บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยเรื่องมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการกระทำผิดวินัยของผู้ต้องขังชายเรือนจำกลางนครสวรรค์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างจริต 6 กับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการกระทำผิดวินัยของผู้ต้องขังชายเรือนจำกลางนครสวรรค์ และ3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการกระทำผิดวินัยของผู้ต้องขังชายเรือนจำกลางนครสวรรค์

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ  และการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ต้องขังชายในเรือนจำกลางนครสวรรค์ จำนวน 357 คน ซึ่งได้จากการแทนค่าในสูตรของ Taro Yamane วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย หาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ หาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน เพื่อหาค่าความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรสองตัวที่อิสระต่อกัน และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ และใช้เทคนิคการสร้างข้อสรุป ประกอบบริบทเพื่อสรุปและนำเสนอแนวทาง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการกระทำผิดวินัยของผู้ต้องขังชายเรือนจำกลางนครสวรรค์ พบว่า หลักจริต 6 ที่ส่งผลต่อการกระทำผิดวินัยของผู้ต้องขังชายเรือนจำกลางนครสวรรค์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅= 4.06, S.D. = 0.507) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ ส่วนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการกระทำผิดวินัยของผู้ต้องขังชายเรือนจำกลางนครสวรรค์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅ = 4.03, S.D. = 0.514) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ

2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างจริต 6 กับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการกระทำผิดวินัยของผู้ต้องขังชายเรือนจำกลางนครสวรรค์ พบว่า หลักจริต 6 มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการกระทำผิดวินัยของผู้ต้องขังชายเรือนจำกลางนครสวรรค์ โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r = 0.881) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

3. แนวทางการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการกระทำผิดวินัยของผู้ต้องขังชายเรือนจำกลางนครสวรรค์ พบว่า เรือนจำควรดำเนินการตามแนวทางการปฏิบัติ กล่าวคือ 1) การกำหนดนโยบาย โดยให้ความสำคัญกับกลุ่มผู้ต้องขังและมีนโยบายการปฏิบัติต่อกลุ่มผู้ต้องขังที่ชัดเจน 2) การบริหารจัดการผู้ต้องขัง โดยการสำรวจข้อมูลและจัดทำข้อมูลพื้นฐานของผู้ต้องขังเพื่อนำไปสู่การวางแผนให้การช่วยเหลือที่ถูกต้องและเหมาะสม 3) การสร้างเครือข่ายภาคีเครือข่าย ภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนให้การสนับสนุนและมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาพฤตินิสัยและสงเคราะห์ผู้ต้องขัง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the factors affecting the male prisoners’ disciplinary infractions in Nakhon Sawan Central Prison; 2) to study the relationship between Carita 6 and the factors affecting the male prisoners’ disciplinary infractions in Nakhon Sawan Central Prison; and 3) to study guidelines for preventing and solving the problems of the male prisoners’ disciplinary infractions in Nakhon Sawan Central Prison.

This study was a mixed methods research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. For qualitative research, the sample used in this research was 357 male prisoners’ disciplinary infractions in Nakhon Sawan Central Prison using  the substitution method ​​in Taro Yamane's formula. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient to find the correlation relationship of two independent variables. Qualitative research was done by in-depth interview with key informants and using the Inductive Analysis Technique in context to summarize and present guidelines.

The results showed that:

1. Factors affecting the male prisoners’ disciplinary infractions in Nakhon Sawan Central Prison found that Carita 6 affecting the male prisoners’ disciplinary infractions in Nakhon Sawan Central Prison, overall, was at a high level ( x̅ = 4.06, S.D. = 0.507). When classified by aspect, it was found that all items were at a high level. Factors affecting the male prisoners’ disciplinary infractions in Nakhon Sawan Central Prison, overall, were at a high level ( x̅ = 4.03, S.D. = 0.514) and a high level in all aspects classified by aspect.

2. The relationship between Carita 6 and factors affecting the male prisoners’ disciplinary infractions in Nakhon Sawan Central Prison found that Carita 6 had a high positive correlation with factors affecting the male prisoners’ disciplinary infractions in Nakhon Sawan Central Prison. The correlation coefficient (r = 0.881) was statistically significant at 0.01 level, thus accepting the hypothesis.

      3. Guidelines for preventing and solving the problems of the male prisoners’ disciplinary infractions in Nakhon Sawan Central Prison found that the prisons should operate in accordance namely 1) establishing a policy focusing on the prisoners group and a clear policy on treatment of prisoners; 2) management of prisoners by surveying information and preparing basic information of prisoners to lead to correct and appropriate assistance planning: and 3) creating a network, partner network in order to receive support from the public and private sectors and participate in the development of prisoner behaviors and provide assistance for the prisoners.
