บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1)เพื่อศึกษาหลักอิทธิบาทธรรม4 ในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาของการจัดการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนปริยัติ  คุณรสวิทยา อำเภอเมืองสุรินทร์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการประยุกต์หลักอิทธิบาทธรรม 4 ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน โรงเรียนปริยัติคุณรสวิทยา อำเภอเมืองสุรินทร์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

อิทธิบาทธรรม 4 เป็นหลักธรรมที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในด้านต่างๆ ได้มากมาย เช่นการปฏิบัติธรรม การทำงาน การจัดการเรียนการสอนหนังสือหรือในการดำเนินชีวิต หลักอิทธิบาทธรรม 4 ประการประกอบด้วย ฉันทะ หมายถึง สร้างความพอใจในการทำงาน ประสงค์จะทำยิ่งขึ้น วิริยะ หมายถึง ความขยัน หมั่นเพียร จิตตะ หมายถึง ความมีจิตใจสู้ไม่ท้อถอยต่อปัญหาหรืออุปสรรค วิมังสา หมายถึง การรู้จักใช้ปัญญา ใช้ความคิดพิจารณาอย่างรอบด้านในการทำงานให้ประสบผลสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย

สภาพปัญหาของการจัดการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนปริยัติคุณรสวิทยา โรงเรียนปริยัติคุณรสวิทยาเป็นโรงเรียนระดับสามัญศึกษาจัดการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาทั้งตอนต้นและตอนปลาย นักเรียนคือภิกษุสามเณรในพระพุทธศาสนา จัดกระบวนการเรียนการโดยการมีหลักสูตรของถานศึกษา มีการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนโดยการจัดการเรียนสอนให้สอดแทรกคุณธรรมมุ่งเพื่อให้นักเรียนได้เกิดพัฒนาการในการเรียนรู้ ตามหลักอิทธิบาทธรรม 4 ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียน รักพอใจ ขยันมั่นเพียรพยามยาม ตั้งใจไม่ปล่อยวางธุระ จิตใจจดจ่อตรวจสอบใคร่ครวญด้วยปัญญา ในการเรียนการสอนของผู้ทำการการสอน ควรมีการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมตามหลักอิทธิบาทธรรม๔ เพื่อให้นักเรียนมีผลการเรียน ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีความรู้คู่คุณธรรม

แนวทางในการประยุกต์หลักอิทธิบาทธรรม 4 ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนปริยัติคุณรสวิทยา ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีแนวทางในการประยุกต์หลักอิทธิบาทในการเรียนการสอนโดยให้ครูผู้ทำการสอนในโรงเรียนต้องเป็นผู้รักงานในหน้าที่ที่ตนรับผิดชอบอยู่ และเอาใจใส่กระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้งาน และเพิ่มพูนวิชาความรู้ความสามารถในการสอนหนังสือ นอกจากนี้ผู้บริหารต้องสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจแก่ครูผู้ทำการสอนด้วยการเลื่อนขั้นเงินเดือน การช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลในด้านอื่นๆเพื่อให้ครูรักในโรงเรียนและทุ่มเททำงานเพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอน กระตุ้นเตือนนักเรียนให้เกิดความรักความศรัทธาต่อการเรียน เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้รับความรู้ความเข้าใจใฝ่เรียนรู้และรู้จักคิดวิเคราะห์ในด้านต่างๆ ต้องเอาใจใส่ในการเรียนมีความเพียรอย่างต่อเนื่องให้ครบกระบวนการหลักอิทธิบาทธรรม 4 คิดถึงอนาคตของตนเอง พยายามให้ตนเองประสบความสำเร็จในการเรียน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This thesis have the objective as : 1) to study of the four paths of accomplishment in Theravada Buddhism, 2) to study of problem of educational organizing in Pariyatkunavidya, Meaung Surin district, Surin province, 3) to study of application of four paths of accomplishment in educational  organizing in Pariyatkunarasavidya School in Meaung Surin District, Surin Province.         

The result of research found that :

            The four paths of accomplishment can be applied in many areas such as the practice, work, teaching, learning or living. The four paths of accomplishment are Chanda ; the satisfaction of work, want to do more, Viriya ; persistence means diligence, Citta ; the mind is not frustrated with the problem or obstacle, Vimangsa ; to know apply the ideas in the work to achieve the goals.

            The problems of educational organization in Pariyattikunarasavidya School is a secondary school for secondary and tertiary education. The students are monks and novice in Buddhism. The process of learning by the curriculum of educational institute. There are activities to develop students by teaching and learning to integrate virtues aimed at students to develop their learning according to four paths of accomplishment, promote students motivation and diligent, love to work hard. The mind is determined to contemplate with wisdom. In the teaching of the teacher. should be cultivated the virtues of the four paths of accomplishment. The purpose of the teaching and learning of the school is to encourage the students to know the virtues.

            On the way in the application of the four paths of accomplishment  in teaching and learning in Pariyattikunarasavidya School, administrators have a tendency to apply the paths of accomplishment in teaching and learning which teachers who teach in schools need to be responsible for their duties. They should have the enthusiasm for learning the job, and increase the knowledge in the field.

In addition, the management must create motivatioon for the teacher who teaches by raising salary and to help other teachers to love in the school and work to improve teaching and learning. The administators should encourage students to love their faith in learning. Students will gain knowledge, understanding, learning and analytical thinking in various fields. The students must care for the study, constantly striving to complete the process of the path of accomplishment, thinking of own future and try to let yourself succeed in learning
