บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

               การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการบริหารศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์วัดหัวหิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ (2) เปรียบเทียบความเห็นที่มีต่อการบริหารศูนย์ศึกษาพระ พุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ วัดหัวหิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะต่อการบริหารศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์วัดหัวหิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากผู้ปกครองนักเรียนศูนย์ศึกษาพระ พุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์วัดหัวหิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำนวน 187 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้โดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที และค่าเอฟ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจึงเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นคู่ ด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด และในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 12 รูป/คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท

                ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                1. การบริหารศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์วัดหัวหิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบ คีรีขันธ์ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.49 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบุคลากรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.53 ด้านงบประมาณอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.48 ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.46 และด้านการจัดการ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.49

               2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความเห็นที่มีต่อการบริหารศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ วัดหัวหิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ปกครอง ได้แก่ รายได้ มีผลให้ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการบริหารศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์วัดหัวหิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานการวิจัยที่ตั้งไว้ ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ การศึกษา และอาชีพ ไม่พบความแตกต่าง

               3. ปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะต่อการบริหารศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์วัดหัวหิน อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ พบว่า (1) ด้านบุคลากร : ควรเพิ่มจำนวนครูอาสาสมัครให้เหมาะสมกับจำนวนผู้เรียน, ควรสรรหาครูสอนเพิ่มเติมโดยเน้นความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะ (ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาจีน), ควรเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปกครองแสดงความเห็นหรือใช้แบบสอบถามประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการรับบริการเป็นประจำทุกปี (2) ด้านงบประมาณ : ควรจัดสรรงบประมาณสำหรับจัดสร้าง/จัดซื้อ สื่อการสอนให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการใช้งาน, ควรขอรับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัด การศึกษาแก่เยาวชนหรือหน่วยงานปกครองท้องที่ (3) ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ : ควรบำรุงรักษาสถานที่และวัสดุอุปกรณ์ทางการศึกษาให้อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์และพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ, ควรติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศ หรือพัดลม เพิ่มเติม ในห้องเรียนที่มีบรรยากาศร้อน อบอ้าว เพื่อสร้างบรรยา กาศให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน และ (4) ด้านการจัดการ : ควรสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนเพื่อร่วมกันปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการศึกษา และระดมทรัพยากรจากชุมชนมาช่วยในการพัฒนา, ควรจัดให้ครูและนักเรียนได้ไปศึกษาดูงานนอกสถานที่โดยเน้นการปลูกฝังเรื่องคุณธรรมจริยธรรม วัฒนธรรม และประเพณีอันดีงามตามคุณลักษณะของชาวพุทธที่ดี

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                    The objectives of research Paper were: (1) to study management of Wat Hua Hin Buddhist sunday center of Hua Hin district in Prachuapkhirikhan province, (2) to compare the opinion toward the management of Wat Hua Hin Buddhist sunday center of Hua Hin district in Prachuapkhirikhan province, classified by personal data, and (3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions for management of Wat Hua Hin Buddhist sunday center of Hua Hin district in Prachuapkhirikhan province. It was the mixed research method that the quantitative research used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 187 student's parent. The statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference: LSD. And the qualitative research had the documentary analysis and interview as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 12 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.

                  The findings of research were:

                  1. Management of Wat Hua Hin Buddhist sunday center of Hua Hin district in Prachuapkhirikhan province. Overall, that in highest at mean of 4.49, when considered in each aspect found that the personnel side was at high at mean of 4.53, the budget side was at high at mean of 4.48, the material side was at high at mean of 4.46, and the management side was at highest at mean of 4.49

                  2. The comparison for opinion of student's parent to application of management of Wat Hua Hin Buddhist sunday center of Hua Hin district in Prachuapkhirikhan province classified by  personal data  found that income had the significantly at 0.01, the hypothesis was accepted. Those personal statuses are sex,  age, education, and occupations results not different.

                  3. The problem, obstacle and suggestions for management of Wat Hua Hin Buddhist sunday center of Hua Hin district in Prachuapkhirikhan province as following; (1) The personnel side: should increase the number of volunteer teachers to suit the number of students, should be recruitment of volunteer teachers by focusing on specific skills (English, Chinese), should have the opportunity for student's parent evaluation of service satisfaction by use the questionnaire, annually. (2) The budget side: should allocate a budget for teaching materials to meet the demand, should be sought Budget support from government agencies or local government agencies involved in educational management for youth. (3) The material side: should be care educational facilities and materials are kept up to date and are always available, should be equipped with air conditioning or fan to create an atmosphere that is conducive to student learning. And (4) the management side: should establish a relationship with the community to improve the education and mobilization of community resources to assist in the development of the school, should be bring teachers and students supervised to study the field work, focusing on cultivating morality, ethics and culture, and good traditions based on the characteristics of good Buddhists.
