ดุษฎีนิพนธ์เรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วมเชิงพุทธของโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา และ 3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วมเชิงพุทธของโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอน  ที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วม ใช้แบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหาร และครู 400 ท่าน ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 10 ท่าน  มีเครื่องมือการวิจัย เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และขั้นตอนที่ 3 เสนอรูปแบบ ด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 9 ท่าน มีเครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแนวคำถามสำหรับการสนทนากลุ่ม ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า:

1.  สภาพการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ การร่วมดำเนินการ การร่วมคิดตัดสินใจ การร่วมติดตามประเมินผล และการร่วมรับผลประโยชน์

2.  การพัฒนารูปการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วมเชิงพุทธของโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา เป็นการนำการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วม 4 ด้าน คือ การร่วมคิดตัดสินใจ การร่วมดำเนินการ การร่วมรับรู้ผลประโยชน์ การร่วมติดตามประเมินผล และการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วมเชิงพุทธ เป็นการนำหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 คือ การให้ พูดจาอ่อนวาน การบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ การเสมอต้นเสมอปลาย เพื่อนำมาบูรณาการกับการบริหารการศึกษาทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ การบริหารวิชาการ การบริหารงานบุคคล การบริหารงบประมาณ และการบริหารงานทั่วไป

3.  รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วมเชิงพุทธของโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนาประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ กระบวนการบริหาร และการประเมินผลมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารการศึกษาของโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนาได้จริง โดยสรุปเป็นองค์ความรู้การวิจัย คือ PEB MODEL

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this dissertation were: 1) to study the state of participatory education management of charity schools in Buddhist temples, 2) to develop a model of Buddhist participatory education management of charity schools in Buddhist temples, and 3) to propose the model of Buddhist participatory education management of charity schools in Buddhist temples. The process of this mixed research was divided into 3 steps; (1) to study the state of participatory education management of charity schools in Buddhist temples from 400 samples by using questionnaires and analyzed by frequency. Percentage, mean and standard deviation, (2) to develop a model of Buddhist participatory education management of charity schools from 10 key-informants by semi-structured interview form and analyzed by content analysis and (3) to propose the model of Buddhist participatory education management of charity schools by focus group discussions with 9 experts through question clues and analyzed by content analysis.

It was found from the study that: 

1. The state of participatory education management of charity schools in Buddhist temples was totally in a high level in all 4 aspects; participation in action, participation in decision making, participation in evaluation, and participation in achievement.

2. The development of Buddhist participatory education management model of charity schools in Buddhist temples was to integrate the principle of participatory education management in 4 aspects with the 4 principles of Sangahavatthu; giving, kindly speech, useful conduct and even and equal treatment, in educational administration in 4 aspects; academic administration, personnel administration, budget administration, and general management administration.

3. The model of Buddhist participatory education management of charity schools in Buddhist temples consists of 4 components; principle, objective, administration process and evaluation. The model is suitable and feasible to be applied in participatory education management of charity schools in Buddhist temples and it can be concluded into PEB Model.
