Sacca Savings group and there should be modern technology to enhance and help preparation of keeping financial account information secure and safe. There should be measurement to control and supervise the process of solving the debt problem of the Ban Wang Din Mai Sacca Savings Group in a concrete and sustainable manner.
