บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำ 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำ ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองของนักการเมืองตามทรรศนะของพระสงฆ์ในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอนาวัง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู รูปแบบเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) คือ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และกรวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ  กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พระสงฆ์ในอำเภอนาวัง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู จำนวน 200 รูป ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 1 รูป สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่  ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) หาค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way analysis of variance) การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) กับ (Key Informant) และใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ประกอบบริบท 
      ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
      1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองของนักการเมืองตามทรรศนะของพระสงฆ์ในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอนาวัง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน  
      2. ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองของนักการเมืองตามทรรศนะของพระสงฆ์ในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอนาวัง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 
      3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของพระสงฆ์ต่อภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองของนักการเมืองตามทรรศนะของพระสงฆ์ในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอนาวัง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู  พบว่า พระสงฆ์ที่มี พรรษา ตำแหน่ง มีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองของนักการเมืองตามทรรศนะของพระสงฆ์ แตกต่างกัน ส่วนพระสงฆ์ที่มี อายุ การศึกษาทางธรรม การศึกษาทางโลกต่างกัน มีคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองของนักการเมืองตามทรรศนะของพระสงฆ์ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
      4. แนวทางการการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองของนักการเมืองตามทรรศนะของพระสงฆ์ในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอนาวัง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู พบว่า หลักพรหมวิหาร 4  ได้แก่ เมตตา กรุณา มุทิตา อุเบกขา เป็นหลักธรรมที่นักการเมืองตั้งแต่ระดับท้องถิ่น จนถึงระดับชาติ ต้องให้ความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมากในการนำไปประพฤติปฏิบัติให้เป็นที่ยอมรับของคนในสังคม 

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

            The objectives of this research objectives were: 1) to study the level of leadership; 2) to study the level of leadership according to the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas (Sublime States of Mind); 3) to compare the leadership according to personal factors according to the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas; 4) to study the ways of promoting political leadership of politicians according to the views of monks in the Sangha Administration Area, Na Wang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The study was a mixed methods research: quantitative and qualitative. The sample group included 200 monks in Na Wang District and one key informant. The statistics used were: Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One way ANOVA. The in-depth interview was used with the key informant. The obtained data were interpreted by contextual content analysis techniques.
        The research results were as follows:
        1. The level of political leadership of politicians according to the views of monks in the Sangha Administration Area, Na Wang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province in overall was at a high level in all aspects.
        2. The level of political leadership of politicians according to the views of monks in the Sangha Administration Area, Na Wang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province according to the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas, in was at a high level in all aspects.
        3. The results of the comparison of monks' opinions on political leadership of politicians according to the views of monks in the Sangha Administration Area, Na Wang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province found that monks with different years of ordination and position had different opinions on political leadership of politicians while those with differences in age, dhamma education and worldly education had indifferent opinions.
         4. The guidelines for promoting political leadership of politicians according to the views of monks in the Sangha Administration Area, Na Wang District are that that the Four Brahmavihāra Dhammas, namely Metta (loving kindness), Karuṇā (compassion), Muditā (sympathetic joy), Upekkhā (equanimity), are the principles that politicians from the local level up to the national level must pay attention to their importance and practice to be accepted by the people in the society.
