               งานวิจัยนี้วัตถุประสงค์คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในการเลือกตั้ง ทั่วไปของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลกันทรอม อำเภอขุนหาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในการเลือกตั้งทั่วไปของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลกันทรอม อำเภอขุน หาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของความรู้สึกมี สมรรถนะทางการเมือง และหลักอปริหานิยธรรมต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในการเลือกตั้งทั่วไป ของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบลกันทรอม อำเภอขุนหาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ใช้การ วิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) เก็บข้อมูลการวิจัยด้วยแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 389 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency  Distribution) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) วิเคราะห์สมมติฐานด้วยสถิติค่า t (t-test) วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (F-test, One way ANOVA) และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Correlation

Coefficient)             

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

             1. ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในการเลือกตั้งทั่วไปของประชาชนในเทศบาลตำบล กันทรอม อำเภอขุนหาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ในด้านการดำเนินการเลือกตั้ง ด้านการร่วมรณรงค์การ เลือกตั้งและด้านการตัดสินใจทางการเมือง อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน

                2. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในการเลือกตั้งทั่วไปฯ พบว่า อายุที่ต่างกัน การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในการเลือกตั้งทั่วไปแตกต่างกัน

                3. หลักอปริหานิยธรรมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับน้อยมากกับการมีส่วนร่วม ทางการเมืองฯ ด้านการดำเนินการเลือกตั้งและมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับน้อยในด้านการร่วม รณรงค์การเลือกตั้งและด้านการตัดสินใจทางการเมือง นอกจากนี้ในด้านการดำเนินการเลือกตั้งมี ความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับน้อย และระดับปานกลางกับด้านการร่วมรณรงค์การเลือกตั้ง และด้าน การตัดสินใจทางการเมือง ตามลำดับ ด้านการร่วมรณรงค์การเลือกตั้งมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกใน ระดับสูงกับด้านการตัดสินใจทางการเมือง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                Objectives of this research were to : 1. To study the level of political participation in general elections of the people in kantom sub-district municipality, khun han district, sisaket province 2. To compare the political participation in the general elections of the people in the kantrom sub-district municipality, khun han district, sisaket province classified by personal factors and 3. To study the relationship of political efficacy caused and Aparihāniyadhamma principle of political participation in the general elections of the people in the kanthom sub-district municipality, khun han district, sisaket province. research method using quantitative research collecting research data through questionnaires. a sample of 389 people. the statistics used for data analysis consisted of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation (SD), hypothesis analysis by t-test, F-test - One way ANOVA and pearson's correlation coefficient’s statistics.

                  The research results were found that

                  1.                  Context of political participation in the general elections of the people in the kantrom sub-district municipality, khun han district, sisaket province in the field of election operation electoral campaigning and political decision-making at the moderate level in all aspects.

                    2.  When comparing the political participation in the general election of the people, it was found that only age differences made political participation in general elections different.

                    3. Aparihāniyadhamma principle have a very low positive correlation with political participation in general elections in electoral proceedings and a modestly positive correlation in electoral campaigning and political decisions in addition, there was a low positive relationship in electoral conduct and moderate level with the electoral campaign participation in terms of political decision-making, respectively, electoral campaigning, there was a high positive correlation with political decisionmaking.
