บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                  การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง "ภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้าน อำเภอตาคลี จังหวัดนครสวรรค์" มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของกำนันผู้ใหญ่บ้านแล และการนำหลักธรรม ทางพระพุทธศาสนาไปประยุกต์ใช้กับชุมชนของผู้นำ และพัฒนารูปแบบภาวะผู้นำห้องถิ่นเชิง

พุทธของผู้นำท้องถิ่นที่พึงประสงค์ การดำเนินการวิจัย เป็นรูปแบบริเดราะห์เอกสารและวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยการวิจัย เอกสาร ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้านและผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้าน อำเภอตาดลี จังหวัดนตรสวรรค์ จำนวน 230 คน โดยการวิเตราะห์แจกแจงความถี่ร้อยละเป็น แบบตารางและทำการศึกษามากน้อยของผู้นำในการนำหลักธรรมสัปปุริสธรรม 7 และพรหม วิหาร 4 ไปปฏิบัติช้ในชุมชนของผู้นำ ผลการวิเคราะห์เอกสารพบว่า บทบาทของกำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้านและผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ได้

                   ปรับเปลี่ยนไปทำให้เหลือเพียง 3 ภารกิจ ดังนี้

                   1. บทบาทอำนาจหน้าที่ของกำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้านและผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้านในฐานะเจ้าหน้าที่ ของรัฐ อันได้แก่การปกดรองและการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย ซึ่งถือเป็นหน้าที่หลักและสำตัญการดำเนินนโยบายของรัฐไปสู่ประชาชน

                   2. บทบาทอำนาจหน้าที่ของกำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้านและผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้านในฐานะผู้นำ ชุมชน

                   3. บทบาทอำนาจหน้าที่ของกำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้านและผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ในการ ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับองค์กรปกดรองส่วนท้องถิ่น โดยเป็นผู้ประสาน ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการ ปฏิบัติงานขององค์กรปกดรองส่วนท้องถิ่นในพื้นที่ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้าน นำหลักธรรมปุริสธรรม 7 ไปปฏิบัติใช้ในชุมชนของผู้นำ โดยรวมอยู่ในระตับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายละเอียดพบว่า นำหลักธรรมสัปปุริสธรรม 7  ไปประยุกช้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดในเรื่อง การเป็นผู้นำที่ปกดรองดูแลคนในชุมชนตัวยความยุติธรรม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้าน นำหลักธรรมพรหม วิหาร 4 ไปประยุกช้ในชุมชนของผู้นำ โดยรวมอยู่ในระตับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในรายละเอียด พบว่า กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้านและผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้านนำหลักธรรมพรหมวิหาร 4 ไปประยุกต์ใช้กับชุมชน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดในเรื่องการเป็นผู้นำเป็นมิตรไมตรีกับทุกคนในชุมชน

ผลการศึกษาการพัฒนารูปแบบภาวะผู้นำท้องถิ่นเชิงพุทธของผู้นำท้องถิ่นที่พึงประสงค์พบว่า ผู้นำต้องปรับกระบวนทัตน์การพัฒนาโดยช้รูปแบบการสร้างเดรือข่ายระหว่าง ชุมชนเพื่อเป็นกระบวนการขั้นตอนการทำงานกับซุนให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้นำมีการพัฒนาระบบ ข้อมูลและองค์ดวามรู้เพื่อสนับสนุ ต้านข้อมูลและองค์ความรู้ที่จำเป็นต่อการพัฒนาการทำงานให้ มีประสิทธิภาพโดยผู้นำจัดทำฐานข้อมูลวิเดราะห์และประเมินสภาพชุมชน ผู้นำเรียนรู้การบริหาร จัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลมี แนวติดการทำงานที่เกิดผลกับชุมชนโดยไช้หลักพรหม วิหาร 4 เวันอคติ 4 มีรูปแบบในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในชุมชนโดยใช้หลักหลักธรรมอริยสัจ 4 มาวิเตราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น คือทุกข์ สมุทัย นิโรธ มรรด แบบเชิงบูรณาการ ประชาชนมีส่วน ร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นและร่วมมือกันทำไห้งานเกิดผลสำเร็จ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

               This research aims at studying the roles played by the village chiels and the sub - district chiefs, the application of the Buddhist Doctrines to the heads of the people and the development of the pattern of the expected Buddhist Leader in the

areas. The methods of research is in the type of the analyzing and the survey of documents collected from the 230 Village Chiefs and the Sub - District Chiets, Taklee District, Nakonsawan Province. The research is carried out by analyzing the frequency, the percentage in the form of square. It is also to study the Leader's application of the gentlemen' s 7 ventures and 4 divine doctrines to the Leaders' communities. From the analyzation of the document, it in found that the roles played by the District Officer, the Village Headmen and the Assistant Village Headmen have been changed and there have been only three burdens namely :

               1.The Sub - District Offer's, the Village Headmen's and Village Headmen Assistance's roles and duties are to administrate and look after the peace. This is regard, as the main and important Duties in leading the state policy to the people

               2. The Sub - District officer's, the village Headmen's and the village Headmen Assistances' roles are the roles played by the ones who are the leaders.3. The Sub - District Offcer's, the Vilage Headmen's and the village Headman Assistants roles in in warrying together with the local administ are to co - cperate and supper the local orgar istratve ongarizabion From the study, idt is found that the District Ou O#ficers, the Village Headm men and the Assistance Village - Head leadmen applied the Gentiem emen' Sewen Virtues to ther, one can find that to apply the Gentiemenis 7 Vinues to their Ivens are at the highest Level in the I the dedais af this matter . matter by being the leader af the administration. who looks after the peaple with From the study, it y, it is found that the Sub -District Officer, the Village Headmen and the Assistance Vilage- headmen can apply the 4 principles by divine dodtrines to the com unities at the highest level in the m matter by being the leaders and friends with every body in community. of being the local leader accorting to the Buddhist ders, it is found that the leaders n bulding up the netaork of capability.
