บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาชุมชนเข้มแข็งเพื่อยกระดับเป็นหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ต้นแบบ กรณีศึกษา บ้านกำแพงดิน อำเภอสามง่าม จังหวัดพิจิตร มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 บ้านกำแพงดิน อำเภอสามง่าม จังหวัดพิจิตร 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักภาวนากับการพัฒนาชุมชนเข้มแข็งเพื่อยกระดับเป็นหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ต้นแบบ กรณีศึกษา บ้านกำแพงดิน อำเภอสามง่าม จังหวัดพิจิตร และ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางในการยกระดับเป็นหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ต้นแบบ บ้านกำแพงดิน อำเภอสามง่าม จังหวัดพิจิตร

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ประชากร (Population) คือ ประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลกำแพงดิน อำเภอสามง่าม จังหวัดพิจิตร จำนวน 343 รูป/คน และการสัมภาษณ์ ที่ได้มาจากการแทนค่าในสูตรของ Taro Yamane วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย หาค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) การทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth Interview) กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Informants) จำนวน 1๘ รูป/คน และใช้เทคนิคการสรุปเนื้อหานำเสนอแนวทาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 บ้านกำแพงดิน อำเภอสามง่าม จังหวัดพิจิตรตามหลักภาวนา 4 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅ =3.6๘, S.D. =0.449) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน และสภาพการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 บ้านกำแพงดิน อำเภอสามง่าม จังหวัดพิจิตร ตามหลักกิจกรรมของโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก      ( x̅ =3.65, S.D. =0.433) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

2. ความสัมพันธ์ของหลักภาวนากับการพัฒนาชุมชนเข้มแข็งเพื่อยกระดับเป็นหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ต้นแบบ กรณีศึกษาบ้านกำแพงดิน อำเภอสามง่าม จังหวัดพิจิตร พบว่า มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูง (r = 0.7๘๘) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

3.  แนวทางในการยกระดับเป็นหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ต้นแบบ สรุปได้ 3 แนวทาง คือ 1) การสร้างเครือข่ายหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 เชิงอำนาจหน้าที่ 2) การสร้างเครือข่ายหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 เชิงประเด็น 3) การสร้างเครือข่ายหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 เชิงพื้นที่  เพื่อส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้หมู่บ้านมีความเข้มแข็งและสามารถยกระดับเป็นหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ต้นแบบ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the development condition of the 5 Precepts Village  at  Ban Kamphaeng Din, Sam Ngam District, Phichit Province; 2) to analyze the relationship between the principle of Bhavana 4 (spiritual cultivation)  and the development of strong communities to upgrade to a model 5 Precepts Village, a case study of Ban Kamphaeng Din, Sam Ngam District, Phichit province; and 3) to present guidelines for upgrading to a model 5 Precepts Village at Ban Kamphaeng Din, Sam Ngam District, Phichit Province.

This was a mixed methods research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. For qualitative research, the sample used in this research was 343 persons using  the substitution method ​​in Taro Yamane's formula. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient Test. Qualitative research was done by in-depth interview with 18 key informants and using the Inductive Analysis Technique in context to summarize and present guidelines

The results showed that :

1. The development of the 5 Precepts villages at Ban Kamphaeng Din, Sam Ngam District, Phichit Province according to the principle of Bhavana 4, overall was at a high level ( x̅ = 3.68, S.D. = 0.449). When classified by aspect, it was found that all items were at a high level. The development according to the activities of the 5 Precepts Village Project as a whole was at a high level ( x̅ = 3.65, S.D. = 0.433) and a high level in all aspects classified by aspect.

2. The analysis results of the relationship between the principle of Bhavana 4 and activities of a model 5 Precepts Village Project, a case study of Ban Kamphaeng Din, Sam Ngam District, Phichit Province found that there was a high level of positive correlation coefficient (r = 0.788). It was statistically significant at 0.01 level, thus accepting the hypothesis.

3. Guidelines for upgrading to a model 5 precepts village can be summarized into 3 approaches: 1) building a network of the 5 precepts village in terms of authority; 2) building a network of the 5 Precepts village on issues;  3) building a network of the 5 Precepts village in the area to promote and support the village to be strong and be able to upgrade to a model 5 Precepts a village.
