               การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูน
2. เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูน 3. เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนากระบวนการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมตามหลักสาราณียธรรมของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ซึ่งใช้เครื่องมือแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง นำมาตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือโดยหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถาม และวัตถุประสงค์ได้ค่า IOC ตั้งแต่ 0.60 - 1.00 หมายความว่าแบบสัมภาษณ์มีความสอดคล้องตามวัตถุประสงค์สามารถนำไปใช้เก็บข้อมูลได้ จากนั้นนำมาปรับปรุงแก้ไขเครื่องมือให้สมบูรณ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 17 รูปหรือคน และการสนทนากลุ่มกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 8 รูปหรือคน และใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาด้วยจัดกลุ่มข้อมูล (Data Grouping) ตามสาระสำคัญของประเด็นการสัมภาษณ์แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis Technique)

              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. สภาพการจัดกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูน พบว่า  1) จุดเริ่มต้นของการจัดกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมคือ วิสัยทัศน์ผู้บริหาร พันธกิจของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูน ต้นทุนทางวัฒนธรรม และอัตลักษณ์ของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูน 2) กิจกรรมที่แสดงถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมคือ พุทธศาสตร์สงเคราะห์ นิสิตจิตอาสาพัฒนาสังคม บริการวิชาการเพื่อสังคม ค่ายคุณธรรมนำชีวิต 3)วิธีการในการดำเนินกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูนคือ นโยบายของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ กิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร นิสิตเสนอโครงการ 4) ผลการดำเนินกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูนคือ การตอบรับที่ดีจากชุมชน เกิดความสามัคคีในองค์กร นิสิตได้เรียนรู้การทำงานร่วมกับชุมชน 5) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูนคือ การจัดกิจกรรมยังขาดกระบวนการที่ชัดเจนและปัญหาด้านการบริหารจัดการในการจัดกิจกรรม

            2. กระบวนการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูน พบว่า  1) การวางแผนในการดำเนินกิจการบนพื้นฐานการมีส่วนร่วมคือการประชุมพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนเพื่อกำหนดแผนในการจัดกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม 2) การดำเนินกิจกรรมเพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์คือการลงพื้นที่เพื่อทำกิจกรรม 3) การประเมินผลพฤติกรรมของบุคลากรและนิสิตทุกระดับคือการประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมทั้งเรื่องการบริหารจัดการ และผู้เข้าเข้าร่วม 4) การตรวจสอบสภาพแวดล้อมในวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูนให้มีความปลอดภัย สะอาด ร่มรื่นที่เหมาะสมต่อการเรียนรู้คือการร่วมกันดูแลรักษาสภาพพื้นที่ทั้งในวิทยาลัยสงฆ์และชุมชน 5) การพัฒนาแผนงานที่มีเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาบุคลากรและนิสิตคือการสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมที่จัดขึ้น

            3. แนวทางการพัฒนากระบวนการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมตามหลักสาราณียธรรมของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ลำพูน พบว่า เมตตากายกรรม (การปฏิบัติดีต่อกัน) คือการแสดงออกอย่างเหมาะสมอย่างการมีจิตอาสาที่ให้การช่วยเหลือคนอื่นอยู่เสมอ เมตตาวจีกรรม (การพูดแต่สิ่งที่ดีงาม) คือการสื่อสารกันอย่างจริงใจเพื่อให้สามารถเข้าใจซึ่งกันและกันได้อย่างแท้จริง เมตตามโนกรรม(การคิดดี) คือการปลูกฝังให้เกิดการคิดอย่างสร้างสรรค์บนพื้นฐานความปรารถนาดีต่อกัน สาธารณโภคี (การรู้จักแบ่งปันผลประโยชน์) คือการเสียสละโดยเห็นประโยชน์ส่วนรวมเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ สีลสามัญญตา (การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับ) คือการเคารพกฎระเบียบที่ยึดถือร่วมกันยินดีปรับปรุงตนเองตามกฎระเบียบอย่างเต็ม ทิฏฐิสามัญญตา (มีความคิดเป็นอย่างเดียวกัน) คือการแลกเปลี่ยนเพื่อให้ได้ความเห็นชอบร่วมกันที่จะเกิดเป็นความคิดที่เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

            The study consisted of the following objectives: 1) to investigate the conditions of social responsibility activities of Lamphun Buddhist College; 2) to explore the processes of promoting social responsibility activities of Lamphun Buddhist College; and 3) to present the guidelines for developing the process of promoting social responsibility activities according to Sārāṇīyadhamma of Lamphun Buddhist College. The study employed a qualitative research method by using structured interview. The research tool was evaluated for quality by calculating the Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC), which ranged from 0.60 to 1.00, indicating that the interview form was congruent with the objectives and could be used to collect data before being improved further. The data were collected via in-depth interviews with 17 key informants and focus group discussion with 8 experts. The data were grouped according to the interview issues, and the results were analyzed using the content analysis technique.

            From the study, the following results are found:

          1) The conditions of social responsibility activities of Lamphun Buddhist College are found as follows: (1) The start of social responsibility activities was influenced by the administrators' vision, the College's missions, the cultural cost, and the College's identity; (2) Activities that represent social responsibility are Buddhist contributions, students with a volunteer mindset to develop society, academic service for society, and morality leading life camps; (3) Lamphun Buddhist College's methods for carrying out social responsibility activities are the College policy, extracurricular activities, and student-presented projects; (4) The outcomes of Lamphun Buddhist College's social responsibility activities include positive community response, increased organizational unity, and students learning to work with the community; and (5) Problems and obstacles in carrying out Lamphun Buddhist College's social responsibility activities are the lack of clear processes and management in organizing activities.

          2) The processes of promoting social responsibility activities of Lamphun Buddhist College is as follows: (1) Planning for activities based on participation refers to the meeting to formulate plans and exchange ideas for organizing social responsibility activities; (2) Carrying out activities for the public benefit is through visiting the areas for activities; (3) Evaluating personnel and student behavior at all levels refers to a review of activities from the perspective of management and participants; (4) Examining the environment within Lamphun Buddhist College to ensure that it is safe, clean, shady, and conducive to learning. This includes assisting one another in maintaining the area's conditions in both college and the community; and (5) Creating a work plan with the goal of developing personnel and students refers to the process of learning through the organization of social responsibility activities.

      3) The guidelines for developing the process of promoting social responsibility activities according to Sārāṇīyadhamma (Six States of Conciliation) of Lamphun Buddhist College are as follows: Mettākāyakamma (to be amiable in deed, openly and in private), which is to express toward one another approximately e.g., having the volunteer mindset to help others on a regular basis; Mettāvacīkamma (to be amiable in word, openly and in private), which is to communicate sincerely in order to understand one another; Mettāmanokamma (to be amiable in thought, openly and in private), which is to cultivate creative thinking based on mutual goodwill; Sādhāraṇabhogitā (to share any lawful gains with virtuous fellows), which is to sacrifice by prioritizing the public benefit; Sīlasāmaññatā (to keep without blemish the rules of conduct along with one’s fellows, openly and in private), which is to respect and abide by rules and regulations; Diṭṭhisāmaññatā (to be endowed with right views along with one’s fellows, openly and in private), which is to exchange ideas in order to share responsibility and move in the same direction.
