การศึกษาเรื่องทุนทางสังคมกับการจัดการความรู้สู่องค์กรชุมชนพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทุนทางสังคมกับการจัดการความรู้สู่องค์กรชุมชนพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง 2) ศึกษากระบวนการจัดการความรู้ของชุมชนพึ่งพาตนเองและความรู้ของชุมชนที่เกิดขึ้นหลังจากมีการจัดการความรู้สู่ชุมชนพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน และ 3) นำเสนอรูปแบบบูรณาการทุนทางสังคมกับการจัดการความรู้สู่องค์กรชุมชนในการพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้การศึกษาเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การจัดทำองค์กรชุมชนสนทนา การสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม และการใช้แบบสอบถาม

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพทุนทางสังคมกับการจัดการความรู้สู่องค์กรชุมชนพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างพบว่า ด้านความไว้วางใจเป็นการขอคำปรึกษาจากสมาชิกภายในชุมชนการขอคำปรึกษาจากพระสงฆ์ ด้านการเงินโดยอาศัยความร่วมมือจากภาครัฐและเอกชนนำเอาความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารธุรกิจ เช่น การผลิต การตลาด การเงินมาส่งเสริมกิจกรรมเศรษฐกิจชุมชนในหมู่บ้านมีองค์กรที่สามารถให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านการเงินยามฉุกเฉินได้ ด้านธรรมชาติมีการนำป่าไม้ในชุมชนมีแหล่งอาหารให้ชาวบ้านดำรงชีวิต มีแหล่งน้ำตามธรรมชาติที่ใช้พอเพียงสำหรับใช้ทำการเกษตรด้านบุคคลเป็นการนำองค์ความรู้ของบุคคลที่ได้จากการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานอย่างทั่วถึงและมีคุณภาพการประกอบสัมมาอาชีพหาเลี้ยงตนเองและครอบครัวคนในชุมชนได้รับการดูแลสุขภาพด้านร่างกายและจิตใจอย่างทั่วถึงด้านการให้ความรู้มีการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ครั้งในระบบนอกระบบการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตการสร้างความสมดุลและความพอดีในการพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจสังคทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมการเพิ่มโอกาสในการประกอบอาชีพและการดำรงชีวิตที่หลากหลายด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานมีการนำโครงสร้างพื้นฐานมาประยุกต์ใช้ในกิจกรรมที่ชุมชนต้องการ ได้แก่ กำจัดขยะมูลฝอยสิ่งปฏิกูลมีไฟฟ้าครอบคลุมทั่วทั้งหมู่บ้านโทรศัพท์สาธารณะมีความสมบูรณ์พร้อมใช้งาน

2. ศึกษากระบวนการจัดการความรู้ของชุมชนพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน และความรู้ของชุมชนที่เกิดขึ้นหลังจากมีการจัดการความรู้สู่ชุมชนพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนพบว่าการจัดการความรู้ขององค์กรชุมชน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือด้านการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้รองลงมาคือ ด้านการแบ่งปันความรู้น้อยที่สุดคือด้านการจัดเก็บความรู้

3. รูปแบบบูรณาการทุนทางสังคมกับการจัดการความรู้สู่องค์กรชุมชนในการพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน

3.1 รูปแบบบูรณาการทุนทางสังคมกับการจัดการความรู้สู่องค์กรชุมชนในการพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนป่าทาม ชุมชนบ้านอาลอ-โดนแบน รูปแบบการบูรณาการจัดการความรู้รู้สู่ชุมชนขององค์กรชุมชนพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน มีลักษณะการนำทุนทางสังคมมาใช้ควบคู่กับการจัดการความรู้สู่ชุมชนมีลักษณะค่อยเป็นค่อยไปโดยทุนทางสังคมที่ถูกนำมาใช้ได้แก่ความไว้วางใจระหว่างบุคคลผู้เป็นต้นคิดการอนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูป่าทามซึ่งคิดว่าผู้ริเริ่มไม่ได้มุ่งครอบครองป่าทามแต่เพียงผู้เดียวก่อให้เกิดการใช้ทุนทางบุคคลในชุมชนก่อตั้งเป็นองค์กรเล็กๆในชุมชนมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการอนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูป่าทามโดยรอบชุมชนบ้านอาลอ-โดนแบน และใช้ทุนทางความรู้ที่มีอยู่ในชุมชนมาทบทวนสร้างกิจกรรมอนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูป่าทามพร้อมกับการใช้ทุนทางการเงินซึ่งภายหลังการอนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูป่าทามเกิดการสร้างเงินสร้างรายได้กลับเข้าสู่ชุมชน

