บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับ การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตตลิ่งชันกรุงเทพมหานคร(2) เปรียบเทียบการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลระหว่างผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตตลิ่งชัน กรุงเทพมหานคร (3) นำเสนอหลักการและแนวการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่เหมาะสม และสอดคล้องกับหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตตลิ่งชัน กรุงเทพมหานคร: กรณีศึกษาเขตตลิ่งชัน ซึ่งกลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดงานสำนักงาน เขตตลิ่งชันสำนักการศึกษา จำนวน 329 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลในการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 3ตอน คือตอนที่ 1 เป็นข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่น .965 และตอนที่ 3 เป็นแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นในการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมภิบาล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ โดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) และใช้สถิติทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ค่าที (t-test)
               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
             1. ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นครูผู้สอนและเป็นเพศหญิง มีการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี มีอายุ 50 ปีขึ้นไป และมีระยะเวลาในการดำรงตำแหน่ง 20 ปีขึ้นไป

                2. การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตตลิ่งชัน กรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตตลิ่งชัน กรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า ครูผู้สอนมีการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
            3. การเปรียบเทียบการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาล ระหว่างผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตตลิ่งชัน กรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า มีการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

         4. การนำหลักการและแนวการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่เหมาะสม และสอดคล้องกับหลักธรรมาภิบาล พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน นำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้ในการบริหารงานทั้ง 6 งานของสถานศึกษาเป็นอย่างดี มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากและมากที่สุด

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

              The objectives of this research are: (1) To study the administration according to Good Governance of the administrators and teachers in Talingchan District, Bangkok.(2) To compare the application of Good Governance between administrators and teachers in the said area. (3) To present the suitable and compatible principles of administration in compliance with the principle of Good Governance followed by the administrators and teachers in the same area. There are 329 citizens used as the samples who were administrators and teachers in the schools in Talingchan District, Bangkok. The questionnaires were the data collecting tools. There are three parts of the questionnaires. Part 1 Is the personal data of the one who answers the questions. Part 2 Is the measuring and assessing the opinions questionnaires with 5 levels at the reliability of .965 and Part 3 Is the questionnaires about the held by the administrator about the Good Governance. The data analysised by social scientific program are to find out the frequency, the percentage,the standardized derivation and t - test.
              The found data are as fallowes:-
             1) The exemplary people are mostly the women teachers who have the education at the level of bachelor degree. They are more than 50 years old and have the time to be in the positions of teachers and administrator more than 20 years.
          2) From the school Administration carried out by them according to Good Governance of administrators in Talingchan District, Bangkok, it is found that over all the samples and the individuality, it was at the highest level. For the teaches both being the samples and the individuality were at the high level.
              3) From the comparison of the compatible Good Governance between theeducational administrators and The teachers in Talingchan District, Bangkok it is found that there was the difference in the application of Good Governance at. .01 levels.
              4) From the application of the principles and the proper compatible pattern of administration with the principles of Good Governance, it is found that the educational administrators and the teachers very well apply the Good Governance to the educational administration at the highest level.
