               การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของพระสงฆ์ที่มีต่อการให้บริการในโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของพระสงฆ์ที่เป็นผู้ป่วยนอกกับผู้ป่วยใน ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพด้านการบริหารจัดการให้บริการพระสงฆ์ของโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ พระสงฆ์ที่มาขอรับบริการตรวจรักษาในโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ทั้งพระป่วยนอกและป่วยใน จำนวน 400 รูป เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามทำการวิเคราะห์ประมวลผลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และt-test
               ผลการวิจัย ระดับความพึงพอใจของพระสงฆ์ที่มีต่อการให้บริการในโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ของพระสงฆ์- สามเณรด้านระบบการให้บริการและด้านผู้ให้บริการตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 พระสงฆ์-สามเณร มีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารจัดการโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ตามปัจจัยระบบการให้บริการภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของพระสงฆ์ที่เป็นผู้ป่วยในและผู้ป่วยนอกด้านระบบการให้บริการโดยรวม มีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนด้านผู้ให้บริการตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 โดยรวมพบว่า มีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายละเอียดพบว่า มีความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกัน ประสิทธิภาพด้านการบริหารจัดการในการให้บริการพระสงฆ์ของโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ จากหัวหน้าการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอก และหัวหน้าการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยใน มีแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพคล้ายคลึงกัน เริ่มจากต้องกำหนดแผนงานดำเนินการตามแผน ประเมินผลการทำงาน ติดตามประสานงานและควบคุม ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารที่จำเป็นและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อองค์กร ตลอดจนการติดตามผลงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ให้กำลังใจต่อผู้ปฏิบัติงาน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

              This sesearch work aims at stidying the monks’ satisfaction with the service provided in the Monks’ Hospital, comparing the satisfaction possessed by the inpatient monks and the outpatient monks and stadying the capacity in administration,management and provision of the service to the monks in the Monks’ Hospital. The exemplary groups used in this research are 400 Buddhist monks who came for curing their sickmess in the Monks’ Hospital. They are both impatment and outpatient monks.The instrument for collection the data are interview and guestionnaire . The aralyzation of the outcome was carried out with the complete programme. The statistics used in this research are the percentage, the average, the standardized aviation and t- test.
              From the rescarch it is found that the level of the Buddhist monks’ and the movrices’ satisfaction with the curing service in the Buddhist Monks’ Hospital is high . In the comparision of the satisfaction possessed by the inpapient monks and novrices and the outpatient monks and novices with the 4 divine states of minds, it is found that the service is at the very high level. In the compasision of the satisfaction possessed by inpatient monks and the outpatient monks regarding the general service, it is found that their satisfactions are not different. Regarding the system by giving service according to the principle of the 4 divine states. it is found that their satisfactions are not different. On the contary, when it was considered in detail, it was found that their satisfactions are different. Regarding the capability in administrating and managing in giving service to the monks in the Monks’ Hospital by the head of the service in the impatient division and the outpatient division, it is found that there is the similar way of practice in the following :- fixtng up the working plan, evaluating the output of working, following and Co- operating in the work and controlling the process by spreading the news and the data useful for the organization, including the process of continually following the outcome of the work and at last encouraging the officers who are responsible for their duties.
