บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

               การศึกษาการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 2) เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 132 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การหาค่าความถี่ (frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (X̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน โพรดัคโมเมนต์ (Pearson product - moment correlation coefficient)

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1. การบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นเดียวกัน โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและการประเมินผล ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอน ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนและด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา

               2. คุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกมาตร ฐาน โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ มาตรฐานที่ 1 ผู้เรียนมีสุขภาวะที่ดี และมีสุนทรีย ภาพ มาตรฐานที่ 6 ผู้เรียนมีทักษะในการทำงาน รักการทำงานสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้และมีเจตคติที่ดีต่ออาชีพสุจริต มาตรฐานที่ 2 ผู้เรียนมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ มาตรฐานที่ 5 ผู้เรียนมีความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นตามหลักสูตร มาตรฐานที่ 3 ผู้เรียนมีทักษะในการแสวงหาความรู้ด้วยตนเองรักเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง มาตรฐานที่ 4 ผู้เรียนมีความสามารถในการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ คิดสร้างสรรค์ ตัดสินใจ แก้ปัญหาได้อย่างมีสติสมเหตุสมผล

               3. การบริหารงานวิชาการโดยภาพรวมส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 พบว่า ทุกด้านซึ่งประกอบด้วยด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา ด้านการวัดผลและการประเมินผล มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพผู้เรียนในทิศทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จึงเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                The purposes of this research were three main objectives that 1) To study the academic administration in the schools under the office of Nakhonphanom Education Service Area 2, 2) To study the quality of student in the schools under the office of Nakhonphanom Education Service Area 2, 3) To study the correlation academic administration for affect the quality of the students in the schools under the office of Nakhonphanom Education Service Area 2. This research is a survey research. The sample used in this study that Administrators, teachers and the Board of Education total 132 peoples. The instruments used in the study were questionnaire rating scale. The statistics used to analyze the data that The frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation (S.D.). Pearson product - moment correlation coefficient.

                The results showed that :

                1. The academic administration in the schools under the office of Nakhonphanom Education Service Area 2 were overall at a high level, when considered in each aspects were at a high level. The rankings from the highest to the lowest mean scores were teaching and learning, measurement and evaluation, promotion of activities teaching and learning, curriculum, instructional media teaching and learning, supervision education.

                2. Quality of student in the schools under the office of Nakhonphanom Education Service Area 2 were overall at a high level, when considered in each aspects were at a high level. The rankings from the highest to the lowest mean scores were standard 1 students with good health and aesthetics, standard 6 have the skills work. Can work with others and have a good attitude to the profession of faith, standard 2 ethics and values are desirable, standard 5 with the knowledge and skills required by the course, standard 3 skills in the pursuit of self-love to learn and develop their skills continuously, standard 4 has the ability to think systematically. Creative solutions have consciously decided reasonable.

               3. The academic administration affected the quality of the students in the schools under the office of Nakhonphanom Education Service Area 2 every aspects, such as curriculum, teaching and learning, promotion of activities teaching and learning, instructional media teaching and learning, supervision education, measurement and evaluation were positive correlation quality of the students at the level of significance 0.05 with hypothesis preset.
