บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการใช้หลักไตรลักษณ์ในการปรับตัวทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการใช้หลักไตรลักษณ์ในการปรับตัวทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุที่มี เพศ อายุ การศึกษา สถานภาพ และรายได้ต่างกัน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางส่งเสริมเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักไตรลักษณ์ในการปรับตัวทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) โดยใช้วิธีการเชิงสำรวจ (Survey  Research) ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ประชากร คือ ผู้สูงอายุทั้งเพศชายและเพศหญิง ที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 15,753 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ เครซซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan) ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน .05 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 375 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) ซึ่งถ้าพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จึงทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการ LSD (Least Signficant Difference)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) ผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา มีระดับการใช้หลักไตรลักษณ์ในการปรับตัวทางสังคม โดยรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านโดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ย พบว่า การปรับตัวทางสังคมด้านอนัตตามีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (X̅ =3.46) รองลงมาได้แก่ด้านอนิจจัง (X̅ =3.27) ส่วนด้านทุกขังมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (X̅ =3.21) เมื่อจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ การศึกษา และรายได้ พบว่า มีระดับการใช้หลักไตรลักษณ์ในการปรับตัวทางสังคม โดยรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับการใช้หลักไตรลักษณ์ในการ ปรับตัวทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีระดับการใช้หลักไตรลักษณ์ในการปรับตัวทางสังคม ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผู้สูงอายุที่มี อายุ สถานภาพ การศึกษา และรายได้ ต่างกัน มีระดับระดับการใช้หลักไตรลักษณ์ในการปรับตัวทางสังคม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .05

3) ผลการศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักไตรลักษณ์ในการปรับตัวทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา พบว่า

                  (1) ผู้สูงอายุควรปรับตัวให้รู้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านข้อมูล เทคโนโลยี วัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมของคนในสังคมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว โดยการเรียนรู้และปรับใช้อย่างเหมาะสมกับเพศภาวะและอายุของผู้สูงอายุ

                  (2) ผู้สูงอายุไม่ควรยึดติดกับวัตถุนิยมและบริโภคนิยม เพราะสิ่งเหล่านี้ก่อให้เกิดความอยาก อันเป็นตัวการที่ทำให้เกิดทุกข์ เปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมให้อยู่กับปัจจุบันตามวัยสูงอายุ

                  (3) ผู้สูงอายุควรเข้าใจหรือปรับเปลี่ยนชีวิต เมื่อเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้นในสังคม ไม่ยึดมั่นถือมั่น ไม่คิดครอบครอง ปล่อยให้ทุกอย่างดำเนินไปตามธรรมชาติ ให้ยอมรับว่าถึงเวลาของผู้สูงอายุพักผ่อน หรือทำหน้าที่อีกบทบาทตามวัยสูงอายุ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research were as follows; 1) to study on application to existence in social adaptation of the elders in Nakhon Had Yai municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla Province, 2) to compare on application of existence in social adaptation of the elders in Nakhon Had Yai municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla Province in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education, statuses and incomes as differently and 3) to study the suggestion and guideline in promote on application of existence in social adaptation of the elders in Nakhon Had Yai municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla Province. This is the quantitative research by survey, data collection by questionnaire. The population were composed of male and female who are ages 60 years and live in Nakhon Had Yai municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla Province for 15,753 persons, sample size by Krejcie and Morgan’s table measurement at the error .05, the samples were about 375 persons. The statistics were analysed as followed, frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and to test arithmetic mean in each pair by LSD method (Least Significant difference)

            The findings were as follows:

            1) An application of existence in social adaptation of the elders in Nakhon Had Yai municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla Province by overview was at moderate level all aspects (  = 3.31) when considered in each domain found that all domains are at moderate level from more to less as follows ; Anatta domain (  = 3.46) Anicca (  = 3.27) and Dukkhanͦ (  = 3.21) respectively. When considered in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education, statuses and incomes found that there were applied at moderate level by overviewed.

            2) The comparative results on application of existence in social adaptation of the elders in Nakhon Had Yai municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla Province in terms of sexes found that there were not different but in terms of ages, statuses, degrees of education and income found that there were different as statistically significance at .05.

            3) The suggestion and resolution on promotion for application of existence in social adaptation of the elders in Nakhon Had Yai municipality, Had Yai district, Songkhla Province found that:

                    (1)  The elders should be adapted foe changing of technology information, culture and value of people in rapid change society by learning and adapting as suitability with gender and age of elders.

                           (2) The elders should not be on materialism and consumerism these are based on desire and caused of suffering they should adapt themselves for ready in recent and aging.

                      (3) The elders should be understood or adapting life style while society changing without attachment and let them going by nature and try to accept that now we are going to rest or work on the role of elders.
