^{ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.ศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุ 2. ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุ 3. นำเสนอรูปแบบพุทธบูรณาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุ ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.980 เก็บข้อมูล จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 233 คน ซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนของประชากร 558 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าถดถอยพหุคูณ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 20 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนาและการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ จำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน}

^{ผลการวิจัยพบว่า}

^{1. ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x bar= 3.87, S.D.= 0.65) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ประสิทธิภาพด้านความรู้ ความสามารถ 2) ประสิทธิภาพด้านการบริหารจัดการที่ดี 3) ประสิทธิภาพด้านทักษะ (วิชาชีพ) 4) ประสิทธิภาพด้านการนำพุทธบูรณาการมาใช้ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน}

^{2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย ได้แก่ 1) ทัศนคติต่อการทำงาน โอกาสความก้าวหน้าในการทำงาน ลักษณะงานที่รับผิดชอบและความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ร้อยละ 81.50 2) การปฏิบัติงานตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ประกอบด้วย ฉันทะ (มีใจรัก) วิริยะ (พากเพียรทำ) จิตตะ (ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ) วิมังสา (รอบคอบ แก้ไข ประยุกต์ใช้) ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน ร้อยละ 95.10}

            ^{3.   รูปแบบพุทธบูรณาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรเกิดจากปัจจัยเสริมสร้างการปฏิบัติงานบูรณาการกับหลักอิทธิบาทธรรม ดังนี้ 1) บริหารจัดการที่ดี ใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า มีธรรมาภิบาล ทำงานเป็นทีม ประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี มีการกำกับติดตามนำสู่เป้าหมาย 2) มีความรอบรู้ รู้เข้าใจใช้เทคโนโลยี มีระบบพี่เลี้ยง บูรณาการผสานความร่วมมือ ยึดถือทักษะชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ 3) มุ่งสู่ทักษะ วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ สร้างสรรค์เครื่องมือ ยึดถือความสัมพันธ์ มุ่งมั่นศึกษา พัฒนาความรู้ 4) ใช้ธรรมบูรณาการ ขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนา ศึกษากิจกรรม นำมาประยุกต์ สุขใจในการทำงาน นำพุทธบูรณาการมาสร้างสรรค์}

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this dissertation were: 1. To study the general conditions of the job performance efficiency of the Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education personnel regarding elderly health promotion, 2. To study the factors affecting the job performance efficiency of the Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education personnel regarding elderly health promotion, and 3. To propose Buddhist integration model for enhancing the job performance efficiency of the Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education personnel regarding the elderly health promotion. Methodology was the mixed methods. The quantitative method, data were collected from 233 samples, derived from
the populations of 558 people with questionnaires that had reliability value at 0.980
and analyzed by statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression. The qualitative method, data were collected by in-depth-interviewing 20 key informants and 10 participants in focus group discussion. The data were analyzed by content descriptive interpretation.

Findings were as follows:

1.  The efficiency of personnel’s job performance of the Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education, by overall, was at high level (  x bar= 3.87, S.D.= 0.65) Each aspect consisting of: 1) aspects of knowledge and competency, 2) aspect of good governance,

3) aspect of occupational skills, and 4) aspect of Buddhist integration application were all at high levels.

2. Factors affecting the job performance efficiency of the Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education personnel was found as follows: 1) working attitude, opportunity for advancement, the job responsibility and relationship with co-workers affected the job performance at 81.50 percent, 2) the job performance by applying Itthipada 4 consisting of Chanda, aspiration, Viriya, effort to do, Jitta, attention, examination and Vimamsa, circumspect, correction and application, affected the job performance efficiency at 95.10 percent.

3. The model of the Buddhist integration for enhancing the job performance efficiency of the Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education personnel was found that the personnel’s job performance efficiency arose from factors that affected the job performance that was integrated with Itthipada-dhamma in the following aspects:
1) good management, resource utilization to the fullest, good governance, teamwork, technology application, controlling, monitoring. and goal orientation, 2) Omniscience, technology aptitude, mentoring system, cooperating integration, adhering to seniors’ life skills, 3) skill orientation, situation analysis, tool creation, relation adhering, being education seeker, furthering knowledge. 4) Dhamma integrating, driving development, studying activities for application, working enjoyment, and strengthening Buddha-dhamma integration for creation.
