บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง “แนวทางการรักษาศีลของเยาวชนไทยยุค 4.0” มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย 3 ข้อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดเรื่องศีลในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท (2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการรักษาศีลของเยาวชนในสังคมไทย (3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการรักษาศีลสำหรับเยาวชนในยุค 4.0  ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการลงภาคสนามโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth-interview)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศีลเป็นหลักพื้นฐานการดำเนินชีวิตของมนุษย์ซึ่งเป็นหลักของการหักห้ามจิตใจไม่ให้ปฏิบัติในสิ่งที่คิดว่าเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ผู้อื่นไม่พอใจและเป็นหลักการปฏิบัติที่ทำให้ผู้อื่นเกิดความพอใจหลักพื้นฐานของการดำเนินชีวิตของมนุษย์

สภาพปัญหาของการละเมิดศีลสำหรับเยาวชนไม่ว่าจะเป็นปัญหาทางอาชญากรรมการปล้นชิงทรัพย์สินการทำความผิดทางเพศการโกหกหลอกลวงเยาวชนติดเกมส์ และการเสพสิ่งเสพติดให้โทษ และขาดระเบียบวินัย ขาดความเข้มแข็งและความมั่นคง ทางกายและใจ ขาดการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบมีเหตุมีผล มีความเห็นแก่ตัว แตกความสามัคคี ไม่เสียสละ ไม่นึกถึงประโยชน์ส่วนรวม ถูกชักจูงให้ลุ่มหลงมัวเมาสิ่งต่าง ๆ ได้ง่าย ซึ่งส่วนหนึ่งเกิดปัญหาพฤติกรรม และสร้างปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบกว้างขวาง แก่สังคมในทุกมิติจนสังคมเสื่อมโทรม เช่น ปัญหาพฤติกรรม เด็กแว๊น เด็กเกเร เด็กตีกัน เด็กติดยาเสพติด มั่วแหล่งอบายมุข การพนัน และอื่น ๆ ใช้ชีวิตแบบไร้ค่า ไม่มีประโยชน์ และเกิดปัญหาทางสังคมตามมา กล่าวโดยสรุปแล้วล้วนแต่เป็นการประพฤติผิดในเรื่องการละเมิดศีล 5 ทั้งสิ้น

ส่วนแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาให้กับเยาวชนในชุมชน คือ การแก้ปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่ตัวบุคคลย่อมสามารถป้องกันหรือแก้ปัญหาส่วนบุคคลและสังคมได้ เพื่อลดปัญหาต่างๆ แต่ในการรักษาศีล 5 ต้องมีความพร้อมทั้งด้านกาย จิตใจ สังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมจะเป็นตัวช่วยในการส่งเสริมเยาวชนในชุมชนเกิดการเรียนรู้ในการปฏิบัติตามหลักศีล 5 อย่างถูกต้องและไม่ประพฤติผิดในศีลด้วยวิธีการต้องมีสติและความกลัวต่อบาปต่อไป 

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The dissertation entitled ‘A guideline for observing precepts of Thai youth in the 4.0 era’  has three objectives:  (1) to study the concept of precepts in Theravada Buddhist Scriptures, (2) to study the problem condition in observing precepts of the youth in Thai society, and (3) to present a guideline in observing precept for youth in the 4.0 era. This is a qualitative research done through the field study of in-depth-Interview.

The research results were found that precepts are the basic living principles of a human being which are the main tenets to prevent one from acting things considered unsatisfactory to others and the acting principles that cause satisfaction to others and this creates the basic satisfaction of lifestyle to a human being.

It showed that there is the problem condition on the precepts observation violated by the youth such as criminal problems of robbery, sexual assault, deception, gaming addiction and narcotics. In conclusion, they all violate the five precepts; consequently, many problems are caused by the youth such as self-responsibility and the whole society, violence, drugs, premature sex and crime. Such performance of the mind and society are not conducive to create the goods things because the unsettling troubles still remain whereby a society is also deteriorated.

As far as the solution guidelines provided for the youth in the society is concerned, it is assigned to solve various problems at personal level which could prevent or solve personal or social problem. The solution guideline in observing the precepts must consider the parents watching over their children, that is, they should be trained and paid attention to life as much as possible in order to reduce various problems and knowledge on technology which should be clearly given for benefit, they should not allow the technology to devalue the society where the buyer does not buy it for use but buy it for showing off. However, in observing the five precepts, there must be preparation on the body, mind, society and the environment which will support youth in a community to learn and correctly follow the five precepts and would not violate the given precepts where they must be in sane and being afraid of sins.
