บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย
งานวิจัยเรื่อง “การศึกษารูปแบบชุมชนคุณธรรมต้นแบบด้วยพลังบวร : กรณีศึกษา วัดท่าขนุน อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี” วัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ชุมชนคุณธรรมต้นแบบด้วยพลังบวร : กรณีศึกษาวัดท่าขนุน อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี; 2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการในการพัฒนา การวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและอุปสรรคจากการดำเนินงานชุมชนคุณธรรมต้นแบบด้วยพลังบวร : กรณีศึกษาวัดท่าขนุน อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี และแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น; 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลการดำเนินงาน และนำเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาชุมชนคุณธรรมต้นแบบด้วยพลังบวร : กรณีศึกษาวัดท่าขนุน อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี และ 4) เพื่อศึกษากิจกรรมของชุมชนคุณธรรมวัดท่าขนุน
งานวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบเชิงคุณภาพ และใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth interview) โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูล 3 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ 1 ชาวบ้าน และผู้นำชุมชน กลุ่มที่ 2 ตัวแทนของวัด ได้แก่ พระสงฆ์ กลุ่มที่ 3 ตัวแทนโรงเรียน และส่วนราชการ ตลอดจนเจ้าหน้าที่ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 15 รูป/ท่าน และใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) เพื่อให้ทราบถึงประเด็นที่สำคัญ มีความครอบคลุมในเนื้อหาสาระที่ทำการศึกษาอย่างครบถ้วน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. พื้นที่ตั้งของชุมชนอยู่ใกล้ชายแดนประเทศพม่า จึงมีเชื้อชาติเผ่าพันธุ์ มีภาษา และวัฒนธรรมที่หลากหลายอาศัยอยู่ร่วมกัน มีลักษณะเป็นสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม มีวิถีชีวิตที่เรียบง่าย การประกอบอาชีพส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นเกษตรกรรม ค้าขาย และงานบริการ
2. กระบวนการพัฒนาชุมชนคุณธรรมต้นแบบวัดท่าขนุนด้วยพลังบวรนั้น เป็นการร่วมกันระหว่าง ชาวบ้าน ผู้นำชุมชน วัด โรงเรียน และส่วนราชการ มีการประชุมกัน เพื่อวิเคราะห์ถึงสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในชุมชนในด้านต่าง ๆ เพื่อนำมาวางแผนดำเนินการแก้ไข หรือปรับปรุง โดยมีการมุ่งพัฒนาชุมชนใน 2 ด้าน คือ
1) กระบวนการพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจ พบว่า มาจากสาเหตุ 2 ประการ คือ 1) ปัญหาสภาพเศรษฐกิจที่ฝืดเคืองมากขึ้น 2) ปัญหาชุมชนไม่มีแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ที่สามารถดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวได้ มีกระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหา ดังนี้ 1. เจ้าอาวาส ชาวบ้าน ผู้นำชุมชน โรงเรียน และส่วนราชการ ร่วมกันประชุม และให้ชาวบ้านเสนอสิ่งที่คิดว่าเป็นจุดเด่นของชุมชน เป็นการนำทุนทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นของชาวบ้าน มาสร้างจุดขาย 2. เมื่อมีการประชุมวางแผนวิเคราะห์แล้ว จึงเริ่มดำเนินการตามโครงการโดยสามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ประเภท คือ 1) การสร้างแหล่งท่องเที่ยวแห่งใหม่ให้กับชุมชน 2) พัฒนาวัดท่าขนุนให้สวยงามมีจุดเด่น 3) ส่งเสริมอาชีพให้แก่คนในชุมชน
2) กระบวนการพัฒนาด้านศีลธรรม พบว่า มาจากสาเหตุ 2 ประการ คือ (1) จากปัญหาความห่างไกลจากศาสนาของชาวบ้านในชุมชน และ (2) การพัฒนาด้านศีลธรรม เป็นหน้าที่ของพระสงฆ์ในพระพุทธศาสนา มีกระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหาคือ การจัดโครงการการพัฒนาจิตใจและปัญญาแก่คนในชุมชน โดยสามารถแบ่งได้เป็น 1) กิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นเพื่อประชาชนทั่วไป 2) กิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาเยาวชน 3) มีส่งเสริมการเผยแพร่หลักธรรมด้วยช่องทางสื่อออนไลน์
3. ผลลัพธ์จากการพัฒนาชุมชนคุณธรรมวัดท่าขนุน แบ่งออกได้เป็นดังนี้ 1. ผลการพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจ (1) เกิดการสร้างงานสร้างอาชีพ (2) ชาวบ้านในชุมชนได้รายได้มากขึ้น (3) ชุมชนมีจุดขาย และแหล่งท่องเที่ยวแห่งใหม่ 2. ผลการพัฒนาด้านศีลธรรม (1) ประชาชนมีความเคารพพระ และถือศีลได้มาก (2) ชุมชนมีความสงบสุข (3) มีคนเข้าวัดปฏิบัติธรรมมากขึ้น ในส่วนของรูปแบบการพัฒนาชุมชนคุณธรรมวัดท่าขนุน เป็นการดำเนินงานของชาวบ้าน ผู้นำชุมชน วัด โรงเรียน และส่วนราชการ โดยการใช้หลักอริยสัจ 4 เข้ามาช่วยในการมองเห็นถึงปัญหา สาเหตุ และหนทางในการทางแก้ไข เพื่อให้สามารถบรรลุผลที่ต้องการได้
4. การจัดกิจกรรมของชุมชนคุณธรรมวัดท่าขนุนนั้น เจ้าอาวาส และผู้นำชุมชน จะร่วมกันนำทุนทางวัฒนธรรมท้องที่มาสร้างจุดขาย เช่น การพัฒนากิจกรรมของทางวัดท่าขนุนให้มีความสวยงาม เป็นการทำให้คนมาเที่ยววัด และมีการจัดโครงการการพัฒนาจิตใจและปัญญา ให้แก่คนในชุมชน โดยแบ่งออกเป็นกิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นเพื่อเยาวชนและประชาชนทั่วไป โดยจะมีประสานกันระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐ ที่ช่วยการประชาสัมพันธ์ในพื้นที่ ไปจนถึงการประชาสัมพันธ์การจัดงานต่าง ๆ ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์
บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ
