บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยเรื่อง “การบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศโดยการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพี่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลการบริหารสถานพยาบาลสู่ความเป็นเลิศโดยการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารสถานพยาบาลสู่ความเป็นเลิศโดยการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Method Research) โดยใช้ ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ซึ่งใช้วิธีการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือ (Reliability) = 0.99  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยจำนวน 384 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis) และค่า Pearson Product Moment Correlation การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 12 คน และการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 18 คนเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview)  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการสังเคราะห์เนื้อหา

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. สภาพการบริหารของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร มีค่านิยมหลัก (MOPH Core Value) ของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร  โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x bar = 4.24)  หลักปาปณิกธรรม คือ หลักธรรมสำหรับการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรหรือผู้บริหารของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x bar = 4.24) หลักสัปปุริสธรรม คือ หลักปฏิบัติที่แสดงให้เห็นว่าเป็นบุคลากรหรือเป็นผู้บริหารที่ดีของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x bar = 4.22) การบริหารจัดการสถานพยาบาลสู่ความเป็นเลิศ (Smart Hospital) ของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x bar = 4.17) 

          2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารสถานพยาบาลสู่ความเป็นเลิศโดยการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครนั้น ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง MOPH Core Value  หลักปาปณิกธรรม 3  และสัปปุริสธรรม 7  ต่อการบริหารสถานพยาบาลสู่ความเป็นเลิศโดยการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 
(.093- 880) ซึ่งปัจจัยทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ MOPH Core Value  หลักปาปณิกธรรม 3 และสัปปุริสธรรม 7 ส่งผลต่อการบริหารสถานพยาบาลสู่ความเป็นเลิศโดยการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

3. รูปแบบการบริหารสถานพยาบาลสู่ความเป็นเลิศโดยการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมของสถานพยาบาลภาครัฐในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร คือ Model knowledge MBS ได้แก่ M = Management การบริหารจัดการโรงพยาบาลหรือสถานพยาบาลคุณภาพ 4 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการเป็นนายตนเอง  2) ด้านการเร่งสร้างสิ่งใหม่  3) ด้านการเอาใจใส่ประชาชน  4) ด้านความอ่อนน้อมถ่อมตน   B = Buddhism  หลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา ประกอบด้วย ปาปณิกธรรม 3
และสัปปุริสธรรม 7 และ S = Smart Hospital การจัดการคุณภาพสถานพยาบาล 5 ด้าน 1) ด้านภูมิทัศน์และสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) ด้านการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในสถานพยาบาล 3) ด้านระบบการให้บริการ 4) ด้านระบบงานและฐานข้อมูล 5) ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Research subject “Excellence Management towards Public Hospital by Buddhist Teaching in Bangkok” Objectives 1) to study the administrative conditions of Public Hospitals in Bangkok. 2) to study the factors affecting hospital management towards excellence by integrating Buddhist principles of Public Hospitals in Bangkok; and 3) to present a model of hospital management towards excellence by integrating Buddhist principles of Public Hospitals in Bangkok

In this research, It is a mixed method research using quantitative research methodology, which uses a survey research method, and it is a reliable measurement of the tool = 0.99. The sample used in the research consisted of 384 people. Data were collected by questionnaires. The data were analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation of stepwise multiple regression analysis and Pearson Product Moment Correlation in qualitative research. There are 12 key informants and 18 qualified focus group discussion data were collected by in-depth interview from questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Synthesis method.

The result of study

1. Administrative conditions of Public Hospitals in Bangkok are MOPH core values of Public hospitals in Bangkok. Overall, it was at a high level (EMBED Equation.3 = 4.24). The Papanika Dharma principle is the dharma principle for the performance of personnel or administrators of Public Hospitals in Bangkok. Overall, it was at a high level (EMBED Equation.3 = 4.24). Sappurisa Dharma principles are practices that show that they are personnel or are good administrators of Public Hospitals in Bangkok. Overall, it was at a high level (EMBED Equation.3 = 4.22). Hospital management is towards excellence (Smart Hospital) of Public Hospitals in Bangkok. Overall, it was at a high level (EMBED Equation.3 = 4.17).

2. Factors affecting hospital management towards excellence by integrating Buddhist principles of Public Hospitals in Bangkok. Correlation coefficient between MOPH Core Value, Papanikdhamma 3 and Sappurisdhamma 7 towards hospital management towards excellence by integrating Buddhist principles of Public Hospitals in Bangkok (.093 - 880) which the three factors are MOPH Core Value, the principle of Papanikdhamma 3 and Sappurisdhamma 7, contribute to hospital management towards excellence by integrating Buddhist principles of Public Hospitals in Bangkok with statistical significance at the 0.05 level

3. The model of hospital management towards excellence by integrating Buddhist principles of Public Hospitals in Bangkok is Model knowledge MBS as follows. M = Management -  Being a self-master 2) Accelerating the creation of new things 3) Caring for the people 4) Humility. B = Buddhism - The Buddhist Dharma principle consists of the 3 Papik Dharma. and Sappurisdham 7 and S = Smart - Hospital Quality management of hospitals in 5 aspects 1) Landscape and environment 2) The application of technology in hospitals 3) Service systems 4) Work systems and databases 5) effective management
