บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                  การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลในอําเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี  2) เพื่อ เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามหลักพุทธธรรมของบุคลากรองค์การ บริหารส่วนตําบลในอําเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยจําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล  3) เพื่อศึกษา ปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามหลักพุทธธรรมของ บุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลในอําเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี

                  การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ บุคลากรใน องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลในอําเภอปากเกร็ด จํานวน 214 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และสถิติอนุมาน คือการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ด้วยสถิติทดสอบค่าที เพื่อ ทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยสองกลุ่ม และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ เพื่อทดสอบความแตกต่าง ระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยสามกลุ่มขึ้นไป และทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่าง นัยสําคัญน้อยที่สุด และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการ สัมภาษณ์จํานวน 7 คน

                  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                  1. ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามหลักพุทธธรรมของบุคลากรองค์การ บริหารส่วนตําบลในอําเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณา รายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความต้องการในศักดิ์ศรีของตนเอง มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (X̅ = 3.61, S.D. = 0.734) อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา ด้านความต้องการเข้าหมู่คณะ (X̅ = 3.58, S.D. = 0.773) อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านความต้องการแสดงความรู้สึกความเป็นเพื่อน และความรักใคร่ มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ําสุด (X̅ = 3.51, S.D. = 0.833) อยู่ในระดับมาก

                  2. ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามหลักพุทธธรรมของบุคลากรองค์การ บริหารส่วนตําบลในอําเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อจําแนกตามอายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา ตําแหน่งงาน และรายได้ต่อเดือน และไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อจําแนกตามด้านเพศ และระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน

                  3. ปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามหลัก พุทธธรรมของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลในอําเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี บุคลากรใน องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบล ด้านรายได้หรือค่าตอบแทน ควรขึ้นเงินเดือนให้เหมาะสมกับค่าครองชีพใน ปัจจุบัน ด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในการทํางาน บุคลากรควรปรับปรุงตนเองเพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้และ ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ ควรปรับสถานที่ทํางานเพื่อไม่ให้เกิด ความตึงเครียดในการทํางาน ด้านตําแหน่งหน้าที่ ควรเลือกบุคลากรให้ตรงตามความสามารถเพื่อให้ รักในหน้าที่การงาน ด้านความต้องการเข้าหมู่คณะ ควรเสียสละร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันปฏิบัติงาน นอกเหนืองานประจําเพื่อประโยชน์ขององค์กร ด้านความต้องการแสดงความรู้สึก ความเป็นเพื่อน และความรักใคร่ ควรประชาสัมพันธ์ให้บุคลากรเห็นความสําคัญของงานในองค์กร และความต้องการ ในศักดิ์ศรีของตนเอง ควรมีความเสียสละยึดประโยชน์ส่วนร่วมขององค์กรมากกว่าของตน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                  The objectives of the research were 1) to study factors affecting the work performance efficiency of personnel in accordance with buddhadhamma of subDistrict administrative organization in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province. 2) to compare factors affecting the work performance efficiency of personnel in accordance with buddhadhamma of sub-District administrative organization in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, classified by personal factors, and 3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions factors affecting the work performance efficiency of personnel in accordance with buddhadhamma of sub-District administrative organization in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province.

                  The research was mixed methods research. The samplings were 214 of 459 persons in sub-District administrative organization at Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province. The data were analyzed by using basic statistics such as percentage, mean and standard deviation and test the hypothesis. By the narrator of personal information, t-test to test the customization that average between the two groups and F-test Analysis methods , One Way ANOVA To test the difference between the duration that average of three or more groups in the difference of the average and least Significant Difference : LSD. The Qualitative research was collected data by Indepth Interview. With 7 key informants and analyzed by content analysis of the context.

                  The Research findings were as follows:

                  1) Factors affecting the work Performance Efficiency of Personnel in Accordance with Buddhadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, overall were in medium level, when we considered in each aspects found that the dignity demand was in maximum level (X̅ = 3.61, S.D.=0.734), the demand that become in group (X̅ = 3.58, S.D.= 0.773) was in maximum level and expressing the feeling abate friendship and love was in maximum level (X̅ = 3.51, S.D. = 0.833) .

                  2) Factors affecting the work Performance Efficiency of Personnel in Accordance with Buddhadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province Is different teaching of Sub District Administration Organization in Pak Kret district, Nonthaburi Province were different in significant was 0.05., when classified by age, marriage status, education level, job position, and salary were in difference when classified by sex and operation period.

                  3) The problems, obstacles and suggestions about Work Performance Efficiency of Personnel in Accordance with Buddhadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province found that the staffs should be received the more income higher than now for reserve the cost of living, the staffs should be gotten knowledge of the safety in work, the staffs should be work in the suitable environment that made they relaxed, for the selection should be cleared with the staffs like put the right man in the right job. In the case of the team building should be set by the benefit of organization that would be shown the important of teamwork and benefit in organization.
