บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ตามหัวข้อต่อไปนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษายุทธศาสตร์การบริหาร 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบยุทธศาสตร์การบริหาร จำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่ วุฒิการศึกษา และประ สบการณ์ในการทำงาน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางยุทธศาสตร์การบริหาร การวิจัยวิธีวิทยาแบบผสม 1) การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 177 รูป/คน สุ่มตัว อย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างในแต่ละกลุ่มโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายด้วยวิธีจับสลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติเพื่อการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และด้วยการทด สอบค่าที (t–test แบบ Independent sample) ใช้ทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (F-test แบบ One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเซฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’ method) 2) การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 6 รูป/คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 6 รูป/คน รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 12 รูป/คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและหาข้อสรุป

                ผลการวิจัย พบว่า :

                1. ยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการยุทธ ศาสตร์ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล และยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป ตามลำดับ

  2. ยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา จำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน

  3. แนวทางในการส่งเสริมยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ดังนี้ 1) ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ควรมีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่มีความสอดคล้องกับบริบทของตนเอง มีการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีใจรักในสายวิชาการ และควรศึกษาดูงานสถานศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จ 2) ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ ควรมีการพิจารณา ไตร่ตรองในการใช้งบประมาณอย่างคุ้มค่า ตลอดจนมีการศึกษาดูงานสถานศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จ มีการสร้างเครือข่ายเชื่อมโยมกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ และควรมีแหล่งทุนในการสนับสนุนสถานศึกษาของตนเอง 3) ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล  ควรมีการพิจารณาความสามารถของบุคลากร และมอบหมายงานตามความถนัด มีการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมพลังด้านบวกให้กับบุคลากร  และควรสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้มีสวัสดิการแก่ครูบุคลากร และจัดค่าตอบแทนให้เหมาะสม และ 4) ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป ควรมีการสร้างความพอใจ ขยันหมั่นเพียรในหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ มีการพิจารณาใคร่ครวญอย่างละ เอียดรอบคอบในการดำเนินงาน และมีการจัดบุคลากรให้เหมาะสมกับความรู้ ความสามารถ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                The aims of this research were 1) to study the strategy administration of Phra Pariyattid hamma Schools, General Education, under Ubonratchathani Office of Buddhism; 2) to compare the statistic scores of the strategy administration of Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools of the samples, classified by their personal factors: status, education and work experience; 3) to study the ways to promote and develop the strategy administration of Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools mentioned above. For the quantitative research, the samples were 177 educational administrators and teachers, selected by stratified sampling and simple random sampling. The research tool was a five rating scales questionnaire with its reliability value of .98. The statistics used in data analysis were: Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test (Independent samples), f-test (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’ Multiple Comparison Test. For the qualitative research, the target group included 6 educational administrators and 6 teachers (total 12), selected by purposing sampling and the tool used in this process was an interview form. The data obtained were analyzed in its contents to find the conclusion.

    The research results were as follows:

                1) The statistic score of the strategy administration of Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools, General Education, under Ubonratchathani Office of Buddhism in overall was at a high level; the highest can be seen in the aspect of ‘academic affairs administration’, followed by that of ‘budget administration’ and the least can be seen in that of ‘‘general affairs administration’.

                2) Based on the comparison, the statistic scores of the strategy administration of the samples, classified by their status, education and work experience were indifferent.

    3) The ways to promote and develop the strategy administration of Phra Pariyattidhamma schools were that 1) in ‘Academic affairs administration’, the development of personnel to have passion in the academic, a study visit to the successful institutions should be organized; 2) in ‘Budget management’ the budget management should be done by managing the budget in the most effective way, organizing a study visit to gain more knowledge and apply it in implementation and development, creating the network and finding its own educational fund; 3) in ‘Personnel management’, there should consider the ability of personnel and task assignment based their expertise, the activities positive thinking reinforcement should be organized; the morale and adequate welfare for teachers should be made; 4) in ‘Management of general affairs’, the administration should be operated with the satisfaction, diligence, responsibility, operational thoughtfulness and personnel capacity.
