ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปในในการบริหารจัดการงานของกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการงานของกรุงเทพมหานคร 3. เพื่อนำเสนอพุทธบูรณาการเพื่อส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการงานของกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชน ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.986 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 219 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าถดถอยพหุคูณ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 19 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนาและการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพทั่วไปในการบริหารจัดการงานของกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (X-bar= 3.89) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านประกอบด้วย 1) การบริการสาธารณะแก่ชุมชนในท้องถิ่น 2) สุขภาพและสวัสดิการชุมชน 3) การแก้ปัญหายาเสพติด 4) ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสภาพแวดล้อม 5) การศึกษา พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการงานของกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ 1) การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชน การมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการ การมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล และการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการงานของกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้ร้อยละ 77.50 2) การบริหารจัดการตามหลักอปริหานิยธรรม 7 ประกอบด้วย ด้านการประชุม การเลิกประชุมและการทำกิจอันสมควรให้พร้อมเพรียง และด้านตั้งใจสนับสนุนคนดี คนมีความสามารถ คนมีความรู้มาช่วยในการพัฒนาชุมชน ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการงานของกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้ร้อยละ 47.50

3. รูปแบบการบูรณาการหลักอปริหานิยธรรม 7 เพื่อส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการงานของกรุงเทพมหานครโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชน พบว่า มีการบูรณาการ ดังนี้ 1) หมั่นประชุมอย่างเนืองนิตย์ การบริหารจัดการทุกอย่าง จะต้องมีการประชุมพบปะ ปรึกษาหารือกิจการงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นซึ่งกันและกัน 2) พร้อมทำกิจอันเหมาะสม ภายหลังจากที่มีการประชุมปรึกษาหารือกันแล้ว มีความจำเป็นจะต้องสรุปเรื่องที่ประชุม เพื่อกำหนดทิศทางการดำเนินงาน 3) ทำตามกฎกติกาของสังคม การอยู่ร่วมกันเป็นสังคมย่อมต้องมีกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับที่จะต้องปฏิบัติร่วมกัน เพราะทุกคนที่เป็นสมาชิกของสังคมเดียวกัน 4) ไม่ยกตนเหนือผู้ใด เป็นการแสดงถึงความเคารพต่อผู้อื่น โดยเฉพาะความเคารพนับถือต่อผู้ใหญ่ เชื่อฟังคำสอนของท่าน 5) ไม่ละเลยต่อหน้าที่ เป็นการไม่ลุอำนาจความเห็นแก่ตัว เพราะอำนาจหน้าที่เป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้การบริหารจัดการ มีความสงบเรียบร้อย 6) รักสามัคคี มีวินัย เป็นองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญสำหรับการบริหารจัดการ เนื่องจากความสามัคคี เปรียบเสมือนเกราะป้องกันภัยให้กับองค์กร หรือหน่วยงานที่จะทำให้งานประสบความสำเร็จได้ 7) คนดีมีน้ำใจ เชิดชูไว้ในสังคม การให้ความสำคัญกับการทำความดี จึงจะทำให้สังคมประเทศชาติมีความเข้มแข็ง และพัฒนาให้เจริญก้าวหน้าได้

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this dissertation were: 1. To study the general conditions of work  management of Bankok Metropolis,, 2. To study the factors affecting the work  management of Bangkok Metropolis, and  3. To propose the Buddhadhamma  integration to promote the work management of Bangkok Metropolis by engaging community leaders’ participation, conducted with the mixed research methods.  The quantitative research, data were collected from 219 samples using questionnaires with a total confident value of 0.986, analyzed data with mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression. The  Qualitative research, data were collected from 19 key informants by in-depth-interviewing with in-depth-interviewing script. Data were also collected from 9 participants in focus group discussion. The data were analyzed by content descriptive interpretation.

Findings were as follows:

1. The general condition of bangkok's job management as a whole is very high (X-bar= 3.89). Considering the areas that include: 1) public services to local communities, 2) community health and welfare, 3) drug solutions, 4) natural resources and the environment, 5) studies, it was found that there was a high level of level in all aspects.

2. Factors affecting bangkok's management include: 1) participation of community leaders, participation in operations, participation in evaluation, and participation in decision-making; 77.50% 2) Management in accordance with the principles of 7) Meeting. Breaking up meetings and doing reasonable work in unison, and intentionally supporting good people. Talented people, knowledgeable people come to help in the development of the community. It affects bangkok's job management by 47.50 percent.

3. The model integrates the principles of Aurihaniyadham 7 to promote the management of Bangkok's work through the participation of community leaders. Found to be integrated as follows: 1) Keep the meeting in a continuous manner, all management must have a meeting, consult with various businesses to exchange ideas with each other, 2) be ready to do appropriate work. After the consultation meeting was held. It is necessary to summarize the matter at the meeting in order to determine the direction of operation, 3) to follow the rules of society. Coexistence as a society requires regulation. It is a manifestation of respect for others, especially respect for adults, obedience to your teachings, 5) do not neglect duties, it is a dismissal of selfishness, because authority is important to help management. 6) Love unity and discipline are important elements for management, since unity is like a shield against organizations or agencies that will make the work successful. 7) Good people are gracious, glorified in society, and the emphasis is placed on doing good deeds, so that the nation's society can be strengthened
