บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทพระสังฆาธิการในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยวิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) สอบถาม และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากประชากรซึ่งเป็นพระสังฆาธิการทั้งหมดของจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 224 รูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ ตามวิธีการของเชพเฟ่ (Scheffe) ซึ่งผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

                 1. พระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ มีบทบาทในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์โดย รวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่ามีบทบาทในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ในด้านการปกครองอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการศาสนศึกษา การศึกษาสงเคราะห์ การเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา การสาธารณูปการ และการสาธารณสงเคราะห์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

                 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ พบว่าพระสังฆาธิการที่มีอายุ ตำแหน่งพระสังฆาธิการ จำนวนพรรษา วุฒิการศึกษาทางสามัญ วุฒิการศึกษาทางธรรม วุฒิการศึกษาทางเปรียญธรรม และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของพระสังฆาธิการแตกต่างกัน มีบทบาทในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน

                 3.ข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ควรมีการปกครองพระภิกษุ สามเณร ให้ปฏิบัติตามพระวินัยอย่างเคร่งครัด มีกองทุนส่งเสริมด้านการศึกษาแก่พระภิกษุ สามเณร ให้พระภิกษุ สามเณร เอาใจใส่ต่อกิจกรรม ด้านพระพุทธศาสนา ให้พระภิกษุ สามเณร ดำเนินกิจการบางอย่างเป็นระเบียบ

                 นอกจากนี้ควรให้พระภิกษุ สามเณร ได้สั่งสอนศีลธรรมแก่ประชาชน ตลอดจนให้พระภิกษุ สามเณร ดูแลสถานที่วัดให้ปราศจากอบายมุข และยาเสพติด

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

               This research aims at studying the roles in Sangha Administration in Buriram Province played by Phra- Sanghadhikarns, compassion of the Sangha Administration and the proposal in the of Sangha administration in Buriram Province

                This survey research is carried out by using the questionnaires and collect the data of the Buddhist administration from Phra-sanghadhikarns in Buriram Province and studying the problems and giving the suggestion to the Buddhist monks in province. The numbers of Phra-sanghadhikarns in Buriram Province, to be studies are  altogether 224.

                The research instrument is a questionnaire. Consist of the problems analyzed by using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. This research it demonstrates the significant difference in the roles played by the Sanghadhikarns in administration performed by the Scheffe method. The findings are as follows:-

                1. Opinions toward the desirable roles played by Phra-sanghadhikarn in the Buddhist administration in Buriram Province were at middle. This research also includes the

six items namely: administration, religious study, Dhamma dissemination, public utility,

public welfare, and general reliet.

              2.  There is no significant difference of the roles played by Phra-sanghadhikarn in the Buddhist administration in Buriram.  In terms position the monks administrators, age, of the Dhamma, number of years in there monkshood, educational levels, cducational of the Dhamma levels, educational of Prean-dhamm level and their experience in working in their monkshood.

              3.  There are some important suggestions in Phra-sanghadhikarn in the Buddhist administration in Buriram Province. as

                1.  In the administrations there should be the types administration for monks and novices to follow the religious rules.

                2.  The monks and novices should be a unit of funds.

               3.  The monks and novices should pay attention to the Buddhist religious activities.

               4.  The monks and novices works to the temple according to the set up rules and disciplines.

               5.  The monks and novices should support the teaching of the Dhamma to the people.

               6.  The monks and novices should do in general make the Temple to be in good order and plan.

               7.  The monks and novices should look after the temples to be away from the class of ruin and drugs.
