บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียน (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียนและ (3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 วัดพระงาม (สามัคคีพิทยา) นครปฐม โดยในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และวิจัยเชิงสำรวจเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม จากผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 290 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ลักษณะของแบบสอบถามเป็นทั้งปลายเปิดและปลายปิดผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้ โดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่า (t-test) ค่าเอฟ (F-test) วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way Analysis of Variance) เมื่อพบความแตกต่าง จึงทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นคู่ ด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด (Least Significant Difference : LSD)

               ผลการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า

               1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่เกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง 3.00 เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้านของการมีส่วนร่วมทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่า ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์แก่เด็กที่บ้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3.78 ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2.45 ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบ้านและโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3.09 ส่วนด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจในนโยบายและสนับสนุนโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2.58 เป็นด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด

               2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนา การเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 วัดพระงาม (สามัคคีพิทยา) นครปฐม จำแนกตามสถานภาพผู้ปกครอง ทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปร ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ  ระดับการศึก ษา อาชีพของผู้ปกครอง รายได้ต่อเดือนของผู้ปกครองพบว่า สถานภาพของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนมี เพศ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ต่อเดือนของผู้ปกครอง มีผลทำให้ความคิดเห็น โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ได้ตั้งไว้ ส่วนถานภาพของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนมี อายุ อาชีพของผู้ปกครอง มีผลทำให้ความคิดเห็น โดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งเป็นการปฏิเสธสมมติ ฐานที่ได้ตั้งไว้

               3. ข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 วัดพระงาม (สามัคคีพิทยา) นครปฐม จำแนกเป็น 4 ด้านดังนี้

               3.1. ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต้องการให้โรเรียน พัฒนาสื่อการสอนที่หลากหลาย และเพิ่มแหล่งการเรียนรู้นอกสถานที่ เสนอให้มีการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นให้เด็กค้นคว้าศึกษาด้วยตัวเอง เน้นทักษะในการอ่านและคัดลายมือ และช่วยเน้นสอนเด็กให้ใช้เวลาว่างให้เป็นประ โยชน์ รวมถึงกิจกรรมที่หลากหลายตามความสนใจของเด็ก เน้นให้ทุกฝ่ายเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาแหล่งการเรียนรู้

               3.2. ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบ้านและโรงเรียน ผู้ปกครองแนะนำให้โรงเรียนจัดกิจกรรมเยี่ยมบ้าน เช่น กิจกรรมครูเยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียนเพื่อจะได้สอบถามปัญหาต่างๆเพื่อการสอบถามพฤติกรรมยังสามารถพูดคุยถึงปัญหาต่างของนักเรียนได้และนักเรียนก็สามารถเข้าใจถึงปัญหา ตามความเป็นอยู่ของผู้ปกครอง และส่วนนักเรียนก็จะได้มีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ปัญหายังแนะนำอีกว่าให้การบ้านเด็กที่เป็นงานค้นหาแหล่งข้อมูลความรู้ทางอินเตอร์เน็ตนักเรียนอาจให้ผู้ปกครองช่วยเหลือและแนะนำได้ในการค้นหาแหล่งข้อมูล

               3.3. ด้านการสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์แก่เด็กที่บ้าน ส่วนใหญ่ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนช่วยสอนให้ทำ การบ้าน งานบ้านเสมอ สอนทักษะในสิ่งที่โรงเรียนไม่ได้สอน จะสอนเรื่องที่นักเรียนสงสัย สอนให้ช่วยเหลือตนเอง การแบ่งบัน การอยู่ร่วมกับคนอื่น สอนให้สังเกต สอนให้แก้ปัญหาในชีวิตประจำวัน ถ้ามีโอกาสพาไปทำงานนอกบ้านด้วยกัน และผู้ปกครองยังได้ให้ข้อเสนอสรุปรวมกันว่า อยากให้โรงเรียนมีกิจกรรมส่งครูหรือครูฝึกสอนลงพื้นที่ตามชุมชน เพื่อกิจกรรมวิชาการงานเพื่อนักเรียนจะได้นำมาใช้ได้จริงและยังจะเป็นกิจกรรมที่ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนจะได้ร่วมทำกับนักเรียนด้วย

