บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

          การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการให้บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรม 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับการให้บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมจาแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมในการให้บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Method Research) โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ซึ่งใช้วิธีการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงสารวจ (Survey Research) จากแบบสอบถาม ประกอบการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Informants) เพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นประชาชนผู้เข้ารับบริการจากโรงพยาบาลวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 353 รูป เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามและความคิดเห็นของประชาชนผู้เข้ารับบริการที่มีต่อการให้บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรม และปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (Ftest) โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way Analysis of Variance) และทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ โดยวิธีหาผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด (Least Significant Difference: LSD) โดยกาหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

         ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

         1. ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนผู้เข้ารับบริการที่มีต่อการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมในการให้บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.43) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดไปหาน้อยที่สุด พบว่า ด้านอัตถจริยา มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด เท่ากับ 4.43 รองลงมา คือ ด้านทาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.42 ด้านปิยวาจา มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.41 และด้านสมานัตตตา มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.38 ตามลาดับ

          2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนผู้เข้ารับบริการที่มีต่อการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมในการให้บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาจาแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ และอาชีพต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมในการให้บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

              3. แนวทางการสร้างการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมในการให้บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา คือ ผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงานควรให้ความสนใจในการดูแลเอาใจใส่ และช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อมีปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงาน เปรียบเสมือนทุกคนในองค์กรเป็นครอบครัว ควรส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพทุกคนอยู่ร่วมกันด้วยความรัก ความอบอุ่น ความเข้าใจซึ่งกันและกัน เห็นอกเห็นใจ ผลการปฏิบัติงานก็จะออกมาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ควรบริหารจัดการเรื่องอำนาจหน้าที่ งานที่รับผิดชอบให้เหมาะสม การกระจายงานให้เหมาะสมกับกับความสามารถของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ผู้บังคับบัญชาควรส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ได้ร่วมประชุม ฝึกอบรม ดูงาน เพื่อเพิ่มพูนและพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถอยู่เสมอ ควรจัดโครงการอบรมเกี่ยวกับธรรมะเข้ามาขัดเกลาควรมีการวางแผนงานที่จะปฏิบัติ เวลาที่เหมาะสม ลดขั้นตอน ถูกกฎระเบียบในการปฏิบัติงาน ทั้งนี้ควรปรับเงินเดือนของพยาบาลวิชาชีพให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงานและความรับผิดชอบ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

          The objectives of this research were to:

         1) To study the nurses to servicers in Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, according to social norms (Sangahavatthudhamma). 2) To Comparison of service levels of the nurses to servicers in Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, according to social norms ( Sangahavatthudhamma), classified by personal factors. 3) To study the guidelines for the integration of Buddhist principles in the the nurses to servicers inWangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. This research is a Mixed-Method Research using Quantitative Research Methodology, which uses Survey Research Methods from questionnaires In-depth Interviews, and Key Informants to support quantitative data on a sample of people 353 who are received services from Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The data collection tool was a questionnaire on general information of the respondents and the opinions of the people who received services towards the the nurses to servicers at Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, according to social norms ( Sangahavatthudhamma), and problems, obstacles, and recommendations about the services of professional nurses in Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, according to social norms(Sangahavatthudhamma). The data were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. The F-test was performed by One-Way Analysis of Variance and tested for the difference of the mean pairs by the Least Significant Difference (LSD) method. The statistical significance was set at 0.05.

The results showed that:

1. People's opinions on the integration of Buddhadhamma in the nurses to servicers in Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, overall, it was ata high level ( = 4. 43) . When considering each aspect of averages from highest to lowest it was found that: on Atthacariya (Helpful Action) side with the highest mean of 4. 43, followed by Dana ( Giving) side with the mean of 4. 42, the Piyavāca (Amicable Speech) side with the mean of 4.41, and the Samanattata (Participation) side the mean was 4.38, respectively.

           2. The results of the comparison of the opinions of the people whoreceived services towards the integration of Buddhadhamma in the nurses to servicers in Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, classified by personal factors, it was found that: people with different gender, age, education level, income and occupation had different opinions on the integration of Buddhist principles in the service of professional nurses at Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province no different, therefore rejecting the hypothesis. 

         3. The guidelines for creating an integration of Buddhadhamma in the nurses to servicers in Wangnoi Hospital, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province is that supervisors and colleagues should pay attention to care and help solve problems when there are operational problems. It is like everyone in the organization is a family. All professional nurses should be encouraged to live together with love, warmth, mutual understanding, and compassion, the performance will come out efficiently. Should manage the authority responsible work appropriately. Distribution of work to suit the competence of professional nurses. Supervisors should encourage professional nurses attending meetings, training, visiting work to increase and develop knowledge and competence all the time. Should organize a training program on Dharma to be refined. Should be planned the right time to reduce the procedure, the rules of operation. The salaries of professional nurses should be adjusted to suit the workload and responsibilities.
