                การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนใน การป้องกันทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของตำบลดงดำ อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของตำบลดงดำ อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูนจำแนกตาม ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการ ป้องกันทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของตำบลงดงดำ อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน 4) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการ ประยุกต์ใช้หลักอปริหานิยธรรมการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของ ตำบลดงดำ อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน

               ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานอย่างเท่าเทียม (Mixed Methods) ประชากรกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างคือ ประชาชนที่มีสิทธิ์เลือกตั้งในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลดงดำ อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน จำนวน 5,524 คน ทำการสุมตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรคำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ ทาโร่ ยามาเนโดยขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ จำนวน 368 คน และเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม สำเร็จรูปเพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์เพื่อหาค่าความค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในการอธิบายลักษณะข้อมูลทั่วไป และทำการทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการทดสอบค่าที (t - test) และ ค่าเอฟ (f-test) ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - Way Anova) เมื่อพบว่ามีความ แตกต่าง จึงทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีการหาผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด (Least Significant Difference) และข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้วิจัยจะทำการจัดกลุ่มข้อมูลตามสาระสำคัญของประเด็นการสัมภาษณ์จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

              1.ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของตำบลดงดำ อำเภอลื้ จังหวัดลำพูนพบว่า ประชาชนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของตำบลดงดำ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( x̄  = 3.19) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า แต่ละด้านอยู่ในระตับปานกลาง

               2. การเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันทรัพยากร ป่าไม้ของตำบลดงดำ อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน การทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่าง ตามการจำแนกปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือนไม่แตกต่างกัน

จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

               3. ผลการศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วม ของประชาชนในการป้องกันทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของตำบลดงดำ อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน สรุปได้ คือ ประชาชนบางกลุ่มยังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจทักษะวิธีการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรป่าไม้ในเชิงอนุรักษ์ ดังนั้นองค์กรหรือหน่วยงานภาครัฐควรรณรงค์เผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ เพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกให้ประชาชน เข้ามีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้มากขึ้น

         4. เปรียบเทียบการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอปริหานิธรรมในการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของตำบลดงดำ อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน เช่น มีการประชุมปรึกษาหารือแลกเปลี่ยน ข้อคิดเห็นพร้อมรับฟังความคิดเห็นต่อกัน มีความเคารพให้เกียรติซึ่งกันและกันไม่ข่มเหงรังแกผู้ที่ อ่อนแอกว่า ให้ความศรัทธาเลื่อมใสเคารพสักการะ และคุ้มครองรักษาสถานที่สำคัญตามความเชื่อ พร้อมยืดถือปฏิบัติตาม ธรรมเนียมประเพณีวัฒนธรรมของท้องถิ่นเป็นอย่างดี การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการป้องกันทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของตำบลดงดำ อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน 1) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมคิดวางแผน ควรสร้างจิตสำนึกการมีส่วนร่วม ในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้  2) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมดำเนินการ ร่วมกำหนดเขตพื้นที่ป่าไม้ ให้มีความชัดเจนให้ยึดถือปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและข้อบังคับอย่างเคร่งครัด  3) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมประเมินผล มีการติดตามตรวจสอบผล การดำเนินกิจกรรมในการป้องกันและการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากร ป่าไม้อย่างต่อเนื่อง 4) ด้านการมีส่วน ร่วมรับผลประโยชน์ ป่าไม้ให้ประโยชน์ทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมหากในพื้นที่มีทรัพยากรป่าไม้ที่อุดม สมบูรณ์ทำให้เกิดความสมดุลต่อระบบนิเวศ มีแหล่งปัจจัยสี่ และทำให้เรับผลผลิตทางการเกษตรมี คุณภาพ นำไปจำหน่ายได้ราคาดีมีรายได้เพิ่มและลดค่ารายจ่ายตลอดจนมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีทำให้มีความสุข

And test the hyPothesis by t test(t- test) and F (F- test), with one-way analysis of variance (one - way anova) was found to be the difference. The results showed that

              1.
