บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยฉบับนี้มี วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.) เพื่อศึกษาหลักคิดจิตอาสาและรูปแบบการพัฒนาของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากของพระสงฆ์ อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง 2.) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการปฏิบัติงานจิตอาสาและรูปแบบการพัฒนาของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากอำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง 3.) เพื่อนำเสนอจิตอาสาและรูปแบบการพัฒนาของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากพระสงฆ์อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ศึกษาจากเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงรุกจากกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และประชุมสัมมนา จำนวน 28 รูป/คน ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มพระสังฆาธิการ/เจ้าคณะผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 5 รูป 2) กลุ่มพระคิลานุปัฏฐาก จำนวน 11 รูป 3) กลุ่มชุมชน/อสม. จำนวน 7 คน 4) สาธารณสุข/โรงพยาบาลห้างฉัตร จำนวน 5 คน เพื่อเป็นแนวทางสร้างจิตอาสาและรูปแบบการพัฒนาของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากพระสงฆ์อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า:

หลักคิดจิตอาสาและรูปแบบการพัฒนาของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากของพระสงฆ์อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง: พระคิลานุปัฏฐาก มีหน้าที่ให้การแนะนำ ช่วยเหลือและดูแลผู้ป่วย โดยการให้ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการรักษาสุขภาพ การป้องกัน การออกกำลังกาย อาหารที่ควรฉันและควรไม่ควรฉัน มีการสำรวจ ตรวจเช็คสุขภาพ และติดตามอาการอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้พระสงฆ์อาพาธมีกำลังใจ และพร้อมที่จะต่อสู้กับโรคได้ และเป็นผู้นำทางจิตวิญญาณ สามารถพัฒนาสุขภาวะชุมชน มีส่วนในการดูแลชุมชนและสังคม มีหน้าที่สื่อสารเรื่องสุขภาพพระสงฆ์ เฝ้าระวังสถานการณ์ด้านสุขภาพในวัดและชุมชน ประสานงานด้านสุขภาพพระสงฆ์กับคณะสงฆ์ และหน่วยงานด้านสาธารณสุข จัดบริการสุขภาพเบื้องต้นแก่พระสงฆ์ในพื้นที่ รวมถึงให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำถ่ายทอดความรู้พื้นฐานด้านสุขภาพแก่ชุมชน และดำรงตนเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีด้านสุขภาพ ตามหลักพระธรรมวินัย

            กระบวนการปฏิบัติงานจิตอาสาและรูปแบบการพัฒนาของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากของพระสงฆ์อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง: พระคิลานุปัฏฐากมีบทบาทที่สำคัญ คือ การอบรมให้ความรู้ พัฒนาวัดให้เป็นศูนย์ส่งเสริมสุขภาพสู่วัด รอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ดูแลอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในวัด ถวายความรู้เรื่องการดูแลสุขภาพให้กับพระสงฆ์ได้รับทราบและปฏิบัติตาม และติดตามความคืบหน้าสุขภาพของพระสงฆ์และสามเณรผู้อาพาธ มีปฏิทินการออกเยี่ยมเยือนให้กำลังกายและกำลังใจผู้ป่วย และก่อนที่จะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ไปดูแลผู้ป่วยแต่ละครั้ง ต้องมีการเตรียมร่างกายให้พร้อม เรื่องความปลอดภัย ควรป้องกันตัวเองทุกครั้ง

             ข้อนำเสนอการสร้างจิตอาสาและรูปแบบการพัฒนาของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากพระสงฆ์ของพระสงฆ์อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง: พระคิลานุปัฏฐากควรมีบทบาทในการดูแลผู้ป่วย สามารถดูแลการพยาบาลเบื้องต้นอย่างถูกต้องตามหลักพระธรรมวินัย และถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาการ ควรเป็นผู้นำด้านสุขภาวะของชุมชนและสังคม คือ การสร้างวัดให้เป็นสถานที่เกื้อหนุนต่อกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพกายและใจ และแนะนำความรู้เกี่ยวกับการรักษาสุขภาพแก่พระภิกษุ สามเณร และพุทธศาสนิกชน เพื่อการแก้ไขปัญหาสุขภาพอนามัยของคน ชุมชน และสังคม

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

          The thesis consisted of the following objectives: 1) to study the principles of volunteer spirit and a model for the development of the patient caretaker monks, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province; 2) to study the work process of volunteer spirit and a model for the development of the patient caretaker monks, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province; and 3) to propose the principle for building volunteer spirit and a model for the development of the patient caretaker monks, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province. The study applied a qualitative research method by studying the documents, proactive interviews with a target group, and seminar with 28 persons consisting of 1) Sangha administrators and Sangha chief governors in a total of 5 persons; 2) the patient caretaker monks in a total of 11 persons; 3) village health volunteers in a total of 7 persons; 4) public health staff and Hang Chat hospital staff in a total of 5 persons, in order to find the guidelines for building volunteer spirit and a model for the development of the patient caretaker monks, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province.

          The results of the study are as follows:

          From studying the principles of volunteer spirit and a model for the development of the patient caretaker monks (Phra Gilānupatthāka), Hang Chat District, Lampang Province, it is found that the patient caretaker monks have duties of giving advice, helping and taking care of the patients by providing basic knowledge about health care, prevention, exercises, appropriate food, health check, and continuous follow-up, in order for patient monks to have encouragement and get ready to confront the diseases. The patient caretaker monks also have duties of being spiritual leaders that can support the well-being of the community, taking part in taking care of the communities and society, communicating about monks’ health, monitoring the health situations inside the temples and communities, coordinating with the Sangha and public health agencies about the monks’ health, providing basic health services to local monks, giving advice and knowledge on the basic health care to the communities, and behaving as a good example of healthcare according to the Dhamma Vinaya.

         From studying the work process of volunteer spirit and a model for the development of the patient caretaker monks, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province, it is found that the patient caretaker monks have important duties which are organizing a training, developing temples as the center for promoting healthcare, having all-round knowledge about health, taking care of the environmental health inside the temples, providing knowledge about healthcare for monks to be informed and implement, following up the health progress of those ill monks and novices. Moreover, the patient caretaker monks should have a calendar for visiting the patients and giving them encouragement. Before their visit to each patient, they should prepare and protect their body for safety concerns.

       From studying the principle for building volunteer spirit and a model for the development of the patient caretaker monks, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province, it is found that the patient caretaker monks should have the roles in taking care of the patients and able to properly perform first aid according to the Dhamma Vinaya and the academic principles. They should also be the leader in community and social well-being, that is, establishing a temple as a place to support activities that promote physical and mental health, as well as introducing knowledge about healthcare to monks, novices, and Buddhists, in order to solve health problems of people in the communities and society.
