บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมที่แสดงคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในยุคปฏิรูปการศึกษาสำหรับผู้บริหารการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักการแนวคิด ทฤษฎีการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ตามหลักพุทธบริหารการศึกษาสำหรับผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ตามหลักพุทธบริหารการศึกษา สำหรับผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 201 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูต่อพฤติกรรมที่แสดงคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในยุคปฏิรูปการศึกษาสำหรับผู้บริหารการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยคือ ด้านหลักสัปปายะ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และหลักพุทธอิทธิบาท 4 ตามลำดับ 

2. แนวคิด ทฤษฎี หลักพุทธบริหาร ที่เกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ สำหรับผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาอ่างทองมี 4 กลยุทธ์  คือ กลยุทธ์ด้านวิสัยทัศน์บูรณาการกับสัปปุริสธรรม หลักกัลยาณมิตร 2) กลยุทธ์ด้านความยืดหยุ่นบูรณาการกับหลักกัลยาณมิตร หลักโยนิโสมนสิการ 3) กลยุทธ์ด้านจินตนาการบูรณาการกับ หลักโยนิโสมนสิการหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 4) กลยุทธ์ด้านการแก้ปัญหาบูรณาการกับ หลักปัญญา หลักวิธูโร

3. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ตามหลักพุทธบริหารการศึกษาสำหรับผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง ประกอบด้วย 1) ส่งเสริมให้มีการจัดสรรอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ สื่อการสอน และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางการศึกษาให้เพียงพอและเหมาะสมกับสถานศึกษา 2) ควรมีการสนับสนุนส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยใช้รูปแบบเชิงพุทธสร้างภาวะผู้นำให้มีความพร้อมในการบริหารงานวิชาการ บริหารงานบุคคล บริหารงานงบประมาณ และบริหารงานทั่วไป และ 3) ควรจัดทำแนวทางปฏิบัติสู่ประสิทธิภาพของโรงเรียน เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรสามารถปฏิบัติงานตามวิสัยทัศน์สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง ได้อย่างเต็มกำลังความรู้ความสามารถ ส่งผลให้ประสบความสำเร็จตามวิสัยทัศน์ และเป้าหมาย

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study behaviors revealing creative leadership characteristics of primary school administrators in the education reform period, 2) to study theory and concept of creative leadership development based on Buddhist educational administration principles of school administrators under Office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area, and 3) to propose guidelines in creative leadership development based on Buddhist educational administration principles of school administrators under Office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area. The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by 5-rating questionnaires from 201 samples and analyzed by percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, and T-test. The qualitative data were collected by interviews with 10 key-informants and then analyzed by content analysis.

The results of the study were found that:

1) The behaviors revealing creative leadership characteristics of primary school administrators in the education reform period was at a high level overall. In descending order, the first one was Sappaya principles, followed by creative leadership, and 4 principles of Iddhipada.

2) The theory and concept of creative leadership development based on Buddhist educational administration principles of school administrators under Office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area consist of 4 strategies; (1) Vision strategy integrated with principles of Sappurisa Dhamma and Kalyanamitta, (2) Flexiblity strategy integrated with principles of Kalyanamitta and Yonisomanasikara, (3) Imagination strategy integrated with principles of Yonisomanasikara and Sanghavatthu, and (4) Problem solution strategy integrated with principles of Wisdom and Vudhuro.

3) The guidelines in creative leadership development based on Buddhist educational administration principles of school administrators under Office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area consist of; (1) To supply equipment, teaching aids and information technology suitable for the course study, (2) To support the potential improvement based on Buddhist leadership of the school administrators in administration of academics, personnel, budget and general management, and (3) there should be practical guidelines for school efficiency and for school personnel to follow in order that they can perform their duty energetically and enthusiastically for the achievement of school vision and target.
