ดุษฎีนิพนธ์เรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาค 17 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาค 17 และ 3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาค 17 ใช้กระบวนการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาค 17 ใช้แบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นพระสังฆาธิการ 234 รูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 15 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาตามแบบสัมภาษณ์ และขั้นตอนที่ 3 เสนอรูปแบบด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 9 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาตามแนวคำถามสำหรับการสนทนากลุ่ม

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า:

1.  สภาพสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาค 17 ทั้ง ๓ ด้าน คือ ความรู้ (Knowledge) ทักษะ (Skills) และคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล (Attributes) ในภาพรวม มีระดับการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก

2.  การพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาค 17 ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 หลักการ องค์ประกอบที่ 2 วัตถุประสงค์ องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ระบบการดำเนินการ องค์ประกอบที่ 4 กระบวนการพัฒนา 1) หลักพุทธธรรมที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา (ไตรสิกขา) 2) กระบวนการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ 3 ด้าน คือ ความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล และองค์ประกอบที่ 5 การประเมินผล

3. รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาค 17 มีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาค 17 อันเป็นการปฏิบัติศาสนกิจของพระสังฆาธิการเพื่อประโยชน์สุขแก่ชุมชนและสังคมไทย

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of the dissertation were: 1) to study the state of the Buddhist propagation competency of the administrative monks in the Sangha Administration Region 17, 2) to develop a model for developing the Buddhist propagation competency of the administrative monks in the Sangha Administration Region 17, and 3) to propose the model of Buddhist propagation competency development for administrative monks in the Sangha Administration Region 17. The mixed research method was used in the study. The research procedure was divided into 3 steps; (1) to study the state of the Buddhist propagation competency of the administrative monks in the Sangha Administration Region 17 from 234 administrative monks by using questionnaires and analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation, (2) to develop a model by in-depth interviews with 15 key-informants and analyzed by content analysis, and (3) to propose the model by connoisseurship with 9 experts and analyzed by content analysis.

The results of the study found that:

1. The state of the Buddhist propagation competency of the administrative monks in the Sangha Administration Region 17 in 3 aspects; Knowledge, Skills and Attributes, was at a high level overall.

2. The development of a model for Buddhist propagation competency of the administrative monks in the Sangha Administration Region 17 consisted of 5 elements: 1) Principle, 2) Objective, 3) System of operation, 4) Development Process, which consisted of (1) Buddhist principles supporting propagation competency, and
(2) process in competency development in 3 aspects; knowledge, skills and personal characteristics, and 5) Evaluation.

3. The model of Buddhist propagation competency development for administrative monks in the Sangha Administration Region 17 is appropriate and feasible to develop the evangelistic competency of the administrative monks in the Sangha Administration Region 17 for the advantage and blissfulness of people and society.
