บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง“ศึกษาปัจจัยตามแนวพุทธจิตวิทยาที่ความสัมพันธ์กับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ” มีจุดประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยตามแนวพุทธจิตวิทยาที่สัมพันธ์กับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างปัจจัยตัวบุคคลกับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงสหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยตามแนวพุทธจิตวิทยากับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ วิจัยเป็นเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ นักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ กองบังคับการฝึกอบรมตำรวจกลาง (บก.ฝรก.) ตำบลศาลายา อำเภอพุทธมณฑล จังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 186 คน

              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

              ด้านปัจจัยตามแนวพุทธจิตวิทยา (อิทธิบาท 4) โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 3.72, S.D. = .782) เรียงลำดับจากมากมากไปหาน้อย ด้านความเอาใจฝักใฝ่ในงานที่ทำ (จิตตะ) อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 3.80, S.D. = .835) ด้านความพยายามในงานที่ทำ (วิริยะ อยู่ในระดับมาก) (Mean =   3.80, S.D. = .825) ด้านไต่ตรอง ความรอบครอบในงานที่ทำ (วิมังสา) อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 3.75, S.D. = .840) ด้านความยินดีในงานที่ทำ (ฉันทะ) อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 3.52, S.D. = .757) ตามลำดับ

              ด้านความฉลาดทางอารมณ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 3.26, S.D. = .658)  เรียงลำดับจากมากมากไปหาน้อย ด้านสุขอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 3.46, S.D. = .775) รองลงมาคือด้านเก่งอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 3.21, S.D. = .673) ด้านดีอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 3.11, S.D. = .679) ตามลำดับ

              ปัจจัยส่วนตัวบุคคลของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ, การศึกษา, อาชีพผู้ปกครองแตกต่างกัน มีความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (ด้านดี, ด้านเก่ง) มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนด้านอายุ, ภูมิลำเนา, รายได้ต่อเดือนของผู้ปกครองมีความแตกต่างกัน มีความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน

              ปัจจัยตามแนวพุทธจิตวิทยา (อิทธิบาท 4) มีความสัมพันธ์กับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ มีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The research titled “A Study of the Buddhist Psychological Factors Correlated to Emotional Intelligence of the Police Students” had three objectives : 1) to study the factors of the Buddhist psychology that related to the emotional intelligence of the police students 2) to compare the difference between the personal factors and the emotional intelligence of the police students 3) to study the correlational between the factors based on the Buddhist psychology and the emotional intelligence of the police students. This research follows correlational method. Research tools is questionnaire. The sample group used was the police students of Central Police Training Division (Land Office), Salaya Sub-district, Salaya District, Nakhon Pathom Province, totaling 186 people.

The factors according to the Buddhist psychology (Basis for success)  in general, were at the high level. (Mean = 3.72, S.D. = .782). Sorting by descending     The pertinence in the work (Consciousness) was at a high level (Mean = 3.80, S.D. = .835) The work effort (Diligence) is at a high level (Mean = 3.80, S.D. = .825) and the level of understanding in the work done (Investigation) is at a high level. (Mean = 3.75, S.D. = .840) The level of joy in the work (Passion) was at a high level(Mean = 3.52, S.D. = .757) respectively,

On the emotional intelligence, it was at a high level (Mean = 3.26, S.D. = .658) Sorting by Descending The happiness aspect was at a moderate level (Mean = 3.46, S.D. = .775) Followed by the skill level was at the moderate level (Mean = 3.11, S.D. = .679)

The personal factors of the police students namely: education, parents' occupation, emotional intelligence were  statistically significant relationship at the level of 0.05. The police students with difference of parents' age, domicile, and monthly income  had no difference in emotional intelligence.

The Buddhist psychological factors correlated with the emotional intelligence of the police students. There was a statistically significant positive correlation at   the level of 0.01
