บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                สารนิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของสถานีวิทยุชุม ชนวัดเนินมะคึกวนาราม ตำบลน้ำรึม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตาก (2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนในการรับฟังการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของสถานีวิทยุชุมชนวัดเนินมะคึกวนาราม ตำบลน้ำรึม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตาก โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของสถานีวิทยุชุมชนวัดเนินมะคึกวนาราม ตำบลน้ำรึม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตาก โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ประชาชนในพื้นที่ตำบลน้ำรึม อำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก จำนวน 389 คน ใช้วิธีรูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครือมือการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมุติฐาน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 7 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ ใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1. การเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของสถานีวิทยุชุมชนวัดเนินมะคึกวนาราม ตำบลน้ำรึม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตาก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.85 และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า การเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของสถานีวิทยุชุมชนวัดเนินมะคึกวนาราม ตำบลน้ำรึม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตาก ด้านผู้ส่ง (Source) ด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร (Message) และด้านผู้รับ (Receiver) โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านช่องทางในการส่ง (Channel) โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

               2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของสถานีวิทยุชุมชนวัดเนินมะคึกวนาราม ตำบลน้ำรึม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตาก โดยจำแนกตามข้อมูลปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ต่างกัน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐาน ส่วนประชาชนที่มีอายุ และรายการที่ชอบต่างกัน โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐาน จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

               3. การศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของสถานีวิทยุชุมชนวัดเนินมะคึกวนาราม ตำบลน้ำรึม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตาก พบว่า ผู้ส่งไม่เข้าใจศัพท์ทางพระ พุทธศาสนาในการเผยแผ่ในชุมชน ผู้ส่งสารหา ขาดการหาข้อธรรมที่จะนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ให้เข้าสถานการสังคมปัจจุบัน ขาดผู้จัดรายการที่หลากหลายแนว เช่นผู้จัดที่ให้ความรู้เด็กและเยาวชน ผู้จัดราย การที่ให้ความรู้กับผู้ใหญ่ ขาดความต่อเนื่องของเนื้อในการให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ขาดเนื้อหาที่ทันสมัย และเข้ากับสังคมปัจจุบัน ขาดเนื้อหาที่สร้างความจูงใจ การใช้วิธีการสนทนา ขาดช่องทางการส่งสารยังไม่ ทันสมัยไม่ครอบคุม การส่งสัญญาณขาดๆ หายๆ บางครั้งฟังไม่ชัด ขาดความหลากหลายในการรับฟัง ขาดช่วงเวลาในการรับฟังรายการดีๆ ให้ต่อเนื่อง ขาดความเข้าใจคำศัพท์บางคำทางศาสนา การเปิดเพลง หรือดนตรีในการขั้นรายการน้อยไป ข้อเสนอแนะได้แก่ ควรเปิดโอกาสหรือให้มีเวลาได้สอบถามในช่วงท้ายรายการเพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจ ควรให้ผู้จัดรายการหาข้อมูลสังคมปัจจุบันและนำธรรมะที่เหมาะสมมาสอนควบคู่จะได้นำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติในชีวิตประจำวัน ควรหาผู้จัดรายการเพิ่มจะได้ฟังหลากหลายแบบและให้เหมาะแก่ผู้ฟังแต่ละวัย ควรใช้บทวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบให้เข้ากับสถาน การณ์ในปัจจุบันเพิ่มมากขึ้น ควรหาเนื้อหาที่มีต่อเนื่องจนจบจะได้เกิดความเข้าใจยิ่งขึ้น เช่นถ้าเป็นเทศน์อานิสงค์ศีลก็ให้ครบทั้งห้าข้อไม่ใช่ข้อใดข้อหนึ่งจะทำให้เข้าใจยิ่งขึ้น ควรติดตามสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของสังคมแล้วนำธรรมะมาแทรกสอนจะได้นำไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้เลย ควรจัดหาอุปกรณ์ในการส่งสัญญาณให้ได้มาตรฐาน ควรมีการจัดทำวิทยุออนไลน์เพื่อจะได้ฟังผ่านทางอินเทอร์เน็ต ควรมีการบันทึกรายการไว้เพื่อสามารถรับชมย้อนหลัง ควรจัดทำการบันทึกรายการไว้เพื่อนำมาฟังย้อนหลัง ควรเปิดเพลงหรือดนตรีธรรมะเพิ่มขึ้นจะได้ทำให้น่าฟังและผ่อนคลาย และควรจัดรายการประยุกต์เอาธรรมะมาสอนเยาวชนให้ทันกับเยาวชนสมัยแห่งโลกออนไลน์หรือหาเยาวชนจิตอาสามาจัดรายการเพื่อจะได้เกิดแรงจูงใจให้เด็กหรือเยาวชนฟังรายการ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

