บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลนาอ้อ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มีจำนวน 370 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ จึงนำมาทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 

1. ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลนาอ้อ  อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (=4.60) เมื่อพิจารณาในรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการร่วมรณรงค์ทางการเมือง ด้านการแสดงความสนใจต่อกิจกรรมทางการเมือง ด้านการใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้ง อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านการบูรณาการตามหลักพุทธธรรม และด้านการรับรู้ข่าวสารทางการเมือง อยู่ในระดับมาก  

2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบ พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ การศึกษา อาชีพ และสมาชิกกลุ่มในชุมชน แตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมทางการเมือง โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 จึงเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้  

3. แนวทางในการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วม พบว่า ควรส่งเสริมเยาวชนให้มีความรู้สิทธิและหน้าที่ปลูกฝังความเป็นประชาธิปไตย ควรสื่อสารด้วยช่องทางที่หลากหลาย ควรส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมภาคประชาชน ควรส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักพุทธธรรม  

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

  The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to study the level of participation in citizen political activities in Na-O Sub-District Municipality, Muang District, Loei Province; 2) to compare the level of participation in the citizen political activities; 3) to propose guidelines for the development of participation in citizen political activities. The sample group used in the research consisted of 370 people and 10 key informants. The data collection tools were questionnaires and interview forms. The obtained data were analyzed by using the social science software packages and contextual content analysis. 

The research results were as follows:

1) The level of participation in citizen political activities in Na-O Sub-District Municipality, Muang District, Loei Province, as a whole, was at the highest level (= 4.60). As for each studied aspect, the aspects of political campaign, showing interest in political activities and the use of electoral rights were rated at the highest level. As for the aspect of integration according to Buddhist principles and the perception of political news were rated at a high level.

2) The comparison results revealed that people with differences in gender, age, education, occupation and group members in the community participated in political activities differently with the statistical significance level of 0.05.

3) The guidelines for the development of participation are that youth should be encouraged to have knowledge, to understand their rights and duties to cultivate democracy. The communication through various channels should be promoted. The public participation should be encouraged and people should be encouraged to live according to Buddhist principles.
