การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมของประชาชนในการตัดสินใจใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร พ.ศ. 2562 ในจังหวัดขอนแก่น เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 2 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยทางสังคมกับพฤติกรรมของประชาชนในการตัดสินใจใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร พ.ศ. 2562 ในจังหวัดขอนแก่น เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 2 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมของประชาชนในการตัดสินใจในการใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรพ.ศ. 2562 ในจังหวัดขอนแก่น เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา มีจำนวน 399 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติไค-สแควร์ ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิควิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ระดับพฤติกรรมของประชาชนในการตัดสินใจใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร พ.ศ. 2562 ในจังหวัดขอนแก่น เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 2 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยทางสังคมกับพฤติกรรมของประชาชนในการตัดสินใจใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร พ.ศ. 2562 ในจังหวัดขอนแก่น เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 2 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมของประชาชนในการตัดสินใจใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร พ.ศ. 2562 ในจังหวัดขอนแก่น เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 2 ที่จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือน และมีทั้งหมด 5 ด้าน 1. ด้านการใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้ง
2. ด้านการลงคะแนนเลือกตั้ง 3. ด้านระยะเวลาการตัดสินใจเลือกตั้ง 4. ด้านเหตุผลเลือกตัวบุคคล 5. ด้านเหตุผลเลือกพรรค แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This research has the following objectives. 1) To study the level of behavior of the people in deciding to exercise the right to elect members of the House of Representatives in 2019 in Khon Kaen Province. Constituency 2 2) To study the relationship between personal factors, social factors, and people's behavior in deciding to exercise the right to elect members of the House of Representatives in 2019 in Khon Kaen Province. Constituency 2 3) To study recommendations of people's behavior affecting decision-making in exercising the right to vote for members of the House of Representatives, the sample group used in the study consisted of 399 people and 8 key informants. And interview form The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, standard deviation and chi-square statistic. Data analysis using contextual content analysis techniques

The results of the research were as follows:
