บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

              สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี 3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและแนวทางในการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณดำเนินการโดยศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 396 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ จากประชากรจำนวน 40,727 คน ซึ่งเป็นประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.892  สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพดำเนินการ โดยสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

             1. สภาพทั่วไปการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี การพัฒนาชุมชนระดับปฏิบัติ โดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก
(X bar= 3.60, S.D. = 0.68) การพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักพละ 4 โดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (X bar= 3.56, S.D. = 0.69) การบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี  โดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก  (X bar= 3.47, S.D. = 0.65)

             2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี พบว่า ปัจจัยหลักการพัฒนาชุมชนระดับปฏิบัติการ ประกอบด้วย การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน การช่วยเหลือตนเอง ความคิดริเริ่มของประชาชน ความต้องการของชุมชน และการศึกษาภาคชีวิต มีอิทธิพลร่วมกันต่อ การบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 และร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปร ได้ร้อยและ 80.80 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ 1 ปัจจัยพละ 4 ได้แก่ ปัญญาพละ (กำลังปัญญา) วิริยพละ (กำลังความเพียร) ด้านอนวัชชพละ (กำลังสุจริต) และด้านสังคหพละ (กำลังการสงเคราะห์) มีอิทธิพลร่วมกันต่อการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 ร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปร ได้ร้อยละ 82.20 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ 2 ปัจจัยการพัฒนาชุมชนระดับปฏิบัติ และปัจจัยพละ 4  มีอิทธิพลร่วมกันต่อการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 และสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรผันได้ถึงร้อยละ 86.60 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐาน

             3. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี ประกอบด้วย สังคมมีลักษณะเป็นพหุวัฒนธรรม มีหลายเชื้อชาติศาสนา ประชาชนไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการพัฒนาชุมชนได้ทุกคนเนื่องจากมีความจำเป็นต้องใช้เวลา
ในการประกอบอาชีพ ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด ประชาชนขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมในการพัฒนาชุมชน แนวทางในการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน
ของเทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี ประกอบด้วย ควรมีกิจกรรมในการพัฒนาชุมชน
ที่ประชาชนทุกเชื้อชาติศาสนาสามารถร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชนได้ ควรมีช่องทางในการสื่อสาร และเผยแผ่ความรู้ของชุมชนที่ให้ประชาชนได้เรียนรู้ได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา ชุมชนควรร่วมมือกับเทศบาลและวัดต่อต้านยาเสพติด และขจัดปัญหานี้ให้หมดไปจากสังคม พระสงฆ์ควรเป็นผู้นำในการพัฒนาชุมชน
และให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนร่วมกับเทศบาลและชุมชน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

       The objectives of this research paper were: 1) to study general context of Buddhist integration for community development of bangbuathong municipality Nonthaburi province, 2) to study the factors affecting to the Buddhist integration for community development of bangbuathong municipality Nonthaburi province and 3) to propose the Buddhist integration for community development of bangbuathong municipality Nonthaburi province. This research was mixed method research. The quantitative research conducted by studying 396 samples which selected by stratified random sampling from 40,727 populations who were the population in bangbuathong municipality area. The tool used for data collection was 5 rating scales questioner with the reliability at 0.892. The statistic used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson’s Correlation and Multiple Regression Stepwise. The qualitative research conducted by in-depth interviewing with 9 key informants and analyzed the data by using content analysis.

              The research findings were as follows:

              1. The operational community development in overall was at high level (X bar= 3.60, S.D. = 0.71), the community development according to Bala 4 in overall was at high level (X bar= 3.56, S.D. = 0.69) and the Buddhist integration for community development of bangbuathong municipality Nonthaburi province in overall was at high level (X bar= 3.47, S.D. = 0.65).

              2. The factors of operational community development included participation, self-reliance, people's initiative, community needs and life education affected to the effectiveness development of ethics promotion of the Buddhist integration for community development of bangbuathong municipality Nonthaburi province at the level of statistical significance 0.01 and can together explain the variations up to 80.80% accepted first hypothesis. The factors of Bala 4 included Paññābala, Viriyabala, Anavajjabala and Saṅgahabala affected to the Buddhist integration for community development of bangbuathong municipality Nonthaburi province at the level of statistical significance 0.01 and can together explain the variations up to 82.20% accepted second hypothesis. The factors of operational community development and Bala 4 affected to the Buddhist integration for community development of bangbuathong municipality Nonthaburi province at the level of statistical significance 0.01 and can together explain the variations up to 86.60% accepted third hypothesis

              3. The problems obstacles and suggestions of effectiveness development of ethics promotion of the Buddhist integration for community development of bangbuathong municipality Nonthaburi province were; problems and obstacles included the society was multicultural which there was many nationalities and religions, not all people can participate in community development activities due to the need to spend time in their careers, problems with drugs and the people lack knowledge and understanding in applying Buddhist principles in community development, suggestions were; there should be community development activities that people of all races and religions can participate in community development, there should be channels to communicate and disseminate knowledge of the community that people can learn anytime anywhere, communities should cooperate with municipalities and monastery for anti-drug, and eliminating this problem from society and Sangha should be a leader in community development and educate about the application of Buddhist principles for community development together with the municipality and community.
