               ในการวิจัยเรื่อง “ภาวะผู้นาของเยาวชนตามหลักฆราวาสธรรม 4 : กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนหล่มสักวิทยาคม จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นาของเยาวชนตามหลักฆราวาสธรรม 4 โรงเรียนหล่มสักวิทยาคม จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นาของเยาวชนโดยจาแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้หลักฆราวาสธรรม 4 กับภาวะผู้นาของเยาวชนโรงเรียนหล่มสักวิทยาคม จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์

               กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่เยาวชนที่เป็นนักเรียนโรงเรียนหล่มสักวิทยาคมอ.หล่มสัก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จานวน 348 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Check-list) ซึ่งได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .7871 และมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า(Rating Scale) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือค่าความถี่(Frequencies) ค่าร้อยละ
(Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard Deviation) และวิเคราะห์โดยการทดสอบค่าที(t – test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว(One Way ANOVA)เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจะทาการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธีผลต่างนัยสาคัญน้อยที่สุด(Least Significant Difference : LSD)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
              1) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 384 คน พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จานวน 201 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.8 มีอายุระหว่าง 13-15 ปี จานวน 187 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.7  ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ถึง มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6
จานวนชั้นละ 58 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 16.7 ความสัมพันธ์ด้านการศึกษากับโรงเรียน ต่ากว่า3 ปี จานวน 143 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 41.1 ไม่เคยเข้าอบรมคุณธรรม จานวน 139 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 39.9 ครอบครัวมีรายได้ต่อเดือน ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ครอบครัวมีรายได้ 5,000 – 10,000 บาทต่อเดือน จานวน 139 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 39.9
       2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นาของเยาวชนโดยจาแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย=3.87 เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ระดับภาวะผู้นาของเยาวชนตามหลักฆราวาสธรรม 4 อยู่ในระดับมาก ทุกด้าน
               3) แนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้หลักฆราวาสธรรม 4 กับภาวะผู้นาของเยาวชนโรงเรียนหล่มสักวิทยาคม จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ พบว่า การนาหลักฆราวาสธรรม 4 (หลักธรรมสาหรับคฤหัสถ์)มาใช้ศึกษา ภาวะผู้นาเยาวชนของโรงเรียนหล่มสักวิทยาคม มีความเหมาะสมทาให้นักเรียนมีความรู้เรื่องหลักธรรมที่ดีและรู้ว่าอะไรควรทา อะไรไม่ควรทา และนามาประยุกต์ใช้กับชีวิตประจาวัน สาเหตุ ปัญหา อุปสรรค สภาพครอบครัวเกิดความแตกแยกครอบครัวไม่ใส่ใจดูแล ครอบครัวเปลี่ยนบทบาทจากเดิม ความไม่เข้าใจบทบาทและหน้าที่ของนักเรียนไม่เข้าใจบทบาทหน้าที่ของตนเอง ตัดสินใจไม่ถูกยังขาดความรับผิดชอบ ขาดการเสียสละ อยากรู้อยากลอง สื่อโฆษณามีสิ่งยั่วยุให้เกิดการกระทาตามใจตนเอง ตามกระแสสังคม ความสะดวกสบายทาให้เกิดความมักง่ายขาดความอดทน ตัวอย่างไม่ดีในสังคมมีมาก สื่อต่างๆถ่ายทอดตัวอย่างที่ไม่เหมาสม ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางวิธีแก้ไข ผู้ปกครองผู้ใหญ่คุณครูหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องที่รับผิดชอบต้องรู้จักเสียสละ เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้รู้จักคิดและทาในสิ่งที่ถูกต้อง สร้างความรักในโรงเรียนชี้แนะและบอกหลักการดาเนินชีวิตให้ถูกต้องดูแลเอาใจใส่ครอบครัวดูแลเอาใจใส่บุตรใช้เวลาว่างให้เป็นประโยชน์ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจให้เด็กเยาวชนมีหน้าที่ในครอบครัว.

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

              The objectives of the research are (1) to study the leadership applying the four Gharavasa-Dhammas of youths in Lomsak Witthayakhom School, Phetchabun Province,(2) to compare the leadership of the youths by separating from the factors of each person, (3) to study ways applying the four Gharavasa-Dhammas to use for the leadership of the youths in Lomsak WitthayakhombSchool, Phetchabun Province.
             The samples were 348 students of Lomsak WitthayakhombSchool, Phetchabun Province. The instruments of the research were questionnaire (check-list) with 0.7871 of reliability and rating scale. The statistics for the research were frequency, percentage,mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference:LSD.
              The results of the research are:
             1) Most of the students who answered questions are female. There were 201 students or 57.8 percent. There were 187 students who have ages from 13-15 years old or 53.7 percent, 58 students who are in Matthayomsuksa 1 to 6 or 16.7 percent, 143 students who study in school less than 3 years or 41.1 percent, 139 students who never receive the instruction in Gunadhamma (goodness)and 139 students who their parents get 5,000-10,000 baht monthly for income or 39.9 percent.

            2) For the comparison of the leadership applying the four Gharavasa-Dhammas of youths and separating them into individual different factions, the researcher found that the mean was in high level ( x̄= 3.87) totally. Considering in each factor, the researcher found that the levels the leadership applying the four Gharavasa-Dhammas of youths in every side were high.

               3) For the ways applying the four Gharavasa-Dhammas to use for the leadership of the youths in Lomsak Witthayakhom School, Phetchabun Province, the researcher found that applying the four Gharavasa-Dhammas for the leadership of the youths in Lomsak Witthayakhom school were appropriate because it can make the students know about the goodness, know what should do or what should not do. They can apply to use in daily life and know the causes and problems of broken home, and the role of family. Some students did not understand their roles and duties, cannot make the decision, without the responsibility and sacrifice, eager to know and try to do the mistake. Besides theses, the medias stimulate them to do what they satisfy or they like,without endurance. The suggestions for solving problems are the parents, principals,teachers or others concerning must have the sacrifices, to be the good pattern for them,do the right duties, create the love in school. All people concerning should advise the principles for good living, take care of their children well, use the time for the usefulness and understand the youth’s problems well.