               The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the Buddhist propagation in broadcasting of community radio station of Watnarnmakhuk Vanaram, Namrum sub-district, Mueang district, Tak province,  2) to study the comparison the opinion of people to the listening to Buddhist propagation in broadcasting of community radio station of Watnarnmakhuk Vanaram, Namrum sub-district, Mueang district, Tak province, 3) to study the suggestions to Buddhist propagation in broadcasting of community radio station of Watnarnmakhuk Vanaram, Namrum sub - district, Mueang district, Tak province. The sampling group was 388 people at Namruam sub-district, Mueang district, Tak province.This research is the mixed method research. For the quantitative research is the survey research from the questionnaire. The data analysis is through frequency, percentage, and average, standard deviation (S.D) for describing data from variables or personal characteristics. The analysis was also done through t-test for analysis the hypotheses in order to test the average difference between the two groups and f- test by one-way ANOVA and the qualitative research that the tool is used for this research as in depth interview from 7 key informants and the data analysis is from interview by using the content analysis technique.

               The findings of this research as following :

               1. The Buddhist propagation in broadcasting of community radio station of Watnarnmakhuk Vanaram, Namrum sub - district, Mueang district, Tak province, in overall. Found that it was at high level with an average 3.85 and when considered in each aspect, found that the Buddhist propagation in broadcasting of community radio station of Watnarnmakhuk Vanaram, Namrum sub - district, Mueang district, Tak province, for the message sender or source, for the message, the message receiver or receiver, in overall, was at high level. But the message channel or channel in overall was at moderate level.

               2. The findings the comparison to the Buddhist propagation in broadcasting of community radio station of Watnarnmakhuk Vanaram, Namrum sub - district, Mueang district, Tak province, classified by personal data that found that the people who had the difference of gender, educational level and income, had the opinion , in overall, indifferently. It rejected the hypothesis. But the people, who had the difference of age and favorite programmer, had the opinion differently. It is significantly statistics at 0.05. It accepted the hypothesis.

               3. The problems, obstacles and suggestions for the Buddhist propagation in broadcasting of community radio station of Watnarnmakhuk Vanaram, Namrum sub - district, Mueang district, Tak province, found that the message sender or source does not understand the technical term of Buddhism for propagation in community, message sender lacks of Dhamma application to current society, lack of alternative producers like producers give the knowledge to children and youths, programmer producers give the knowledge for the improper content to the adults, lack of modern content in the current situation, lack of motivation content, improper conversation method that uncovered content, no clearly signal, lack of religious vocabulary understanding, opening the improperly song or music. Suggestions : should open or give enough time for question and answer near the end of programmer for better understanding, should let the programmer producers search for data of current society and proper Dhamma to teach and apply to use in daily life, should find out the alternative programmer presenters for all kinds of audience and analyze more current situation , should have more content continuously for better understand like if they deliver sermon about the precepts, they should deliver all five precepts, should keep in touch with current situation of society and insert Dhamma to use it in daily life , should find out the standard equipment, should have online radio for listening through internet, should have the record the programmer for  re-watching, should open the more Dhamma song or Dhamma music for more interesting and relaxing, should run the modern programmer by applied Dhamma to teach the children in the online world or find out the volunteered youths who have the public mind to run the programmer for more interesting to children and youths for more listening the programmer.
