        การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านในการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดชัยภูมิ 2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านกับการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดชัยภูมิ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านในการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดชัยภูมิ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 325 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ด้วยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบปลายปิด และแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นแบบปลายปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที
        ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท
        1. ผลการศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านในการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดชัยภูมิ โดยภาพรวมการมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก
        2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านกับการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดชัยภูมิ พบว่า กำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านที่มีเพศ อายุ การศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือนต่างกัน การมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
        3. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านในการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดชัยภูมิจากการสัมภาษณ์ พบว่า กำนันผู้ใหญ่บ้านควรรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย บำบัดทุกข์บำรุงสุขให้แก่ราษฎร บริจาคอุปกรณ์การเรียนให้แก่พระภิกษุสามเณรมอบทุนการศึกษา สืบสานงานประเพณี ช่วยสนับสนุนการศึกษาในโรงเรียนและคณะสงฆ์ ร่วมบริจาคสิ่งของ ช่วยเหลือสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดูแลกลุ่มพระสงฆ์ผู้สูงอายุและการตั้งมั่นที่จะดำเนินงานช่วยเหลือวัดอย่างเข้มแข็ง เอาใจใส่ติดตามการดำเนินงานอย่างจริงจัง มีการดำเนินงานโดยใช้สติ พิจารณาวางแผนการทำงานและใช้ปัญญาดำเนินงานตรวจสอบข้อดีข้อเสียอย่างมีเหตุผล

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

        The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of participation of subdistrict headmen and village headmen in promoting the governance of the Sangha of Chaiyaphum Province; 2) to compare the participation of subdistrict headmen and village headmen with the promotion of the Sangha governance in Chaiyaphum Province; 3) to study the ways of participation of subdistrict headmen and village headmen in promoting the governance of the Sangha in Chaiyaphum Province. This study was carried out by means of the mixed method research. The samples of this study included 325 participants and 10 key informants, selected by purposive sampling. The method used in the research was a closed-ended questionnaire and the closed-ended interview form. The statistics used in this research were: Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and t-test.
        The results of the research were as follows:
        1) The participation level of subdistrict headmen and village headmen in promoting the governance of the Sangha of Chaiyaphum Province overall was at a high level.
        2) The results of comparing the participation of subdistrict headmen and village headmen in promoting the governance of the Sangha of Chaiyaphum Province found that subdistrict headmen and village headmen with differences in sex, age, education, occupation, monthly income participated in promoting the governance of the Sangha of Chaiyaphum Province indifferently.
        3) The results of the study on the ways of participation of subdistrict headmen and village headmen in promoting the governance of the Sangha of Chaiyaphum Province, from interviews, revealed that subdistrict headmen and village headmen should maintain order, create happiness and solve problems for people, donate educational materials to monks and novices, give scholarships, carry on the tradition, support education in schools and the Sangha, donate things, assist with facilities, take care of elderly monks and establish a strong commitment to help the temple, pay attention to the operation seriously with consciousness, consider a plan of work and use the intelligence to examine the pros and cons logically.
