บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

 การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “การประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์ผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของเทศบาลตำบลเวียงยอง” ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการแจกแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) กับกลุ่มประชากรที่ได้กำหนดไว้ และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณมีประชากรหลักโดยเลือกจากพื้นที่ 5 ตำบล เป็นตำบลที่มีประชากรส่วนใหญ่อาศัยอยู่ ได้แก่ประชาชนที่อยู่ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลเวียงยอง อำเภอเมืองลำพูน จังหวัดลำพูน จำนวน 4,057 คน โดยสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรของ Taro Yamane ได้จำนวน 364 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.979 โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์โดยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และค่าเอฟ (F-test) ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-Way Anova) และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis Technique)

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

 1. ระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของเทศบาลตำบลเวียงยอง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก   (x̄ = 3.84, S.D. = 0.558) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของเทศบาลตำบลเวียงยอง ด้านเร่งรัดและกระตุ้นให้เกิดการอนุรักษ์ ด้านพัฒนาวิธีการอนุรักษ์มรดกทางวัฒนธรรม ด้านเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจให้แก่บุคลากรในท้องถิ่น ด้านแก้ไขปรับปรุงกฎหมายให้เหมาะสมกับการปฏิบัติ ด้านการอบรมและสร้างสามัญสำนึกให้ประชาชน ด้านป้องกันสิ่งที่จะก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบ ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ

 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของเทศบาลตำบลเวียงยอง โดยภาพรวม จำแนกตามเพศพบว่าแตกต่างกันดังนั้นจึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย จำแนกตามอายุ วุฒิการศึกษา สถานภาพ อาชีพ รายได้ พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานการวิจัย 

             3. การประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์ผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของเทศบาลตำบลเวียงยองโดยใช้หลักปธาน 4 ประกอบด้วย สังวรปธานคือการปลูกฝังความคิดจิตสำนึกของคนในสังคมให้เห็นความสำคัญ ปหานปธานคือการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประโยชน์ที่ได้จากการอนุรักษ์ผ้าทอพื้นเมือง ภาวนาปธานคือการจัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้เกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ผ้าทออยู่เป็นประจำ อนุรักขนาปธานคือการส่งเสริมให้เกิดกิจกรรมในการอนุรักษ์ผ้าทอพื้นเมือง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

          The study of “The Application of Buddhist Principles to Promote the Conservation of Local Textiles in Wiang Yong Subdistrict Municipality”, the researcher used mixed method research as a quantitative research methodology. The data were collected by questionnaires with the chosen population. For qualitative method, the data were collected by interview.

          This study was mixed method research. For quantitative method, the main population were selected from the area of ​​five Subdistricts where the majority of the population lived. This included 4,057 people residing in the Municipality of Wiang Yong Subdistrict, Mueang District, Lamphun Province. The sampling of 364 people was chosen by to Taro Yamane's formula. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires with the total confidence value was 0.979 by using the data analysis method to find the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The t-test and F-test were analyzed by One-Way Anova. For qualitative research, in-depth interview was conducted with ten important key informants by using the content analysis technique.

            The results were as follows:

            1. The overall opinion level on the conservation of local textiles of Wiang Yong Subdistrict Municipality was at a high level (x̄ = 3.84, S.D. = 0.558). When considering each aspect, opinions on the conservation of local textiles of Wiang Yong Subdistrict Municipality in terms of expediting and encouraging conservation, development of cultural heritage conservation, methods to enhance knowledge and understanding of local personnel, the amendment of the law to suit the practice, training and creating common sense for the people, and preventing things that would cause impact were at a high level, respectively.

          2. The results of the comparison of opinions concerning the conservation of local textiles of Wiang Yong Subdistrict Municipality classified by gender, were found to be different. Therefore, the research hypothesis was accepted. When classified by age, there was no difference of opinions on educational background, status, occupation, and income. The research hypothesis was rejected.

            3. Approaches for applying Buddhist principles to promote the conservation of native weaves of Wiang Yong Subdistrict Municipality were consisted of adhering to the conservation principles of local textiles, which used for analysis as guidelines for the conservation of local textiles. This approach was most effective when there were good supporting factors such as good communication would foster mutual awareness and understanding. Cooperation was the basis for working under participation from all levels. Continuity would help to stimulate the importance of preserving local textiles. Four Right Exertions were used in this study to support the process of conservation of local textiles to be more efficient and effective. Four Right Exertions were consisted of Sangworapathana, which was the instilling of people's thoughts and consciousness in society to see the importance. Pathanpathana was to educate about the benefits of conserving native textiles. Pawanapathana was a regular forum to exchange knowledge about the conservation of local textiles. Anurakkhanapathana was to promote activities to conserve local textiles.
