บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยเรื่อง "การบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธของวัดในอำเภอศรีประจันต์จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี" มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธของวัดในอำเภอศรีประจันต์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธของวัดในอำเภอศรีประจันต์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธของวัด ในอำเภอศรีประจันต์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี  (Mixed Research Method) โดยประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ(Quantitative Research) เก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม (Field Study) จากพุทธศาสนิกชน จำนวน 345 คนโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ลักษณะของแบบสอบถามเป็นทั้งปลายเปิด และปลายปิด ผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้ โดยหาคู่ความถี่(Frequency), คู่ร้อยละ (Percentage), คู่เฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที (t-Test) กรณีตัวแปรต้นสองกลุ่ม และค่าเอฟ (F.Test) วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูป/คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

ระดับความคิดเห็นการนำหลักสัปปุริสธรรมไปบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธของวัดในอำเภอศรีประจันต์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

1) การนำหลักสัปปุริสธรรมไปบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธ ของวัดในอำเภอศรีประจันต์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรีโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4..5 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า หลักที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ หลักปริสัญญุตา อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.10ส่วนหลักที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ได้แก่ หลักมัตตัญญุตา อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.1

2) ระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเซ็งพุทธของวัดในอำเภอศรีประจันต์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.07 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ 1. ด้านการวางแผน อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.10 ส่วนต้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ได้แก่ 4. ด้านการอำนวยการ อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.04

3) ผลการศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง "การบริหารจัด การการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธของวัดในอำเภอศรีประจันต์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี" มีข้อเสนอแนะ ดังนี้

ข้อเสนอแนะทั่วไป

1) ด้านการวางแผ่น วัดต่างๆ ควรมีเครือข่ายองค์กรต่างๆ เพื่อช่วยในการวางแผนพัฒนาวัดและชุมชนให้มีความเจริญก้าวหน้า โดยการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกฝ่ายในชุมชน

2) ด้านการจัดองค์กร วัดควรมีการประสานงานหรือมอบหมายในการขอเจ้าหน้าที่คอยให้คำแนะนำตามความต้องการของประชาชน

3) ด้านบุคลากร วัดควรฝึกบุคลากรภายในวัดนอกวัด ให้เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ประชาสัมพันธ์ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่เป็นความรู้แก่พุทธศาสนิกชน

4) ด้านการจัดองค์กร บุคลากรในวัดควรมีการเรียนรู้เพื่องานด้านการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธของวัดสนับสนุนกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของวัด

5) ด้านการกำกับดูแล พระสงฆ์ วัด องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น โรงเรียน ชุมชนต้องร่วมกันในการกำกับติดตามเพื่อให้การท่องเที่ยวอนุรักษ์ไว้ซึ่งวิถีชีวิตแบบดั้งเดิม

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The study entitled "The Buddhist Tourism Management of Temples in Sri Prachan District, Suphanburi Province" consisted of the following objectives: 1)to investigate the level of people's opinions toward the Buddhist tourism management of temples in Sri Prachan District, Suphanburi Province; 2) to compare the people's opinions toward the Buddhist tourism management of temples in Sri Prachan District, Suphanburi Province by categorizing them according to personal factors; and 3) to propose the guidelines for the Buddhist tourism management of temples in Sri Prachan District, Suphanburi Province. The study used a mixed-methods approach that included qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Quantitative data was collected from 345 Buddhists in a field study using an open-ended and closed-ended questionnaire. The obtained quantitative data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean,standard  deviation, t-test, f-test, and one way ANOVA. While the qualitative data were acquired by mean of in-depth interviews with 9 key informants.

          From the study, the following results have been found:

          1) The application of Sappurisa-dhamma (the 7 qualities of a good man) with Buddhist tourism management of temples in Sri Prachan District,Suphanburi Province is found to be overall at a high level with a mean of 4.05.When all aspects are considered, it is found that Parisannuta (knowing the proper time) has the highest level of mean at 4.10, while Mattannuta (moderation) has the lowest level of mean at 4.0

          2) The level of people's opinions toward the Buddhist tourism management of temples in Sri Prachan District, Suphanburi Province be overall at a high level with a mean of 4.07. When all aspects are considered, it is found that planning has the highest level of mean at 4.10, while direct has the lowest level of mean at 4.04.

          3) From studying the Buddhist tourism management of temples in Sri Prachan District, Suphanburi Province, the following suggestions are proposed:

          (1) On planning, temples should have a network of organizations to assist with the planning and development of temples and communities in order for them to prosper by encouraging participation from all parties in the community.

          (2) On organizational management, temples should coordinate or request officers to provide advice based on the needs of the people.

(3) On personnel, temples should train staff both inside and outside the temples to advertise and educate Buddhists.

          (4) On directing, temples should encourage temple personnel to lean out Buddhist tourism management and to support the temple's activities.

          (5) On supervision, monks, temples, local government organizations,schools, and communities must collaborate to ensure that tourism preserves the traditional way of life.
