บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                  การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรีในท้องถิ่นผ่าน กองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีตําบลปากบ่อง อําเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลําพูน  2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการ ส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรีในท้องถิ่นผ่านกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีของตําบลปากบ่อง อําเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลําพูน ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล  3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริม บทบาทสตรีในท้องถิ่นผ่านกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีตําบลปากบ่อง อําเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลําพูน และ  4) เพื่อศึกษาการนําหลักสัปปุริสธรรมมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรีในท้องถิ่นผ่าน กองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีตําบลปากบ่อง อําเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลําพูน ดําเนินการตามระเบียบวิธี วิจัยแบบผสม (Mixed Method) โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ซึ่งเป็นการ วิจัยแบบสํารวจ (Survey Research) โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ สมาชิกกองทุนพัฒนา บทบาทสตรีตําบลปากบ่อง จํานวน 296 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และ เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีผลต่างนัยสําคัญน้อยที่สุด และการวิจัยเชิง คุณภาพ โดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In depth Interview) กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสําคัญ (Key Informant) ใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท

                  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                  1. การส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรีในท้องถิ่นผ่านกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีตําบลปากบ่อง อําเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลําพูน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

                  2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรีในท้องถิ่นผ่านกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรี ตําบลปากบ่อง อําเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลําพูน จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ การศึกษา สถานภาพ อาชีพ และรายได้ พบว่า สมาชิกกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีตําบลปากบ่องที่มีอายุ สถานภาพ และอาชีพแตกต่างกัน มีการส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรีในท้องถิ่นผ่านกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีตําบลปากบ่องไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนสมาชิกกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีตําบลปากบ่องที่มีการศึกษา และรายได้แตกต่างกันมีการส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรีในท้องถิ่นผ่านกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีตําบลปาก บ่องแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญที่ระดับ 0.01

                  3. ปัญหา อุปสรรค พบว่า สตรีบางส่วนขาดความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง ไม่กล้าแสดงออก เท่าที่ควร ขาดความร่วมมือจากบุคคลบางกลุ่ม เพราะยังมีความเหลื่อมล้ําไม่เท่าเทียมกันในเรื่องสิทธิ ชายหญิง และข้อเสนอแนะ คือ สร้างความตระหนักรู้ในเรื่องสิทธิความเท่าเทียมกัน เสริมสร้างให้ สตรีมีความเป็นจิตอาสา เพื่อก้าวเข้าสู่การเป็นผู้นําในท้องถิ่น และควรมีการสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ระหว่างองค์กรและท้องถิ่นเพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาสังคมต่อไป

                  4. การส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรีในท้องถิ่นผ่านกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีตําบลปากบ่อง อําเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลําพูน สามารถสรุปได้ ดังนี้ สมาชิกกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีตําบลปากบ่องให้ ความสนใจการส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรีในท้องถิ่นให้ก้าวเข้ามาสู่การเป็นผู้นําในด้านต่างๆ มีความต้องการ ความเสมอภาคทางเพศในสังคม และมีความพร้อมที่จะแสดงศักยภาพของตนเองในสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ซึ่งกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีได้เปิดโอกาสให้สตรีทุกคนเข้ามามีบทบาทในการทํางานในพื้นที่ของตน มากขึ้น รวมไปถึงการเข้าไปมีส่วนในการร่างระเบียบกฎเกณฑ์ในการทํางานร่วมกัน และเป็นผู้นําใน การขับเคลื่อนการดําเนินงานของกองทุนพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีตําบลปากบ่องทั้งนี้การส่งเสริมบทบาท สตรีในท้องถิ่นจะช่วยพัฒนาศักยภาพพลังของสตรีให้มีบทบาทที่เข้มแข็งขึ้น

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                  The objective of this study were : 1) to study The Encouragement of The Local Women Role Through The Women Empowerment Funds in Tambon Pakbong Pasang District Lamphun Province, 2) to compare The Encouragement of The Local Women Role Through The Women Empowerment Funds in Tambon Pakbong Pasang District Lamphun Province, 3) to study the problem, obstacles and suggestions of The Encouragement of The Local Women Role Through The Women Empowerment Funds in Tambon Pakbong Pasang District Lamphun Province and 4) to study the implementation of the Buddhist principles, Sappurisa Dhamma for to The Encouragement of The Local Women Role Through The Women Empowerment Funds in Tambon Pakbong Pasang District Lamphun Province. The research implemented by the Mixed Methods Research, it was the Quantitative Research, Survey Research , the sample in this research were 296 people of the members of Tambol Pakbong's Women Empowerment Funds, analyzed the data by Frequency, Percentage, Average (Mean) and Standard Deviation, testing with F-test, using One Way Analysis of Variance (One Way ANOVA) and compare the differences of the average in pairs by means of the variance Least Significant Difference (LSD), and Qualitative Research by In-depth Interviews with the Key Informants and analyzed the data by Content Analysis Technique.

                  The research results shows that:

                  1) The Encouragement of The Local Women Role Through The Women Empowerment Funds in Tambon Pakbong Pasang District Lamphun Province, overall level was moderate.

                  2) Comparison of The Encouragement of The Local Women Role Through The Women Empowerment Funds in Tambon Pakbong Pasang District Lamphun Province classified by personal factors including age, marital status, education, occupation and income found that the people of difference in age, marital status and occupation have been encouraging of the local women role through the Women Empowerment Funds in Tambon Pakbong Pasang District Lamphun Province, not difference. The people who differed in education and income have been the encouragement of differ significantly at 0.01.

                  3) The problem and obstacles of The Encouragement of The Local Women Role Through The Women Empowerment Funds in Tambon Pakbong Pasang District Lamphun Province found that someone lacked confidence in themselves, did not dare to show off and sometimes they didn't get cooperation from somebody because of gender inequality. The suggestions were they should get enhancing awareness of the Sexual rights, introduce to be a volunteer for to be a local leader and people should participate with the state agencies to develop their locality.

                  4) Conclusion is that The Encouragement of The Local Women Role Through The Women Empowerment Funds in Tambon Pakbong Pasang District Lamphun Province which the people interested to encourage the role women to the local leadership in a variety of ways. They wanted to terminate sexual harassment and ready to show the full potential of your own in different situations. The Women Funds gave an opportunity to all women have a role to working in their area ti they can draft the roles in working together and to be a leader by activation of Tambon Pakbong Empowerment Funds. In addition, the encouragement of the local role women will develop the power of women to be strong.
