บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานข้ามชาติ ตำบลเวียงยอง 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่อยู่อาศัยในพื้นที่ตำบลเวียงยอง  และ 3) เพื่อประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่อยู่อาศัยในพื้นที่ตำบลเวียงยอง อำเภอเมืองลำพูน จังหวัดลำพูน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แรงงานข้ามชาติที่อยู่อาศัยในพื้นที่ตำบลเวียงยอง อำเภอเมืองลำพูน จังหวัดลำพูน จำนวน 120 คน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากทุกหน่วยของประชากร และเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทำการทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการทดสอบค่าที และค่าเอฟ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจึงทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีการหาผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด ในส่วนของข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้วิจัยทำการจัดกลุ่มข้อมูลตามสาระสำคัญของประเด็นการสัมภาษณ์ จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา  

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่อยู่อาศัยในพื้นที่ตำบลเวียงยอง อำเภอเมืองลำพูน จังหวัดลำพูน พบว่า แรงงานข้ามชาติผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีระดับคุณภาพชีวิต โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅= 3.61, S.D. = 0.194) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ ด้านจิตใจ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ด้านร่างกาย ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม

2. การเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่อยู่อาศัยในพื้นที่ตำบล    เวียงยอง อำเภอเมืองลำพูน จังหวัดลำพูน ด้วยการทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างตามการจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า แรงงานข้ามชาติที่มีเพศ อายุ และรายได้แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานข้ามชาติ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย ส่วนด้านอาชีพ สัญชาติ และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทย มีระดับความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

3.การประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่อยู่อาศัยในพื้นที่ตำบลเวียงยอง อำเภอเมืองลำพูน จังหวัดลำพูน พบว่า การนำหลักพุทธธรรมมาส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานข้ามชาติ จำเป็นที่จะต้องสร้างรับรู้ สร้างความเข้าใจว่าหลักภาวนา 4 คืออะไร ส่งเสริมให้แรงงานข้ามชาติได้มีการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมนี้เพื่อการสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้อื่นในสังคม การสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความพร้อมทั้งทางด้านร่างกาย มีความสมบูรณ์พร้อมทางด้านจิตใจที่พร้อมจะช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น ช่วยเหลือสังคมชุมชนที่เราอาศัยอยู่ มีความประพฤติที่เป็นปกติ ไม่สร้างความเดือดร้อนให้กับตนเอง ครอบครัว ผู้อื่น และสังคมชุมชนนั้นๆ และมีการใช้สติปัญญาในการดำเนินชีวิตและการทำงานเพื่อให้สามารถอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the quality of life of migrant workers in Wiang Yong Subdistrict, 2) to compare the quality of life of migrant workers residing in Wiang Yong Subdistrict, and 3) to apply Buddhist principles in the study to promote and develop the quality of life of migrant workers residing in Wiang Yong Subdistrict, MueangLamphun District, Lamphun Province. This research was a mixed method research. The population used in the research was 120 migrant workers residing in Wiang Yong Subdistrict, MueangLamphun District, Lamphun Province. The data was collected from all units of the population by using questionnaires. The data was analyzed by using a Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) in order to find the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation values ​​for characterizing the general data. The hypothesis was tested by t-test and F-test by One-Way Anova analysis. If there was any difference, it would be tested with pair difference by using Least Significant Difference (LSD). For the information from the interview, the researcher grouped the data according to the subject matter of the interview and then did a content analysis.

 The results were as followed:

1. For the quality of life of migrant workers residing in Wiang Yong Subdistrict, MueangLamphun District, Lamphun Province, it was found that the migrant workers respondents had an overall level of quality of life at a high level (x̅= 3.61, S.D. = 0.194) followed by mental aspect, social relationship aspect, physical aspect, and environmental aspect.

2. For comparison of the quality of life of migrant workers residing in Wiang Yong Subdistrict, MueangLamphun District, Lamphun Province by testing the hypothesis and analyzing the differences according to personal factors, it was found that migrant workers with sex, age and different income had different opinions about the quality of life of migrant workers with statistical significance at the level of 0.01. The research hypothesis was accepted. Regarding occupation, nationality and length of stay in Thailand, there was no difference of opinion. Therefore, the hypothesis was rejected.

3. For the application of Buddhist principles to promote and develop the quality of life of migrant workers residing in Wiang Yong Subdistrict, MueangLamphun District, Lamphun Province, it was found that the application of Buddhist principles to promote and improve the quality of life of migrant workers needed to create awareness, build an understanding of what the Bhavana 4 was, and encourage migrant workers to apply this principle for good interaction with others in society. In addition, migrant works were required to have good interaction, physical readiness, mental completeness to be ready to help others and to help the community in which they lived. They needed normal behavior, not to cause trouble to oneself, family, others and the community, and having the use of intelligence in living and working in order to be able to live and work with others with quality.
