บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

                 สารนิพนธ์นี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขัง เรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูน
2) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำ เรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูน และ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อการป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขังตามเรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูนการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยมีพื้นที่ของเรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์จำนวน 17 รูปหรือคน โดยผู้วิจัยจะส่งหนังสือขอสัมภาษณ์เพื่อนัดการสัมภาษณ์แบบต่อต่อพร้อม จัดบันทึก ขออนุญาตอัดเสียงการสัมภาษณ์ รวมทั้งภาพเคลื่อนไหวไว้เป็นหลักฐานการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อนำมาอ้างอิงต่อการวิจัย โดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นแบบวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาซึ่งผู้วิจัยจะได้นำข้อมูลทั้งที่ได้จากการบันทึกข้อมูล การถอดเทปสัมภาษณ์ รวมไปถึงภาพถ่ายในแต่ละครั้งจัดหมวดหมู่ตามแต่ละประเด็นว่าครบถ้วนเพียงพอและเหมาะสมแก่การนำไปวิเคราะห์อภิปรายผล และนำเสนอข้อมูลผลการวิจัยต่อไป

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1) สภาพการป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขังของเรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูน พบว่า มีการควบคุมและการแก้ไขทางพฤติกรรมผู้ต้องขังผ่านการทำงานร่วมกับจัดหางานจังหวัด สถาบันทางการศึกษา ศูนย์ฝึกอาชีพ กรมการปกครอง เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สำนักงานคุมประพฤติ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดลำพูน

              2) วิธีการป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขังของเรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูน พบว่า การจ้างงานให้ทำและการฝึกอาชีพ การสร้างระบบติดตามดูแลและศึกษาปัญหา การสร้างความเข้าใจของครอบครัว การฝึกอบรมจิตตามหลักพระพุทธศาสนา การเปิดโอกาสพบญาติมากขึ้น การเปิดโอกาสให้มีสิทธิเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ และการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อปรับปรุงนิสัย และความรู้

           3) แนวทางการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อการป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขังเรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูน พบว่า หลักอริยสัจสี่เป็นหลักวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยการกระทำผิดซ้ำมีผลกระทบต่อตนเอง และผู้อื่น (ทุกข์) วิเคราะห์เชิงสาเหตุแห่งพฤติกรรมการกระทำผิดซ้ำ (สมุทัย) วิเคราะห์เป้าหมายของเรือนจำในการลดจำนวนผู้กระทำผิดซ้ำให้มากที่สุด (นิโรธ) และวิเคราะห์แนวทางการป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขังผ่านการกำหนดโปรแกรมการปรับพฤติกรรมตั้งแต่แรกเข้าจนถึงกระบวนการปล่อยตัว (มรรค)

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

            The objectives of this research were 1) to study the conditions for preventing repeated offenses of inmates in Lamphun Provincial Prison, 2) to study the methods in preventing repeated offenses of prison inmates in Lamphun Provincial Prison, and 3) to propose integrated guidelines of Buddhist principles for the prevention of repeated offenses among inmates in Lamphun Provincial Prison. This research was qualitative research conducted within the area of ​​Lamphun Provincial Prison. The tool was an interview with seventeen key informants. The researcher sent an interview request letter to schedule a follow-up interview with recording and requesting permission to record the interview. The data were collected for reference in research for the data analysis. The data were analyzed by using content analysis in which the researcher took both the data obtained from the data recording, and interview transcript Including photos in each time. Then, the researcher categorized data according to each issue to see if it was complete, sufficient, and suitable for analysis and discussion for presenting the research results further.

               The results were as follows:

               1) For the condition of preventing repeated offenses of inmates of Lamphun Provincial Prison, it was found that there was control and correction of behavior of inmates through working with provincial recruitment, educational institution, vocational training center, Department of Provincial Administration, the police,  probation office, local government organization, and monks in Lamphun.

               2) For the methods for preventing repeated offenses of inmates of Lamphun Provincial Prisons, it was found that employment and vocational training created a system to monitor and study problems in building understanding of family, mind training according to Buddhist principles, opportunity to meet more relatives, opportunity to have the right to participate in various activities, and activities to improve habits and knowledge.

               3) For integrated guidelines by using Buddhist principles for the prevention of repeated offenses among prison inmates in Lamphun Province, it was found that the Four Noble Truths were the main analysis of repeated offenses factors affecting one's self and others (Dukkha), a causal analysis of repeated offenses behavior (Samudaya), an analysis of the prison's goal of minimizing the number of repeat offenders as much as possible (Nirodha), and an analysis of the prevention of repeated offenses among inmates through the determination of Behavioral Adjustment Program from inception to release process (Magga).
