การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1.เพื่อศึกษาระดับของความคิดเห็นในการพัฒนาชุมชนตามแนวทางปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง     ต้นแบบบ้านหนองเอาะ  อำเภอตระการพืชผล จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี  2.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการพัฒนาชุมชนตามแนวทางปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านหนองเอาะ อำเภอตระการพืชผล  จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3.เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการการพัฒนาชุมชนตามแนวทางปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านหนองเอาะ อำเภอตระการพืชผล จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

               การวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.884 สำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือประชาชนในพื้นที่บ้านหนองเอาะ จำนวน 202 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจะทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบตัวต่อตัวกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ซึ่งเลือกโดยเจาะจง จำนวน 12  คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

              ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

              1. การพัฒนาชุมชนตามแนวทางปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านหนองเอาะ อำเภอตระการพืชผล จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄= 4.48, S.D. = 0.087) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ย คือ ด้านเงื่อนไขความรู้ (x̄= 4.49, S.D. = 0.178) ด้านการมีภูมิคุ้มกันในตัวที่ดี (x̄= 4.49, S.D. = 0.174) ด้านเงื่อนไขคุณธรรม (x̄= 4.48, S.D. = 0.145) ด้านความมีเหตุผล  (x̄= 4.47, S.D. = 0.176) ด้านความพอประมาณ (x̄= 4.45, S.D. = 0.209)

            2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการพัฒนาชุมชนตามแนวทางปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านหนองเอาะ อำเภอตระการพืชผล จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคลพบว่า ประชาชนที่มีระดับการศึกษา ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย ส่วนประชาชนที่มี เพศ อายุ อาชีพและรายได้ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานการวิจัย 

           3. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาชุมชนตามแนวทางปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง บ้านหนองเอาะ อำเภอตระการพืชผล จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี คือ ชาวบ้านยังไม่เข้าใจแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานเท่าที่ควร ขาดผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการให้คำแนะนำในการพัฒนาและความรู้ด้านต่าง ๆ คนในชุมชนบางส่วนยังไม่สามารถเลิกอบายมุข นอกจากนั้นยังมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจในชุมชน และผู้นำชุมชนแต่ละคนที่เข้ามามักมีความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่างกัน 

            ข้อเสนอแนะควรเน้นพัฒนาคนในพื้นที่ให้มากขึ้นเพื่อให้คนในชุมชนมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการปฏิบัติไปในทิศทางเดียวกันในการพัฒนาชุมชน โดยต้องคำนึงถึงบริบทพื้นที่ของชุมชนในการจัดทำระบบการพัฒนาในด้านต่าง ๆ ในชุมชนทุกระดับอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้ทุกคนมีความรู้ มีความเข้าใจและตระหนักถึงคุณค่าของการอยู่ร่วมกันของคนในชุมชนในการดำเนินชีวิตตามแนวทางปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยใช้คุณธรรมนำความรู้ ใช้สติปัญญาในการดำเนินชีวิต ซึ่งจะทำให้ชุมชนกายเป็นชุมชนที่อยู่ เย็น เป็นสุข อย่างแท้จริง

              Objectives of this research were: 1. to study the opinion level in community development based on the sufficiency economy philosophy, Ban Nong Aoh model, Trakan Phuet Phon District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, 2. to compare the community development based on the sufficiency economy philosophy, Ban Nong Aoh model, Trakan Phuet Phon District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, classified by personal data and 3. to study problems, obstacles and suggestions for the community development based on the sufficiency economy philosophy,Ban Nong Aoh model, Trakan Phuet Phon District, Ubon Ratchathani Province.

               Methodology was the mixed methods: The quantitative research collected data by questionnaires with reliability value at 0.884 from 202 samples who were people at the model village of Ban Nong Aoh. Data were statistically analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. t-test and F-test were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance, ANOVA When differences were found, the differences in paired variables were comparatively analyzed by the method of the least significant difference, LSD. The qualitative research collected data from 12 key informants, purposefully selected by in-depth-interview and analyzed data by descriptive interpretation.  

             Findings of this research were as follows:

             1.  Community development based on the sufficiency economy philosophy Ban Nong Aoh model, at Trakan Phuet Phon District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, by overall  was at high level (x̄=4.48, S.D. = 0.087). Each aspect was studied, it has been found that all aspects were at high level in chronologically orders as follows: knowledge condition aspect was at high level with the mean value at (x̄=4.49,  S.D. = 0.178); self-immunization aspect was at (x̄=4.49, S.D. = 0.174), morality condition aspect was at  (x̄=4.48, S.D. = 0.145), reasonability aspect was at  (x̄=4.47, S.D. = 0.176) and moderation aspect was at (x̄=4.45, S.D. = 0.209) accordingly.

             2. Results of opinions comparison of the people on community development based on the sufficiency economy philosophy, Ban Nong Aoh model, at Trakan Phuet Phon District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, classified by personal data indicated that the people with different educational level had different opinion with statistically significant value at 0.05 accepting the set hypothesis. On the other hand, the people with different sex, age, occupation and income, their opinions on community development based on the sufficiency economy philosophy, Ban Nong Aoh model, at Trakan Phuet Phon District, Ubon Ratchathani Province were not different, rejecting the set hypothesis.   

               3. Problems and obstacles of community development based on the sufficiency economy philosophy, Ban Nong Aoh model, at Trakan Phuet Phon District, Ubon Ratchathani Province were as the follows: Villagers did not fully understand the implementation guidelines, lacking experts for providing suggestions in development and other sources of knowledge. Some community members cannot abstain from misconduct that causes ruins in their life. In addition, there have been social and economic changes and each community leader dealing with community development  also had different opinions. 

               Suggestions: More development of local people should be emphasized so that they would have knowledge and understanding of community development in the same direction. Community development in various aspects and levels should be continuously conformed with the local environmental contexts in order that all the people have knowledge, understanding and realization of the value of common living in the community following the sufficiency economy philosophy by using morality to lead knowledge and intellectuals in daily life that will help the community become the real harmonious, tranquil and blissful community.
