     ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบริหารจัดการ บรรยากาศองค์กร การปฏิบัติตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 และประสิทธิภาพการบริหาร บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติจำกัด (มหาชน) 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของ บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติจำกัด (มหาชน) 3. เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของ บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติจำกัด (มหาชน) ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1) เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 391 คน ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ระยะที่ 2) เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการศึกษาภาคสนามด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 18 รูปหรือคน และการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะจำนวน 9 คน เพื่อยืนยันรูปแบบหลังจากการสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล    

              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

              1. สภาพทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของ บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของบริษัทโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X-bar=3.11, S.D.=0.86) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านโดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยได้ดังนี้คือ การบริหารจัดการตามหลัก ธรรมาภิบาลสากล  (X-bar=3.18) รองลงมาคือ การบริหารความเสี่ยง (X-bar=3.12) การจัดทำสมรรถนะและจริยธรรมในองค์กร (X-bar=3.12) การปรับปรุงการให้บริการและการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง (X-bar=3.11) และการติดตามประเมินผล (X-bar=3.03) ตามลำดับ

          2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของ  บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติจำกัด (มหาชน) พบผลการศึกษาดังนี้ 1) กระบวนการบริหารจัดการส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของบริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) มี 3 ด้านได้แก่  การควบคุม การวางแผน การจัดคนเข้าทำงาน โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 50.3 (Adj. R²=.503) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 2) บรรยากาศองค์กรส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของบริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) มี 5 ด้านได้แก่ ความรู้สึกผูกพันและรับผิดชอบต่อองค์กร โครงสร้างองค์กร ความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน มาตรฐานในการทำงาน และการสนับสนุน โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 64.2 (Adj. R²=.642) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 3) การปฏิบัติตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของบริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) มี 2 ด้านได้แก่ วิมังสา: ทำงานด้วยปัญญา และจิตตะ: ใส่ใจงาน โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 37.0   (Adj. R²=.370) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

              3. รูปแบบการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของ บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) คือ มีประสิทธิภาพการบริหารของ บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้มี 5 ด้านคือ 1) การบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลสากล   2) การบริหารความเสี่ยง 3) การปรับปรุงกระบวนการให้บริการการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง 4) การจัดทำสมรรถนะและจริยธรรมในองค์กร 5) การติดตามประเมินผล โดยประสิทธิภาพทั้ง 5 ด้านนั้นนำมาบูรณาการกับหลักอิทธิบาท 4 คือ ฉันทะ: รักงาน วิริยะ: สู้งาน จิตตะ: ใส่ใจงาน และวิมังสา: ทำงานด้วยปัญญา นอกจากนั้นยังมีกระบวนการบริหารจัดการ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นที่ขาดไม่ได้ ประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การจัดองค์กร การจัดคนเข้าทำงาน การอำนวยการ และการควบคุม และสิ่งสุดท้ายที่จะทำให้บุคลากรทำงานอย่างเต็มที่และมีความสุขนั่นก็คือ บรรยากาศองค์กร ซึ่งจะเป็นสิ่งสนับสนุนให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลตามมา ประกอบด้วย การจัดโครงสร้างองค์กรที่ดี มีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน เพื่อนร่วมงานให้การสนับสนุน ค้ำจุนด้วยการสร้างแรงจูงใจ ทำให้มีมาตรฐานในการทำงาน เกิดรู้สึกผูกพันและความรับผิดชอบต่อองค์กรอย่างเต็มกำลัง    

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the general condition of the management process corporate atmosphere Compliance with the Itthipada 4 Principle and Company Management Efficiency National Telecommunications Public Company Limited, 2. To study the factors affecting the management efficiency of the National Telecommunications Public Company Limited, and 3. To propose a model of Buddha Dhamma integration for enhancing the management efficiency of Nation Telecommunication Public Company Limited, conducted by the mixed methods divided into 2 step: Step 1 was conducted by the quantitative research by collecting data from 391 samples. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis by statistical program package, step 2 was conducted with qualitative research which was field study by in-depth interviewing 18 key informants and 9 participants in group discussions to confirm body of knowledge after data analysis.   

              Findings were as follow:   

              1. The general condition regarding the promotion of management efficiency of the National Telecommunications Company (Public Company Limited) was found that the sample group had a moderate opinion on the management efficiency of the National Telecommunications Company (Public Company Limited) (X-bar=3.11, S.D.=0.86) Each aspect in order of mean was as follows: Management according to international good governance (X-bar=3.18), followed by risk management (X-bar=3.12), organizational competency and ethics (X-bar=3.12), service improvement and procurement (X-bar=3.11) and monitoring and evaluation (X-bar=3.03) respectively.

              2. Factors affecting the management efficiency of the National Telecommunications Company (Public Company Limited), the results of the study were as follows: 1) The management process that affected the management efficiency of the National Telecommunications Company (Public Company Limited) had 3 aspects: control, planning, staffing. Together, they predicted 50.3% (Adj. R²=.503) with statistically significant level at the 0.01. 2) The organizational atmosphere that affected the efficiency of the National Telecommunications Company (Public Company Limited) had 5 aspects including feelings of commitment and responsibility to the organization. Organizational structure work responsibility working standard and support, together they predicted 64.2 percent (Adj. R²=.642) with a statistically significant level of 0.01. 3) Itthipada 4 that affected the management efficiency of the National Telecommunications Company (Public Company Limited) had 2 aspects; vimangsa: working with wisdom and chitta: caring for work. Together, they predicted 37.0 percent (Adj. R²=.370) with a statistically significant level at 0. 01

              3. The model of integrating Buddhist principles to promote the management efficiency of the National Telecommunications Company (Public Company Limited) was that there was management efficiency of the National Telecommunications Company (Public Company Limited.) In this study, there were 5 aspects: 1) management; according to the principles of international good governance 2) risk management 3) improving the procurement service process 4) establishing competency and ethics in the organization 5) monitoring and evaluation. All five aspects of efficiency were integrated with Itthipada 4 namely, Chanta, Love to work, Viriya: Fight to work, Chitta: Care to work, and Wimangsa: Work with wisdom. There was also a management process that was indispensable necessity, including planning, organization, recruitment, management and control. And the last thing that made people work hard and happily was that corporate atmosphere that supported for efficiency and effectiveness as a result, consisting of a good organizational structure. Responsible for work, colleagues supported, sustained by motivation, make  a standard of work, felt a sense of commitment and responsibility to the organization in full scale.
