บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

       การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพตามหลักไตรสิกขา ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปอ่างทอง มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพตามหลักไตรสิกขา ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปอ่างทอง 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนเรียน และหลังเรียนของการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพตามหลักไตรสิกขา ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปอ่างทอง 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพตามหลักไตรสิกขาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปอ่างทอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 28 คน โดยการเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) ด้วยวิธีการแบบแบ่งชั้น

       ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการศึกษาผู้วิจัยได้จัดทำแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3 แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพตามหลักไตรสิกขา เรื่อง การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพตามหลักไตรสิกขา ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปอ่างทอง โดยการสังเกตจากแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมทั้ง ๓ ครั้ง ที่สร้างขึ้น ครั้งที่ 1 พบว่าค่าประสิทธิภาพ (p) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 85.71 ครั้งที่ 2 พบว่าค่าประสิทธิภาพ (p) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 88.57 ครั้งที่ 3 พบว่าค่าประสิทธิภาพ (p) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.43 ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปอ่างทอง ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ปกติตามที่คาดหวังไว้ร้อยละ 80 ทั้งสามครั้งสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ และคำถามการวิจัย ข้อที่ 1 ผลการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนเรียน และหลังเรียน เรื่อง การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพตามหลักไตรสิกขา ด้วยมารยาทไทย 3 แบบ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปอ่างทอง พบว่าผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้สูงขึ้น โดยมีคะแนนทดสอบก่อนเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ย (x̅) เท่ากับ 34.00 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 คะแนนทดสอบหลังเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ย (x̅) เท่ากับ 35.96 ค่าประสิทธิภาพ (p) ก่อนเรียน คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 85.00 และค่าประสิทธิภาพ (p) หลังเรียนคิดเป็น ร้อยละ 89.91 การเรียนรู้มีพัฒนาสูงขึ้นสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ ดังกล่าว

       ข้อเสนอแนะพบว่า ควรจัดให้การฝึกอบรมไตรสิกขาแก่นักเรียน ครู คณาจารย์ บุคลากรโดยเน้นที่การปฏิบัติจริง และจัดทำคู่มือการจัดอบรมตามหลักไตรสิกขา ควรนำนักเรียนร่วมทำกิจกรรมปฏิบัติตามหลักมารยาทไทย ด้วยหลักไตรสิกขา และสามารถเผยแพร่ศิลปวัฒนธรรมได้ ควรส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนทำกิจกรรมร่วมกับชุมชนเพื่อสร้างความปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชุมชน และผู้ปกครองด้านมารยาทไทยเพื่อส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมไทย ควรมีการอบรม ครู คณาจารย์ ผู้บริหาร และบุคลากรในเรื่องความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักไตรสิกขาเพื่อให้มีทัศนคติที่ดีเพื่อสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันได้

       จัดให้มีกิจกรรมเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์ด้านมารยาทไทย อย่างเป็นกัลยาณมิตรระหว่าง ครู คณาจารย์ ผู้บริหาร นักเรียน และชุมชน ควรส่งเสริมนักเรียนให้เกิด ศีล สมาธิ ปัญญา ในวิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปอ่างทอง อย่างต่อเนื่อง และสม่ำเสมอ ควรส่งเสริมนักเรียนให้รู้รักษ์ เอกลักษณ์ด้านความเป็นไทยสามารถนำไปใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน และถ่ายทอดเป็นแบบอย่างด้านมารยาทไทยได้

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

       The thesis entitled “The Personality Development According to Trisikkhā for the Lower Secondary School Students, Angthong College of Dramatic Arts” consisted of the following objectives: 1) to study the personality development according to Trisikkhā for the lower secondary school students of Angthong College of Dramatic Arts; 2) to compare the pretest and posttest of learning achievement of personality development according to Trisikkhā of the lower secondary school students of Ang thong College of Dramatic Arts; and 3) to study the guidelines and suggestions for the personality development according to Trisikkhā of the lower secondary school students of Angthong College of Dramatic Arts. A sample group consisted of 28 persons by means of purposive sampling.

The results of the research are found as follows:

       The researcher has made a learning management plan, in a total of 3 plans, on the topic the personality development according to Trisikkhā for the lower secondary school students of Angthong College of Dramatic Arts through 3 times of behavioral observation: the 1^st time found that the efficiency level has a percentage of 85.71; the 2^nd time has an efficiency level with a percentage of 88.57; the 3^rd time has an efficiency level with a percentage of 96.43 which is higher than the criterion of 80/80 and according to the research objectives.

       From studying the pretest and posttest of learning achievement on the topic the personality development according to Trisikkhā using 3 types of Thai manners, it is found that the pretest has a mean (x̅) equal to 34.00 with a statistical significance at 0.05 level while the posttest has a mean (x̅)  equal to 35.96. The efficiency level of pretest has a percentage of 85.00 while the posttest has a percentage of 89.91. The posttest of learning achievement is found to be higher than the pretest which is according to the objective.

       The suggestions found are that the training on Trisikkhā should be arranged for students, lecturers, and personnel by emphasizing the real practice and the training manual should also be provided. Students should be promoted to join activities and behave according to Trisikkhā by means of Thai manners in order to propagate the Thai art and culture and to do activities with the community in order to build interactions between the community and parents on Thai manners as a way to conserve Thai culture. Training on the knowledge and understanding of Trisikkhā should be arranged for lecturers, administrators, and personnel in order to have a good attitude for applying in daily lives. Activities for promoting Thai manners should also be arranged in a friendly manner between lecturers, administrators, students, and communities. Students should be promoted to cultivate Sīla (precepts), Samadhi (Concentration), and Paññā (Wisdom) continuously in Angthong College of Dramatic Arts. It is important that students are encouraged to learn about the Thai identity and able to use it in their daily lives as well as passing down as a role model on Thai manners.
