บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this dissertation were: 1. To study the public service development of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Suphanburi Province, 2. To study factors affecting the public service development of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Suphanburi Province and 3. To propose the Bhuddhadhamma integration for development of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Suphanburi Province, conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research used questionnaire with reliability value at 0.973. The data were collected from 400 samples who had the right to vote in the Sub-District Administrative Organization areas in Suphanburi Province. and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The qualitative research, data were collected from 18 key informants and 9 participants in focus group discussions. The data were analyzed by descriptive interpretation

The research findings were as follows:

1. Public service development of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Suphanburi Province by overall was at high level (X-bar= 3.56). When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at high level in all aspects. Sorted by order of mean are: education, religion, customs, and local wisdom (X-bar= 3.66), public health (X-bar= 3.59), quality of life    (X-bar= 3.56), Infrastructure (X-bar= 3.54), prevention and disaster mitigation (X-bar= 3.52) and natural resources and environment (X-bar= 3.51), respectively.

2. Factors affecting the public service of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Suphanburi Province were found that: the management factors that affected the prototype competency of the public service of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Suphanburi Province, by overall, at 80.0 percent. Iddhipāda-dhamma that affected the prototype competency of the public service of Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Suphanburi Province, by overall, at 79.6 percent, and the management factors and Iddhipāda-dhamma that affected the prototype competency of the public service development of Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Suphanburi Province, by overall, at 83.50 percent.

3. Buddhadhamma Integration for the public service development of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Suphanburi Province was found that: 1) personnel management by recruiting personnel with knowledge, abilities and good human relations  and using the Iddhipāda-dhamma which is the love of work, determination to improve work better, 2) budget management by allocating an adequate and appropriate budget and using the Iddhipāda-dhamma which is the thorough to create transparency, 3) material management by providing modern, standardized materials and equipment and using the Iddhipāda-dhamma which is the inspecting study of problems and obstacles to work efficiently and 4) management based on the principle of participation integration with relevant agencies and using the Iddhipāda-dhamma to manage  the organization to develop the work for more benefits of people.