               3.4. ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมการตัดสินใจในนโยบายและสนับสนุนโรงเรียนผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่เสนอให้ผู้ปกครองเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการเสนอแนะความ คิดเห็นต่างๆ และรับรู้การดำเนินงานการตัด สินใจในนโยบายและการ ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนรองลงมาให้ชี้แจงนโยบายและการดำ เนินงานต่างๆให้ผู้ปกครองทราบ เพื่อการรับทราบ ส่วนการสนับสนุนโรงเรียนนั้นผู้ปกครองได้มีส่วนร่วมในการบริจาคอุปกรณ์ต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนตามโครงการต่างๆที่ทางโรงเรียนได้จัดขึ้นตามนโยบายโรงเรียนได้อย่างถูกต้องตามลาดับ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                The objectives of this research are (1) to study the student parents’ participation in learning and teaching development of Wat Phra-ngam Municipal School 1(Samakkhiphitthaya), Nakhonpathom, (2) to study the idea level of student parents’ participation in learning and teaching development of Wat Phra-ngam Municipal School 1(Samakkhiphitthaya), Nakhonpathom and (3) to study the student parents’ idea and suggestions of participation in learning and teaching development of Wat Phra-ngam Municipal School 1 (Samakkhiphitthaya), Nakhonpathom. This is a quantitative research and a Quantitative Field Research. The field study data are collected from 290 student guardians by using the questionnaire with open ending and closed ending. The data are analyzed by evaluation of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Hypothetical test made by t-test, F-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance. After finding the difference, the comparison of the mean difference in pair is done by the way of Least Significant Difference : LSD.

               On the result of research, it is found that :

               1.The student parents’ ideas of participation in learning and teaching development are at the medium level 3.00. Considering taking part in each aspect of 4 aspects, it is found that participation in the aspect of creating experience to the child at home is at the high level 3.78. In the aspect of learning and teaching, it is at the medium level 2.54. In the aspect of relationship between village and school, it is at the medium level 3.09. In the aspect of participation in making a decision of policy and supporting the school, it is at the medium level 2.58 of which the mean is lowest.

               2. For the result of comparing the student parents’ ideas of participation in learning and teaching development of Wat Phra-ngam Municipal School 1 (Samakkhiphitthaya ), Nakhonpa thom, being divided as the guardians’ status, with testing the hypothesis of analyzing the difference between variables:- sex, age, educational level, guardian’s occupation and guardian’s income per a month, it is found that the status of the guardians whose sex, educational level and income per a month are different, their ideas, in whole, are different and it agrees with the hypothesis set up.

               3. The student parents’ suggestions of learning and teaching development of Wat Phra-ngam Municipal School 1(Samakkhiphitthaya), Nakhonpathom, are divided into 4 aspects;

               3.1.In the aspect of learning and teaching, the student guardians desire the school to develop the educational media in several styles and increase the learning sources out of the place, offer learning and teaching management with emphasizing on study by oneself, emphasizing on reading and hand writing and supporting to get the benefit in free time, including various activities as desired by children and emphasizing on taking part of developing the learning source.

               3.2.In the aspect of relationship between village and school, the guardians suggest the school to do home visiting activity such as the activity for the teachers to visit students’ houses in order to examine various problems, behaviors and talk on students’ various questions. It will make students understand the problems of the guardians as they are. For the students, they can take part in solving the problems and be known that the homework is the work for searching the information on internet, the students mask for helping from the guardian in this.

               3.3.creating child experience at home, most of the student guardians will always help in teaching the child to do homework, housework, teach the skills of what the school does not teach, teach what the students are in doubt, teach them to help oneself, distribute , live together with somebody else, notice, solve the problems in daily life in case of working out of the house. For the suggestions not being in conclusion, the guardians would like the school hold the activity of sending some teachers or teachers being trained in teaching to the community areas in order to be academic activity and in order that the students can apply it, it is also the activity to be participated by the guardians.

               3.4.In the aspect of taking part in making a decision of policy and supporting the school, most of the guardians suggest the guardians to participate and take part in offering the ideas and to acknowledge running work, making a decision of policy and assessment of running work of the school. The second one is to let the school notify the policy and running works to the guardians for acknowledgement. For supporting the school, the guardians have taken part in donating instruments concerned with students’ learning on the projects held by the school according to the policy of school rightly and respectively.