The research on topic ‘A Study of Moral Prototype Community Model with Borworn-power : A Case Study of Wat Thakhanun, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province’ consists of the objectives in the followings: (I) to study the moral prototype community with Borworn-power: a case study of Wat Thakhanun, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province; (II) to study the developmental process, problem and obstacle analysis from operating the moral prototype community with Borworn-power: a case study of Wat Thakhanun, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province, and the arisen problem-solution approaches; (III) to study the results of operations and to present the model of a moral prototype community development with Borworn-power: a case study of Wat Thakhanun, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province, and (IV) to study the activities of the moral community at Wat Thakhanun.
This is a qualitative research and conducted by in-depth interview. Three groups of key informants are collected data: 1) villagers and leaders; 2) representatives of monastery as monks; and representatives of schools and government agencies as school directors, mayors, and related officers, including fifteen people. The data analysis is done based on content analysis in order to understand the important problems and to be a comprehensive content of the study.
The findings are concluded as follows:
1. The location of the community is near the border with Myanmar. Therefore, many races, languages, and cultures are mixed together. It is characterized by a multicultural society and a simple lifestyle. Most of the occupations are agriculture, trade, and services.
2.The process of moral prototype community development of Wat Thakhanun with Borworn-power is collaborated with villagers, community leaders, monastery, schools, and government agencies. It has a meeting to analyze the causes of problems that arisen within the community in various areas in order to plan to solve the problem or improve it. The moral community of Wat Thakhanun emphasizes on community development into two aspects:
1) Economic developmental process: it is found that it has two causes: (1) a problem of an increasingly stiff economic condition; (2) a problem with no tourist attractions which cause a problem-solving process for community economic development as follows (1) abbot, villagers, community leader, schools, and government agencies join together and ask for propose what they think about the strength of culture and traditions of the community to bring the local cultural capital, local wisdom of the villagers to create a distinctive point; (2) after presented the ideas, planning, and situation analysis it will begin the project which can be divided into three types: 1) creating a new tourist site for the community; (2) developing Wat Thakhanun to be beautiful and outstanding; (3) promotion to occupation for people in the community.
2) Moral development process, there are two causes that have been found: (1) The remoteness of the religion of the villagers in the community led to the moral decline; (2) the moral development is the duty of monks who develop the Wat Thakhanun community’s morality through performing the project of mental and intellectual development to Wat Thakhanun moral community. This project is divided by following the target groups: (1) the activity organized for people; (2) activity organized for youth’s development; (3) activity organized for supporting the propagation of the Dhamma through online media.
3. From the development to solving the problems of Wat Thakhanun moral community in economic and moral aspects, the analysis of the results of community development of Wat Thakhanun can be divided as follows: (1) results of economic development consist of (1) create jobs and occupations; (2) villagers in the community earn more income; (3) communities have point of sale and new tourist sites; 2 results of moral development are : (1) people respect the monks and observe more percepts; (2) the community is peaful; (3) more people go to monastery and practice Dhamma. The model of Wat Thakhanun moral community development is the operation of villagers, community leaders, monastery, schools, and government by using the Four Noble Truths so that it would be visible the problems, causes, and ways to solve them for getting the desirable results.
4. For organizing activities of the moral community at Wat Thakhanun organizing, the abbot and community leaders will jointly bring local cultural capital to create attraction such as the development of the activities of Wat Thakhanun itself to be beautiful and the activity as a selling point and getting people to visit monastery. There is the project of a mental and intellectual development to moral community of Wat Thakhanun. The project is divided into activities organized for youths and general public which will be coordinated with government officials to help public relations in the area until the public relations of various events through online media.
