บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

             การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์บทบาทการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางในการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (Indept-Interview) ผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์จำนวน 5 รูป/คน

            ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

            สภาพการบริหารจัดการการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย สภาพปัญหา 6 ด้าน คือ ปัญหาด้านนิสิต มีการแข่งขันระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาอย่างเข้มข้นมากขึ้น เด็กวัยรุ่นในยุคปัจจุบันมีความสนใจเข้ามาศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาน้อยลง ปัญหาด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน ปัญหาด้านหลักสูตร คือ เป็นหลักสูตรเฉพาะทาง ไม่ได้มุ่งเพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน ปัญหาด้านงบประมาณ คือ ได้รับงบประมาณอุดหนุนจากรัฐบาลในวงเงินที่จำกัด ปัญหาด้านการเรียนการสอน คือ สุขภาพของนิสิตไม่เอื้อต่อการปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐาน บทบาทด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกการเดินทาง คือ บริการขนส่งของมหาวิทยาลัยยังไม่พอเพียง

           บทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย มีบทบาทการผลิตบัณฑิต 6 บทบาท คือ 1) บทบาทด้านนิสิต ทิศทางของการผลิตบัณฑิตอยู่ภายใต้แผนพัฒนาการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาระยะที่ 12 โดยสอดคล้องและเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ ปรัชญา ปณิธาน และพันธกิจ 2) บทบาทด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน มหาวิทยาลัยได้ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ให้กับคณาจารย์เพื่อพัฒนาตนเองให้เท่าทันกับโลกสมัยใหม่ มีการบูรณาการในการเรียนการสอน 3) บทบาทด้านหลักสูตร รวมเปิดสอนทุกหลักสูตร ทุกระดับ จำนวน 267 หลักสูตร เน้นการศึกษาด้านพระพุทธศาสนาเป็นสำคัญและยังมีการส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐานเป็นวิชาบังคับ 4) บทบาทด้านงบประมาณ มหาวิทยาลัยอยู่ภายใต้การกำกับของรัฐบาล 5) บทบาทด้านการเรียนการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยเน้นทักษะการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการคิด ให้คิดเป็นทำเป็น สามารถผลิตผลงานการวิจัย 6) บทบาทด้านอำนวยความสะดวกการเดินทาง กองกิจการนิสิตจัดรถบริการรับส่งนิสิตจำนวน 13 คัน ต่อวัน

            บทบาทการผลิตบัณฑิตระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2561-2563 มีบัณฑิตสำเร็จการศึกษาจำนวน 58,201 รูป/คน ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน อาจารย์เน้นความเป็นเลิศตามอัตลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย ด้านหลักสูตร บูรณาการกับศาสตร์สมัยใหม่มุ่งเน้นหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา ด้านงบประมาณ นอกจากงบประมาณจากทางภาครัฐแล้วมหาวิทยาลัยส่งเสริมแนวทางในการเพิ่มงบประมาณ ด้านการเรียนการสอน สนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการคิดและเทคโนโลยี บทบาทการอำนวยความสะดวกการเดินทาง การเพิ่มความหลากหลายในการเดินทางแก่นิสิตและเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านทุนการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมีมูลนิธิและทุนเล่าเรียนหลวงส่งเสริมพระภิกษุสามเณร ด้านการสร้างนวัตกรรมการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมด้านการวิจัย ด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

             The objectives of this research are purposely made: 1) to study the administrative condition for the production of graduates at Mahachulalongkornrajavid-yalaya University, 2) to analyze the roles of production of graduates at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, and 3) to propose the guidelines to the production of graduates at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. This is a qualitative research based on the study of data from documents and in-depth interviews with a total of five members of academic personnel and teaching staff, Buddhist monks and laypersons.

             The research findings were found that:

             In the administrative conditions of the production of graduates at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, the significant findings in six aspects are found that the first is The evidence has showed that many universities are highly competitive in admissions, as well as, today’s teenagers are less interested in studying Buddhism. The next is the teacher and curriculum problems. Apparently, the courses designated for a particular purpose, have yet to support the need of labor market in general. Another essential point is a budget. The government has not given an adequate budget to the university. Equally important, a health concern contributes to the learning and teaching problem. Some individuals’ health is not a type of conditions that supports Vipassanã meditation practice. Lastly, another key aspect of this study is the commute problem. Transportation services of the university are insufficient.      

              As far as the roles of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university referring to the production of graduates are concerned, in total there are six contributions as follows: 1) the role of students, the most significance is that the direction of the production of graduates is based on the Higher Education Development Plan, Stage 12, including objectives, philosophy, determinations, and missions; 2) the role of teachers, the university has encouraged teaching staff to elevate their academic skills constantly corresponding to the modern world, for instance, integrating teaching and learning approaches; 3) the role of curriculum, in total there are of 267 programs. These courses are mainly centred on Buddhist studies. Consequently, here Vipassanã meditation practice has played a prominent part, as a compulsory subject; 4) the role of budget, generally, the university is regulated by Thai government; 5) the role of teaching and learning, the university has focused on developing students’ creative and problem-solving skills, think well and act well are the best policy. Otherwise, students are able to make a research project; and 6) the role of transportation services, there are a total of 12 shuttle buses per day, as the transportation services for students provided by the division of student affairs.  

As shown by the role of the production of graduates during the academic year of 2018-2020, there had been a total of 58,201 students (Buddhist monks and laypersons) successfully received degrees. In the role of teaching staff, it has tended to focus on an academic excellence according to the identity of the university. In the matter of curriculum, the issue is noticeably to integrate modern knowledge into Buddhist teachings.  In budgeting, on the other hand, the university has promoted ways to increase the budget in addition to the financial support from the government. However, in teaching and learning process, the university has carried out on the development of thinking skills and technology skills. To solve the commute problem, it is apparent that the university has increased the alternative ways of commute for students and faculty members. In view of scholarships, there are types of scholarships, for example, the royal financial aid for monks and novices. Finally, a signifying importance is educational innovations. The university has promptly utilized an innovation in research studies, and on the propagation of Buddhism.