๓.๒ รูปแบบบูรณาการทุนทางสังคมกับการจัดการความรู้สู่องค์กรชุมชนในการพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนเครือข่ายกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนรูปแบบการบูรณาการจัดการความรู้รู้สู่ชุมชนขององค์กรชุมชนพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน เป็นลักษณะของการดึงทุนทางสังคมการประกอบอาชีพทางการเกษตร ภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชุมชน การจัดการความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริหารกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต การถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์การบริหารขยายเป็นเครือข่าย การดึงทุนทางสังคมควบคู่ไปกับการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์เสริมบทบาทผู้นำในองค์กรชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็งตามแบบของผู้นำ เป็นที่ยอมรับและไว้วางใจของประชาชน

๓.๓ รูปแบบบูรณาการทุนทางสังคมกับการจัดการความรู้สู่องค์กรชุมชนในการพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนกลุ่มผลิตผ้าห่มนวมบ้านหนองยารักษ์ เป็นลักษณะของการดึงทุนทางสังคมการประกอบอาชีพทางการเกษตร ภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชุมชน การจัดการความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริหารกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต การถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์การบริหารขยายเป็นเครือข่าย การดึงทุนทางสังคมควบคู่ไปกับการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์เสริมบทบาทผู้นำในองค์กรชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็งตามแบบของผู้นำ เป็นที่ยอมรับและไว้วางใจของประชาชน

๓.๔ รูปแบบบูรณาการทุนทางสังคมกับการจัดการความรู้สู่องค์กรชุมชนในการพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างย่งั ยืน กองทุนชุมชนบ้านถนนหกั มีการดึงทุนทางสังคมที่เกิดจากตัวบุคคลคือประธานกองทุนชุมชนบ้านถนนหัก มาใช้เชื่อมโยงกับทุนที่มีอยู่ในสังคมทั้งทุนที่เป็นทรัพยากรบุคคล ทุนทางการเงินของสมาชิกที่เกิดจากการระดมทุน ทุนทางทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่นำมาพัฒนาต่อยอดอาชีพในชุมชนสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่ชุมชนควบคู่กันกับกระบวนการจัดการความรู้สู่ชุมชนและหน่วยงานภาครัฐภาคเอกชน เครือข่ายกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมืองที่เข้ามาเรียนรู้ รับฟังการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์

Study of Social Capital and Knowledge Management for Self-SustainableCommunity Organization in Lower North-eastern, Thailand was purposed to 1) to studyof conditions of social capital and knowledge management for Self-SustainableCommunity Organization in Lower North-eastern, 2) to study of knowledge managementprocedure of the Self-Sustainable Community Organization in Lower North-eastern andknowledge of the community that occurred after managed the knowledge for Self-Sustainable and 3) present to integration model of social capital and knowledgemanagement for Self-Sustainable, this research was used qualitative research andquantitative research to collected the data by studied documentaries, depth interview,conversation with the community organization, non-participate observation and using

inquired form The research results found that :

1. Social Capital and Knowledge Management for Self-Sustainable Community Organization in Lower North-eastern found that conditions of social capital in overall was in a medium level with highest mean is individuals secondary is nature, less mean is educating

2.Studied of knowledge management procedures of the community selfsustainable and knowledge of the community that occurred after managed knowledge for the community organization self-sustainable found that knowledge management of the community organization in overall was in a medium level with highest mean is knowledge applying secondary is knowledge sharing, less mean is knowledge storage.

3. Integration model of social capital and knowledge management for the Self-Sustainable Community Organization.

3.1 Integration models of social capital and knowledge management for the Self-Sustainable Community Organization of Ban Alor-Donban community, integration model of knowledge management for the Self-Sustainable Community Organization used social capital with knowledge management in gradually evolving that social capital used for reliability of the individuals who was created of Pa-Tham conservation, the originator was not intended to possessed solely and incurred individual capital usage in the community to establish a small organization in the community was main purposed is Pa-Tham conservation around Ban Alor-Donban community and used knowledge capital in the community to review Pa-Tham conservation’s activity with finance usage that after Pa-Tham conservation had gained revenues back to the community.

3.2 Integration models of social capital and knowledge management for the Self-Sustainable Community Organization, the community welfare funds network, integration models of social capital and knowledge management for the Self-Sustainable Community Organization gained social capital by agricultural occupation, leadership of the community leader, knowledge management about saving for production administration, experience transferring, administration to be networking, gained by social capital with experience transferring to support the leader role in the community organization for potency leader and to be accepted and trusted from the public.

3.3 Integration models of social capital and knowledge management for the Self- Sustainable Community Organization of quilt blanket producing group of Ban NongYarak had gained social capital by agriculture.

3.4 Occupation, leadership, knowledge management about saving for production administration, experience transferring, administration to be networking, gained by social capital with experience transferring to support the leader role in the community organization for potency leader and to be accepted and trusted from the publicintegration models of social capital and knowledge management for the Self-Sustainable Community Organization of quilt blanket producing group of Ban ThanonHak had gained social capital by the individuals is the principal of community funds of Ban ThanonHak to associated with the funds in social which is human resource funds, members funds had gained by funding, natural resource which improved occupational combination in the community for the community potency with knowledge management procedures and public sectors, private sectors, network of village funds and city community to learning and hearing for transferring experience.
