บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ (1)เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อการทำงานและการดำเนินชีวิตของแรงงานในห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด คอนติเนนตัลนิตติ้ง (2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักสติในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท (3) เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้หลักสติในการพัฒนาการทำงานอย่างมีความสุขของแรงงานฝ่ายผลิต ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด คอนติเนนตัลนิตติ้ง การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบภาคสนาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า  

          1) สภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการทำงานของแรงงานฝ่ายผลิต   ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด คอนติเนนตัลนิตติ้ง คือ แรงงานฝ่ายผลิตยังขาดซึ่งการจดจ่อในงานที่รับผิดชอบอันเนื่องมาจากการขาดสมาธิและสติในขณะทำงาน ขาดความสนใจในการทำงานอย่างจริงจัง  ขาดการตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของปัญหาและข้อผิดพลาดในการควบคุมการผลิตว่าจะส่งผลกระทบอย่างไรกับองค์กร  มีปัญหาเรื่องการทำงานแบบส่งทอดต่องานในแต่ละกะ ทำให้ผู้เข้ากะใหม่ไม่ทราบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการทำงานก่อนหน้านี้ 

             2)  สติในพระพุทธศาสนา คือ ความระลึกได้ ความเอาใจใส่ความจำได้ความไม่เลื่อนลอยไม่เผลอไม่ประมาทกระทำทุกอย่างด้วยความระมัดระวังตัวรับผิดชอบไม่ปล่อยปละละเลยมี ความตื่นตัวในขณะทำงาน พร้อมทั้งรู้ว่า สิ่งที่ทำนั้นดีหรือไม่ดี มีประโยชน์หรือไม่มีประโยชน์ ควรหรือไม่ควร  รู้จักคิดไตร่ตรองด้วยความรอบคอบถี่ถ้วน ไม่ทำผิดพลาดให้เกิดความเสียหาย อีกนัยยะหนึ่ง นั้นการมีสติระลึกได้ คือ ความไม่ประมาทนั้นเอง

          3) ประยุกต์ใช้หลักสติในการพัฒนาการทำงานของแรงงานฝ่ายผลิต ด้วยการฝึกอบรมโดยกิจกรรม “โครงการสวดมนต์ปฏิบัติธรรมร่วมกัน” พบว่า พนักงานมีใจเย็นขึ้น มีอารมณ์สุขุม ไม่วู่วาม สามารถควบคุมตนเองได้  อดทนได้นานขึ้น มีความคิดเป็นเหตุเป็นผล พูดจาสื่อสารกันอย่างระมัดระวัง  มีความเห็นอกเห็นใจซึ่งกันและกันมากขึ้น มีความรอบคอบ  ไม่เข้าใจผิด  ไม่หลงลืม ไม่เผลอตัว มีสภาวะแห่งความตื่นและความรู้สึกตัวควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ง่าย  ผลปรากฏ คือ ผลการผลิตที่ดีขึ้นในแง่ของความปลอดภัย การสูญเสียผลิตภัณฑ์อันเกิดจากความผิดพลาดของผู้ควบคุมเครื่องจักรมีอัตราส่วนลดน้อยลงอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานมีคุณภาพมากขึ้น

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This thesis is of 3 objectives: 1) to study working problems affecting the working and the way of living lives of the labour’s work in Continental Knitting Ltd., Part. 2) to study the principle of mindfulness in Theravada Buddhism, and 3) to apply the principle of mindfulness to the development of a working with happiness of manufacturing labour’s work of Continental Knitting Ltd., Part.It is a field-work qualitative research with the following findings:

            1) The problems and barriers of working in Continental Knitting Ltd., Part. are of: the manufacturing labours still lack of serious working attention as of lacking concentration and mindfulness; they do not aware of the problems and mistakes that will affect the organization; and there is the working problem on transferring jobs in each shift causing the new shift workers not knowing the arisen problem earlier.

            2) Mindfulness in Buddhism is of awareness, attentiveness, remembering, not being drifted or careless, doing every action with care, being responsible without neglect, awakening while working, together with the knowing whether the action is good or bad, useful or useless, should do or not, knowing to carefully consider, deliberateness, not making mistake or wracking; another implication is having mindfulness, the being careful.

            3) To apply the principle of mindfulness to the development of working with happiness of manufacturing labour’s work by the training in the project activity of praying and meditating together; it is found that the labours are chilled out, discreet, not aggressive, able to control oneself, being longer patient, being reasonable; they carefully communicate with one another, have more sympathy towards one another; they are careful, not misunderstanding, not forgetful, not drifted, having the state of awakening and conscious, easy to control one’s emotion.  The outcome is the better manufacturing in terms of safety, the obvious less rate of the loss of products from the mistake done by the machine controller, the working efficiency is qualified.
