บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

        งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับวิสาหกิจชุมชนไม้ปาร์เก้ ตำบลเวียงทอง อำเภอสูงเม่น จังหวัดแพร่ (2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในพระพุทธศาสนา (3) เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 กับวิสาหกิจชุมชนไม้ปาร์เก้ ตำบลเวียงทอง อำเภอสูงเม่น จังหวัดแพร่ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 150 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่มีคุณสมบัติสอดคล้องกับประเด็นการวิจัย จำนวน 10 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

        ๑. วิสาหกิจชุมชนไม้ปาร์เก้ ตำบลเวียงทอง อำเภอสูงเม่น จังหวัดแพร่ มีการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x  = 4.03) โดยเรียงจากด้านที่มากไปหาด้านที่น้อย ได้แก่ ด้านวิริยะ ด้านจิตตะ ด้านวิมังสา และด้านฉันทะ

        2. หลักอิทธิบาท 4 กับวิสาหกิจชุมชนไม้ปาร์เก้ ตำบลเวียงทอง อำเภอสูงเม่น จังหวัดแพร่ ได้แก่ (1) ด้านฉันทะ มีความรักในอาชีพของตนเอง รู้จักการวางแผนการทำงาน การกำหนดเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนสามารถทำงานให้เป็นระบบระเบียบ ทำให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วงตามแผนที่ตั้งไว้ (2) ด้านวิริยะ มีความเพียรพยายามอดทนเป็นที่ตั้ง มีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ของตนเอง ทำงานให้เต็มความสามารถ และควบคุมการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่ตั้งไว้ (3) ด้านจิตตะ รู้จักหมั่นพิจารณาไตร่ตรอง มีสมาธิกับการทำงานอยู่ตลอดเวลา สนใจในการพัฒนาตนเอง เพื่อประเมินผลงานของตนเอง ตรวจสอบหาข้อผิดพลาดแล้วนำมาแก้ไข และนำมาปรับปรุงพัฒนา (4) ด้านวิมังสา การพิจารณาพัฒนาขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการวางแผน การปฏิบัติงาน การตรวจสอบการดำเนินงาน ศึกษาจากปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น วิเคราะห์หาแนวทางแก้ไข และพัฒนาการทำงานให้ดีขึ้นต่อไป

        3. การประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 กับวิสาหกิจชุมชนไม้ปาร์เก้ ตำบลเวียงทอง อำเภอสูงเม่น จังหวัดแพร่ พบว่า (1) ด้านฉันทะ ทำงานด้วยความรักที่มีต่ออาชีพของตนเอง การทำงานมีความสุขที่ได้ทำงานที่ตนเองชอบด้วยการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับการทำงาน ส่งผลให้งานออกมามีคุณค่าและน่าภาคภูมิใจ (2) ด้านวิริยะ ตั้งใจทำงานด้วยความขยันหมั่นเพียรมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน ไม่มีความเบื่อหน่ายต่อปัญหาอุปสรรคที่เกิดจากการทำงานนั้น ๆ สร้างวินัยให้กับตนเอง พร้อมกับทุ่มเทกำลังกายอดทนต่อทำงาน และอดทนรอคอยผลสำเร็จที่เกิดจากความตั้งใจทำงาน  (3) ด้านจิตตะ ทำงานด้วยความมุ่งมั่น ใส่ใจในรายละเอียดขั้นตอนของการทำงาน รับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ทำงานด้วยความเรียบร้อย ตรงต่อเวลา รักษาระดับมาตรฐานของผลงาน (4) วิมังสา สำรวจตรวจสอบขั้นตอนการทำงาน พัฒนาจุดแข็งและปรับปรุงจุดอ่อนให้ดีขี้น มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และความคิดใหม่ ๆ ในการทำงานช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการทำงานให้ดีขึ้น ดังนั้น การทำงานด้วยความซื่อสัตย์เป็นจรรยาบรรณพื้นฐานในการทำงานของทุกอาชีพ ทำงานด้วยความโปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ ส่งผลให้วิสาหกิจชุมชนไม้ปาร์เก้ ตำบลเวียงทอง อำเภอสูงเม่น จังหวัดแพร่ ประสบกับความสำเร็จ มีกระบวนการทำงานที่เป็นระบบมากขึ้น ยกระดับคุณภาพสินค้าให้มีมาตรฐาน สร้างรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นให้กับสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนไม้ปาร์เก้ ทำให้เศรษฐกิจภายในชุมชนดีขึ้น

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

        The study consisted of the following objectives: 1) to study concepts and theories of the parquet community enterprise in Wiang Thong sub-district, Sung Men district, Phrae province; 2) to study Iddhipāda (the Four Paths of Accomplishment) in Budhdism; and 3) to apply Iddhipāda for the parquet community enterprise in Wiang Thong sub-district, Sung Men district, Phrae province. The study applied mixed-methods research in which the quantitative data was collected from 150 persons by employing questionnaires. The acquired data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation (S.D.). While the qualitative data were collected from 10 key informants who had the qualifications in line with the research questions by employing interview forms. The acquired data were proceeded by content analysis. The results of the research are found as follows:

        1) An application of Iddhipāda for the parquet community enterprise in Wiang Thong sub-district, Sung Men district, Phrae province overall is at a high level ( x = 4.03), in which the aspect on Viriya (Perseverance) has the highest level, followed by Citta (Dedication), Vīmaṃsā (Examination), and Chanda (Aspiration), respectively.

        2) The parquet community enterprise in Wiang Thong sub-district, Sung Men district, Phrae province has applied Iddhipāda as the guidelines for practice as follows: (1) On Chanda by having affection in a career, planning for work, setting a clear goal in order to work systematically and orderly, and accomplishing the work as planned; (2) On Viriya by having perseverance and responsibility in one’s duty, working to the best of one’s ability, and controlling the work to be carried out according as planned; (3) On Citta by having constant thoughtfulness and concentration for work, focusing on self-development in order to evaluate one’s achievement, investigating mistakes for better results on work; (4) On Vīmaṃsā by examining and developing each procedure starting from planning, implementing, examining the implementation, studying the arising problems, analyzing and finding a solution for more and more development in work. 

        3) The guidelines for applying Iddhipāda for the parquet community enterprise in Wiang Thong sub-district, Sung Men district, Phrae province are as follows: (1) On Chanda by having affection for one's own career, being happy to be able to do the work that one likes through enhancing inspiration which will result in a worthy and proudly work; (2) On Viriya by having perseverance and enthusiasm in working without boredom for the obstacles and problems caused from that work, having the discipline and dedicating oneself in working as well as being patient for the success that comes from hard work; (3) On Citta by having determination on work, paying attention to details and work procedure, being responsible for one’s duty, working neatly, being punctual, and maintaining the standard of work implementation; and (4) On Vīmaṃsā by examining and developing each work procedure, developing strengths and improving weaknesses, having creativity and new ideas which will help to improve the efficiency of work. Therefore, integrity is a fundamental work ethic in every career e.g., working with transparency and able to examine. This will result in the parquet community enterprise in Wiang Thong sub-district, Sung Men District, Phrae province with success and more systematic work process, able to upgrade the quality of product to meet the standards, generating more income for the members of the parquet community enterprise, and overall improving the economy of the community.
