บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

               การวิจัยเรื่อง การสื่อสารภาพลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลําพูน งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยผู้วิจัยได้ดําเนินการศึกษาและเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ จาก บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องในการบริหารภาพลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาลัย สงฆ์ลําพูน แล้วนํามาสังเคราะห์จัดกลุ่มข้อมูล จากนั้นทําการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา และนําเสนอผลการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการพรรณนา

                จากผลการศึกษา พบว่า

                มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลําพูน เป็นสถาบันการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งแรกของจังหวัดลําพูน มีสถานะเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยในกํากับ ของรัฐบาล ก่อตั้งขึ้นด้วยการริเริ่มของคณะสงฆ์ และความร่วมมือของข้าราชการ พ่อค้า ประชาชน ชาวจังหวัดลําพูน เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยที่ให้โอกาสทางการศึกษาแก่พระภิกษุ สามเณร และคฤหัสถ์ได้เข้า มาศึกษาวิชาการทางพระพุทธศาสนาควบคู่กับวิชาการทางโลก มุ่งผลิตบัณฑิตให้เป็นผู้ที่มีความรู้คู่ คุณธรรม มีจุดแข็งขององค์กร คือ เป็นสถาบันการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งแรกของจังหวัดลําพูน มี ต้นทุนทางสังคมที่ดี มีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการทํางาน และมีบุคลากรในการทํางานที่เข้มแข็ง สามัคคี และมีเอกภาพ ตั้งอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่ชุมชน มีอาคารสถานที่อุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนพร้อมและ เพียงพอ มีจุดอ่อนที่ควรปรับปรุง คือ ระบบการจราจร การจัดพื้นที่สีเขียวและสถานที่พักผ่อนภายใน สถาบัน การสร้างความเข้าใจในชื่อสถาบัน การสร้างผู้บริหารคณาจารย์ให้มีตําแหน่งทางวิชาการและ เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญในศาสตร์ที่จัดการศึกษา มีโอกาสที่ดีสําหรับการพัฒนา คือ ชุมชนสังคมให้การยอมรับ ในคุณภาพการศึกษา มีเครือข่ายการทํางานและแหล่งเรียนรู้ มีผู้บริหารที่มีศักยภาพและภาวะผู้นํา เข้าถึงแหล่งทุนสนับสนุนการศึกษา มีศิษย์เก่าและศิษย์ปัจจุบันอาศัยอยู่ครอบคลุมในทุกพื้นที่ชุมชน แต่มีอุปสรรคที่ต้องคํานึงถึง คือ สภาวะการแข่งขันเชิงรุกของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่สูง และจํานวน พระภิกษุสามเณรที่เข้ามาศึกษามีจํานวนลดน้อยลง

               มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลําพูน มีภาพลักษณ์ด้านการ ผลิตบัณฑิตที่เป็นจุดแข็ง คือ มีการส่งเสริมความเป็นสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม มีเครือข่ายและความสัมพันธ์ ที่ดีต่อกัน บัณฑิตที่สําเร็จการศึกษามีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีและช่วยเหลือสังคม มีจุดอ่อนที่ต้องปรับปรุง คือ การจัดการความแตกต่างทางพื้นฐานการศึกษาและช่องว่างระหว่างวัยของผู้เรียน ส่งเสริมนิสิตและศิษย์เก่าให้ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับชาติ มีโอกาสของการพัฒนา คือ สร้างเครือข่ายกับสถานศึกษา หาแหล่งทุนสนับสนุนทุนการศึกษา และมีอุปสรรคที่ต้องแก้ไข คือ ปัญหาจํานวนบรรพชิตลดลง มี การทํางานร่วมและสนับสนุนองค์กรทางสังคม เช่น คณะสงฆ์ เครือข่ายภาคประชาสังคม และองค์กร ปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษา ปลูกจิตสํานึกความเป็นผู้มีจิต สาธารณะให้นิสิต มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา พัฒนาสังคม และสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่ชุมชน ท้องถิ่น

                มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลําพูน ต้องเรียนรู้ในการปรับตัว และขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาองค์กร ในสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์และความต้องการของสังคม เช่น ต้อง ผลิตบัณฑิตให้มีความรู้ตามมาตรฐานในศาสตร์ที่ศึกษา มีคุณลักษณะตามที่สังคมคาดหวัง ต้องเป็น องค์กรทางวิชาการพระพุทธศาสนา ศิลปวัฒนธรรมทั้งในฐานะแหล่งเรียนรู้และตัวบุคคล และต้องเน้น การทําวิจัยในมิติด้านสังคม การศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรมให้โดดเด่น

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                The objectives of the research entitled “Image commination of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Lamphun Buddhist College”. This research was qualitative research by collecting data from documents, documentary research, in-depth interview and focus group discussion from person who involved in image management of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Lamphun Buddhist College then the synthetic grouped data after that the content analysis and present the analysis result by descriptive method.

                The findings of the research were as follows:

                Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Lamphun Buddhist College is a first institution of higher education in Lamphun province, there was affiliated with government, established by Sangha and cooperated from government officer, merchant and Lamphun people. This university provides the education opportunity to the Buddhist monks, novices and lay people in order to academic study in Buddhism subject coupled with secular academic and aimed to create graduates who have the knowledge and morality. The strength is a first institution of higher education in Lamphun province, there is good social capital, collaboration Network in working, and personnel are a strong working, harmonious, the unity, located in community area, there are enough buildings, equipment teaching. The weak point that should improve, including the traffic system, the providing green area, the resting place for interior institution, to make the understanding institution, improving the curriculum in order to accord with society needs, to support the academic positions of administers, teachers and the expert in sciences that provided educational management. A great opportunity for development was a social acceptance of quality education, network operation and learning resource, administrators have potential and leadership that reached scholarship sources, the alumni and current students live throughout in all community areas, However, there are obstacles that need to be considered, including the aggressive competition of higher education institution and the number of the Buddhist monks and novices who came to study reduced.

                Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Lamphun Buddhist College has image about creating graduates that are the strong points namely; students have promoting a multicultural society, network and a good relationship each oth Graduates who was graduated there is better quality of life and social assistance The weak points that have to improve are the different management of basic education and the learner gap, to seek scholarship sources. The obstacles that must be solved namely; the number of the Buddhist monks dropped, working together and supporting social enterprises such as Sanghas, a network of civil society, local governments in driving the development of education, raising awareness of public mind to students, the ability to solve social problems and strengthen local communities.

                Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Lamphun Buddhist College has to learn to adapt and drive the organization development in accordance with the circumstances and society needs such as to create graduates with knowledge along standard of education science. There is characterized by social expectations, must be an academic organization in Buddhism, art and culture both learning source and individual. Research must focus on the social dimension, the education, the religion and the culture remarkably.
