บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

              การวิจัยเรื่อง “การบริการตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมของไปรษณีย์ไร่ขิง อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม” มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนา, เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการให้บริการของที่ไปรษณีย์ไร่ขิงตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรม และเพื่อวิเคราะห์การให้บริการของไปรษณีย์ไร่ขิง ตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรม ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดวิธีการดำเนินวิจัยดังนี้

            การทำวิจัยในครั้งนี้ผู้ทำวิจัยได้มุ่งศึกษาถึง“การบริการตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมของไปรษณีย์ไร่ขิง อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม” ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดวิธีการวิจัยแบบ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Informant) กับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 10 คน/รูปโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบอรรถาธิบายและพรรณนาความ วิเคราะห์ลักษณะปัญหาจากเอกสาร จากการสัมภาษณ์ และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวกับประกอบด้วย 1) รวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) จัดลำดับข้อมูล            3) จากการสัมภาษณ์ และ 4) นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาตามประเด็น 5) สรุปผล อภิปรายผล และข้อเสนอแนะผลการวิจัยพบว่า

             1) งานบริการไปรษณีย์หวังว่าปฎิบัติดีสม่ำเสมอกับทุกคนวางตัวให้เหมาะสมแก่ฐานะภาวะบุคคลถูกต้องเป็นธรรมในแต่ละกรณีเป็นอย่างดี และ เหมาะสมแก่ภาวะเหตุการณ์และสิ่งแวดล้อมถูกต้องเป็นธรรม และการให้บริการกับผู้มาใช้บริการด้วยความเสมอต้นเสมอปลายทางด้านกิริยา วาจาดี มีผลทำให้งานและกิจการรุ่งเรืองต่อไป

              2) การให้บริการของไปรษณีย์ไร่ขิง อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม ตามลักษณะการให้บริการของที่ไปรษณีย์ไร่ขิงตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรม พบว่า 1) การให้ความช่วยเหลือของพนักงานตามลักษณะการให้บริการของที่ไปรษณีย์ไร่ขิงตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรม 2) การบริการของพนักงานกับลูกค้าที่การใช้คำพูดที่สุภาพ ไพเราะ อ่อนหวาน เชื้อเชิญ และบริการให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจ 3) สิ่งสำคัญของการบริการไปรษณีย์กับลูกค้านั้น คอยให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นอยู่เสมอ 4) การพยายามวางตัวให้สมกับที่ตัวเป็น ปฏิบัติตนอย่างสม่ำเสมอต่อคนทั้งหลาย ไม่เอารัดเอาเปรียบผู้อื่น ร่วมสุขร่วมทุกข์ ร่วมรับรู้ปัญหา และร่วมแก้ปัญหาเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์

              3) การให้บริการตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมของไปรษณีย์ไร่ขิง อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม ตามลักษณะการให้บริการของที่ไปรษณีย์ไร่ขิงตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรม ในเชิงพระพุทธศาสนาที่เป็นวิธีปฏิบัติเพื่อยึดเหนี่ยวจิตใจของคนให้เกิดความรักเกิดการสงเคราะห์ช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกันเป็นวิธีปฏิบัติเพื่อยึดเหนี่ยวจิตใจของคนผูกมัดใจคน จะเห็นได้จาก ช่วยเหลือบริการ พูดจาไพเราะ ทำตัวให้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ใช้บริการและเพื่อนร่วมงานเสมอ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

               The study entitled “The Service according to Saṅgkhahawatthu Dhamma of Rai Khing Post Office, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province” was to study the main characteristics, the nature of service and to analyze the service of Rai Khing Post Office according to Saṅgkhahawatthu Dhamma in the Buddhist scriptures through the research method as follows:

               To conduct this qualitative research, the researcher studied “Saṅgkhahawatthu Dhamma” servicing in Rai Khing Post Office, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. Its data were collected through in-depth interview conducted with 10 key informants using expository data analysis method. It was also to analyze the problems from the documents and the interview data related to 1) data from related documents, 2) categorized data, 3) interview data, 4) all contents from data were analyzed by their the issues. Finally, 5) all the results, discussions and suggestions were summarized and the findings were:

         1) The Virtuous Postal Service was expected to be consistent with everyone, fairly serving their status, personal condition, righteousness, in each case with rightfully and fairly appropriate to the circumstances and environment. Also, the services were worth recipients with the consistency of admirable manner and speech affecting the further flourishes of the post services and its growing post affairs.

           2) Rai Khing Post Office servicing in Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province according to the nature of Saṅgkhahawatthu Dhamma principle, were found that 1) the assistance contributed by its employees with the nature of servicing at Rai Khing Post Office was according to Saṅgkhahawatthu Dhamma principle. 2)Servicing clients by its employees was with polite, sweet, and persuasive words, and their courtesy was to raise customers’ understanding. 3)The importance of postal service to that customer was to always assisting others. 4)Trying to keep oneself as one was, behaving consistently towards people by not taking advantage over others, sharing happiness and suffering, recognizing problems and solving problems for common benefit.

             3) Providing postal services according to Saṅgkhahawatthu Dhamma in Buddhism of Rai Khing Post Office, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province was to attach the human mind to emerge affection, mutual ministration and help witnessed with serviced assistance, courteous words, and always benefited to clients and colleagues.
